Snapchat Pro Ana Group
Hi there!
I’ve been thinking of founding a pro ana group for quite a while, as I for myself often loose motivation. In a group like this we could help each other out, stay motiated and don’t feel frustrated after binging.
Recently I had the idea to use Snapchat as a platform for such a group. Snapchat has the advantage that you don't have to give away your phone number, you can easily send pictures and it's still quite anonymous.
What do you think of this idea? Who would be in for it?

Daily Log - 12/05/21
Aim: 600 - 700 calories (give or take 50 cal)
Breakfast
Yopro salted caramel - 94 cal
Lunch
Smartie cookie - 127 cal
Carmen’s granola - 108 cal
Dinner
Probiotic juice - 37 cal
Ham and mushroom pasta - 264 cal
Total estimate: 630 cal!
Diary:
Today I resisted temptation well... maybe the Smartie cookie for lunch wasn’t the healthiest option but it filled me up well! 😂
I’m glad i hit my goal of being between 600 - 700 cal! this is a good amount for me so it can stop me from binging, and if by some reason it doesn’t i can always change it!
Work was rather relaxed so I probably didn’t loose Calories the way I normally would, I’ll do 50 crunches and 50 squats before I go to bed tonight.
I’m really excited for my journey! one thing i need to remember is to drink water and stop weighing myself so much!!

I’m so happy, I did a 45 hour fast then I had some food and slept.

i want to college and instead of not having food around i ate regularly like a normal person (also got used to eating chips because my roommates ate it and it triggered me)
then i moved back home because of the pandemic and now i’m restricting w/ all this food around
but still i swear if i go back to college i’ll barely buy food so that i won’t be able to eat a lot (also i’ll save a lot of money 🤑)
