Look at you, eating just to eat. Here's some things I remember when I feel like eating!
A.) You're just bored. If there's nothing to do find a distraction or nap!
B.) Your stomach is empty. Yay! You're on the right track, now drink some warm water to be filling, maybe eat a tiny bit of salt as a treat!
C.) You miss the flavor. Try drinking something low calorie, or even better, brush your teeth. You won't remember the taste but your body will definitely remember the calories.
D.) You miss the feeling. Find something to chew on, or eat some ice. You'll make it through.
If you're genuinely hungry it'll pass. Do it for you in the future!

Theres a BIIIG difference between fitting into s/xs vs looking good in them.
I fit into s/sx but im still normal weight, no muscle mass, no skinny arms etc.
Im not even short/small. Im 171cm(/5'7) and currently 58kg(/127lbs).
I fit into them, i look OKAY but i can look BETTER.
And so can you so LOSE MORE WEIGHT.
