It's been a week since i relapsed, i lost almost 5 kgs (mostly water weight, i guess). My wrists are thinner and my collarbones+ribs are much more visible and i was told that my stomach is much flatter, also lost my b00bs a little (my thighs are still almost the same, tho). Fasted for 2 days total, next week i'll eat fruts and vegetables 3 times a day, since my hair already started falling out and i really don't want to lose much more before i reach my gw. I'll still stay under 500 daily tho, at least till i stop being overweight (which is like 1 more week at least). I'll weight myself a week from now.
Tried laxatives this week and can't really recommend it, also purged once and to be honest, i'd much rather fast that do it ever again, ended up crying and feeling even more disgusted with myself.
I'm not that positive about it all, tho. I became quite depressed and much more insecure, it's going to be a tough fight, i don't feel like i ever really recovered anyways.
I'll also focus more on my health and the relationship i have with myself, shaming myself for my body doesn't really help.

You’re not actually hungry! It’s just your body in starvation mode and your brain trying to convince you to eat so you don’t starve but starving is what you want! So don’t listen to your head just drink some water and enjoy the feeling of being empty. <3
