Hi there! I love your blog but as an ADHD beginner, I struggle with visualising and manifesting. I have tried putting in a lot of positive energy into my manifestation for a healthy job at my dream workplace but it's not working, what to do :(
Hi! Sorry for the late answer!
Sometimes positive energy, or to be more specific, continuously trying to put positive energy, can be tiring and even toxic. 
and I think that it is something that needs to be talked about, because even though positive energies are beautiful, that does not mean that negative energy is something that does not help the manifestation in itself. 
Negative energies exist to tell us when something or someone is bad so we can adjust, work around what is wrong, and change it. (And that can be absolving us of what we did wrong, what we feel we did wrong, or leaving someone behind because we don't need toxic people in our lives.)
And by that, I mean to advise you to just live your manifestation as it comes without forcing you to stay positive or forcing your positivity because it does become toxic and tiring and can cause you to block it instead of letting it reach the universe.
As for the visualization thing, you don't have to worry; you can easily manifest everything by just writing about it and then forgetting about it. That's what I started to do when I first started manifesting, and then I slowly got into everything else. So I suggest you start with writing code words or simple affirmations. For example, I started with the 55x5 and wrote, "I have a _____," and as soon as I finished the 5 days, my manifestation came to reality. or you can use subliminals, which is another great way to start! (every manifestation method so you can find the one that works for you)
In your case, you could write affirmations like:
I had a wonderful day at my new job.
I have my desired job.
I go to work Monday through Friday.
I love my new job.
I work as _.
What did I do to deserve a job so great?
This job is made for me, and I was made for this job.

Now genuine question. I have a stim where I usually sing that library rap [ Loom 16 take corridor B got STUCK in my head permanently ] but sometimes I feel like it gets annoying to others which causes me to continue masking. Any tips for that? [ also any extra infodumps you wanna throw in after ]

To answer your question:
Stimming is necessary & vital, but it is important to not hurt someone in the process (and also not yourself).
As you said, the vocal stimming is nice to yourself but may be annoying to others.
This is a valid assumption & it's kind of you to care. Masking, however, is not the solution & no one should shame you for stimming!
A basic advice is to redirect the stim.
What ELSE can you do to soothe yourself or to keep yourself grounded or strengthen your focus?
It's important to know WHY you stim for that because as natural as it is, it often has a reason:
Dysregulation, boredom, safety, joy, processing of any feeling, concentration & focus... just to name a few.
It may not be wise to sing openly in public. Maybe you can fidget with something? Or sing in your mind?
Or just ask the people around you if singing will annoy them or if they can tell you when you are annoying them.
This can be challenging as it means you have to be brutally honest, but that requires them to be honest too: if they are annoyed at some point, they should tell you, if they don't, your stimming becomes their personal problem.

You, simply existing, is always okay. You do not live to please others. 💜✨️
