My little pony themed diets cuz I'm sick and tired of "themed" diets not having anything to do with the actual characters themselves. U can't just put a picture of Pinky pie in front of numbers and call it a pinky pie diet!!!! (Ok, now that i got that off my chest i feel a bit better lol, also i'm doing my little pony ones cuz i love MLP but if u want me to make a themed diet based of a theme u like, don't hesitate to request one)

Intro to my blog:
Hello! I'm a nerdy, mentally ill MINOR (say it louder for the predators in the back lol) using this mostly as an ED blog. Undiagnosed due to reasons but i def used to have bulimia but i think i might be developing a different one now.
I am using this mainly to post health and safety info rather than just triggering ED stuff but i still do have a few posts abt that, so if ur in recovery, i don't reccomend engaging (recovery is so brave, keep fighting you CAN do this!). I truly do encourage recovery for anyone who can.
My bio has most of the info u need to know.
Despite my fear of carbs, sugars, fats and calories, i do like cake somehow.

Diet -5kg in a Week
So like I wanted to lose some weight and I though of giving this diet a try :) *btw found it on TT*
Day 1: 300 c
Day 2: 400 c
Day 3: 300 c
Day 4: 400 c
Day 5: 500 c
Day 6: 550 c
Day 7: 400 c
Rules:
Drink more then 1L of water.
10k steps a day or 30 min cardo.
At least 7 hours of sleep.
Im current have around a 25in waist and I want to go down to 23in as well as 20in thighs I just want to get down and have a thigh gap.
I’m doing some other workouts as well, but I will post the results :)

The drink checklist
things you can drink before you give in to eating:
drinks that won't break a fast:
black coffee (caf/decaf)
lemon/lime water
tea (chai, earl grey, green)
sparkling water (w/ lemon or lime)
water + tbsp apple cider vinegar (it will keep you full)
drinks that will break a fast:
zevia soda (root beer, cola)
diet soda
coffee/tea + milk/creamer
remember: don't drink zero-calorie sweeteners while fasting! it will raise your insulin and break your fast!

The recovery lady at the ed department at the hospital actually told my mum to stop me from eating after I finish a meal so I avoid binging!! Actually hella grateful for that cause I'm getting so f*cking f4t and her saying it is giving me motivation to ⭐ve lol💗💗💗
