LETTING GO AND MOVING ON
Hi girls!! Learning to pick and choose where I place my energy is something I’ve always deeply struggled with so today, I figured we’d discuss ways of learning when to let go and simply let things be the way they are supposed to be.
1. MAKING PEACE WITH YOUR SITUATION
Although things nay not be going on the way you want them to, sometimes, you need to face the music and accept your reality. Now, I never said to settle for your reality, simply accept it. Denial will get you nowhere but delusion and no matter how much social media attempts to glorify it, you do nothing except make yourself look stupid. Delusion is nothing more but the logic and mind killer.
2. COMMUNICATING
If you ever feel the need to say your piece to an individual; just say it. So long as it’s in the bounds of respect and rationality, expressing yourself will make it much easier to let go of a situation. You won’t live with regrets and you’ll be able to move on knowing you’ve expressed your true feelings and intentions.
3. REMINDING YOURSELF THAT LETTING GO IS NOT THE END FOR YOU
Often times, we think that letting go of someone or something is the end of the world. We say that we won’t be able to do life happily, but that is not the case. Your course in life is not linear, you will undoubtedly face obstacles. But those obstacles are not your end and letting go isn’t either. Embrace the fact that your life is ever-changing. As they would say in Latin: Promoveo.

My most precious, heavenly love
She’s the most beautiful being I’ve seen,
her head wears a crown of green
and of flowers, picked from the cosmic meadow
where flora reflect constellations and their glow;
and where I, can rest
and have my break from the shadows
Her only will is to spend time with me,
to lay in the grass with me;
to let hours of golden moments laugh, and fly
into our hearts, and to our minds, while time
flies by, it waves and says “hi!”
while we sigh towards the sky
She’s the gold, in the beatings of my heart,
she’s my concept of true art;
she is the inner, most glowing light I was shown:
She’s my princess, the most precious jewel I own,
she’s the breath in me;
she is all I want to be
And as I lay there in meadow, I do
remember something - still true;
I’ve been here before, but then I disappeared,
I had to hide from the one thing I most feared,
I forgot myself
therefore fell, to living hell
I don’t want to fall back to what I once was,
don’t want to loose this true heart
How can I keep us in this state forever,
how can I stay strong for this mystic endeavour,
I’m just a being,
who are constantly fleeing
She talks to me, she says; «I love you forever,
this, will be Truth, for ever,
I’ll always stay here and wait for you, my love,
my strength originates from The Sources above,
I’m strong and I’m true,
I will always wait for you.»
«Remember; you’re human, worried and tense,
your thoughts, they live in defense,
you forget who you are, and what you should do.
forget that your only task is to be true, to
you, and to me; to,
your own, calm reality.»
She is my Inner Delight, my Seer,
and she will always be there;
whenever I fall, she will hold me up tight,
she will whisper in my ears what I feel is right,
she’s my truest love,
My One; My Inner Soul Glow.
And I will try my best, to stay here,
for me, and with her,
it is in her arms I belong at night-time,
her being is soft and heavenly divine;
this is true, self-love
and I want to stay here now.

Walk away.
Take deep breaths to stay calm.
Not over do it.
Take Breaks.
Read or watch things that make you feel good.
Let others know if you're stressed.
Spend time on hobbies you love.
Forgive yourself.
Let yourself have a bad day.
Let go.
