Plant based foods tend to contribute to lower body weight, lower blood pressure, and lower cholesterol among other health benefits.
Make a positive difference for animals, the planet, and yourself and give plant based foods a (delicious) try.

This morning’s run was like swimming through the humidity. I forgot how horrific summer running is. However, the huge hill is getting easier each time I do it, sort of (is it still a hill if it’s >1000 feet elevation gain?).
I need to get professional interview clothes and who knew that that would be nearly impossible.

Every night I sleep a little better 😴
Tumblr media
Got plenty of sleep, slept great doing it. And I have the next 2 days off so I'll sleep great then, too.
Can't wait to clock off and have a good "weekend" 😄

If you gain over 3 pounds overnight that doesn't mean that you gained 3 pounds of fat.
In order for that to happen you would have to eat close to 15000 calories in a day.
Most of your body is water and almost all daily fluctuations are just water coming and going.
So stop letting the scale decide weather you'll have good day or not.

yeah idk.
i thought i was recovering but I’m most definitely relapsing HARD.
but this time i’ll try to adopt more or less healthy ways to lose weight, like gradually letting go of eating sweets/candy, watching what I eat nutrient-wise, etc - no calorie counting because it’s meaningless & virtually impossible atm and no fasting because it doesn’t work for me at all. idk what will happen once I’m back in uni but I’m pretty sure it’ll be much easier, also because the uni gym will be super close. i’m a bit worried about working out at home though - i’ll have my own room but while living with your friends there’s always the possibility that one of them will come over and want something. So I don’t think I’ll be working out at home at all. there is something incredibly embarrassing about working out to me, idk why. I guess i want to appear nonchalant as if i didn’t care at all about my looks because it’s a weakness in my eyes. But that idk why as well.

Happy non scale victory day. Size 6 shorts and size small top! 😱
If you would have told me even a year ago that I would be able to comfortably fit in a size 6, I’m not sure I would believe you. It’s truly wild to see this sort of progress.
Slow and steady everyone. You got this!

Forgot to start my watch for the first 3/4s of a mile or so. It was so humid it was foggy. I melted 7 times. But I did it.
