i went from 72.4kg yesterday to 69.6kg today, but i ate a hamburger w fries and also i had ice cream, i heard that when you eat oily and fatty foods, you shouldn’t eat sugar afterwards because you will gain more fat…. so i’m going to km$ brb ^^
i’m so scared because i don’t want to gain weight, tomorrow i’ll start going to the gym and i’ll eat so much better too, so i’ll update throughout the week to see if anything has changed, to whoever is reading this, ily, please drink lots of water and nourish yourself <3
