UGHHHHH

I literally am so frustrated with myself. I get so inspired by LITERALLY everything. Like I’ll start working on one story about saving the world because I saw a TikTok about climate change. But then I started watching Uncharted gameplay and now I want to write a story about a girl who has adventures uncovering lost cities. Like why can’t I just stick to ONE IDEA???? Does anyone else have this problem?

ALSO, I feel like this results in horrible writers block for me. I can never finish one story because my mind is constantly juggling all of these story ideas. I’ve only finished writing 1 story out of like the 30+ I’ve started. Writers block is a huge problem for me. HOW DO I FIX THIS?!

Made my debut as an original fiction writer!

It's an adventure/fantasy about a young hero who never really wanted any adventures, the glory, the treasures, none of that. He only ever wanted to bake bread and become a baker, just like his parents and grandparents before him!

But yeah, he gets dragged, unwillingly, to an adventure that will change his whole life. Maybe. Probably? The narrator's a snarky lil bitch though, and roasts his journey thoroughly.

i feel like ppl on toku tumblr tend to take misogyny in these shows a lot more seriously than i do which isn’t to say i don’t notice it and go hmm well that’s not good but for me it’s just kind of par for the course unfortunately. unless things get really egregious then i’ll start being mad about it (kiva, gaim) but if it’s like the “normal” amount such as women being limited to certain tropes and roles then i’m like oh well business as usual

#my toku mindset is i get pleasantly surprised by good womanwriting. maybe this isn't the Right mindset but it saves me a lot of headache
