Drew some ocs of mine that I think would be the most likely to end up as “tumblr sexymen” if they had an actual show/book/whatever
Since we all seem to be talking a lot about sexymen today

Because one thing has become clear to me: you can cope with all the horror as long as you simply duck thinking about it – but it will kill you if you try to come to terms with it.

Probably I should be doing actual work... but I kinda drew The Meg instead. That happens sometimes.

Silent songs sung on mute
Echo loudly and enroot
Silent passions of forbidden fruit
Promising to end all worldly disputes
But seedless and hollow they pollute
And lead us to misguided pursuits
Worshiping supposed power absolute
Ensuring our hearts remain irresolute

April 20th
(Please see the p.s. before reading the poem)
My eyes bloom out to the dawn-fingered day
with smiles and eyes shimmering platinum light of ecstasy
or euphoria; I don't know which
It is the day of my name, of my breath landing this
earth, the day to celebrate my blessed mortality.
The day seems to sparkle with aurum's rays
of apollo.
The spring dipped in summer, brings me it's sweet
breeze of roses dipped with mango's sweet tang.
when dusk spreads it's twilight robes
I shall have a candle carry a ray of the sun for me
oh, my sight but sights, tears on eyes, bleeding
hearts out to the door...
Rage is in their hands, melancholy in their
olden eyes.
I pondered from them why should rage and melancholy
shadow them on this fruitful day, marked
my name, innocent of crime to them.
"There was another with their name, marked
today. he ripped our soul's hearts and joy
and thrust fear and tears to our stead instead.
All our words of joy, praise, hope
was burnt, bombed and shot
with his evil rage.
All which lies underground and
in the sky; ashen grey
My escasty shatters with the epiphany of
terror blown in my face of my name's day
My sight is brought to the shattered lives on my day...
I step back to my astute glowing
house decked of white.
I light up the candle, stealing the sun's
rays, burning my fingers while at it.
P.S. HI how are you? this poem was actually inspired by the actual feeling I got when I found out mine and Hitler's birthday were on the same day ( check it out if you are not sure) it's April 20th btw.
this of course my forever supporting fan and muse @lizziesblog

I'm still sitting here and you are still lying there, and there are so many things we should say to each other, but we shall never be able to.
