with gojo, geto and even kenjaku dead, do you think satosugu's story is completely over? because for me personally, if this is the end of their story, it feels kinda unsatisfactory and inconclusive. i hope we get more content and there are so many questions about their story that still need to be answered. i dont expect gojo's censored last words to geto to be revealed ever but i hope we get at least a somewhat conclusive ending.....
Their story had a conclusive ending, they're not the main characters so no matter how much we crave for more bits of satosugu this is what we have and this is how they ended. I don't necessarily find it unsatisfactory considering both of them served their purposes and we got another top notch satosugu angsty crumb till gojo's last breath (that panel of him saying "my only disappointment is that you weren't there to give a slap on the back" and geto's tears). I don't think we should drag it out or find any other means to insert more stsg when it isn't even their story, sad but true. This is it for us, they happened, it was beautiful and then it ended.

The build-up to the next race was terrible. The media had been swarming her at every opportunity. Even taking liberties to follow her places.
Her PR team had been keeping things as controlled as they could, but the fans are a force to be reckond with.
They left for Hungary early. She had requested they do so. She wanted time to settle down before she had to run around through people. A request which both boys made happen.
Now, she lay wrapped between them in their arms. It's a peaceful place to be. If she never had to leave, then she'd gladly stay here forever.
"Do you think the fans will still like me?" She whispers into Oscar's chest.
"My answer is still the same. Yes, they will still like you."
"If they start saying shit then I'll personally see that it stops." Adds Max. His words vibrate against her back in a soothing way. "The teams know your story. They saw what happened. You have no obligation to share that information if you don't want to."
The fans seem to be divided. Some say she has the money to make it look like she's the victim. Others say it's obvious she's the victim. Some fans are even saying that their relationship is just a massive cover.
Thankfully, her grid friends had come to the rescue. They all posted about her; about them. All of them writing things so kind it made her cry.
~
Media day came around far too soon. The boys make sure to walk her all the way to AlphaTauri, as is routine.
This time, they are joined by Lando, then they pick up Charles and George, and at some point Carlos and Alex.
The group waves her off to the safety of her garage. Watching her meet up with Yuki at the door.
"If any of the vultures ask about it, I will be setting the media pen on fire." Max claims through gritted teeth.
She thought she would be in the safe with the Thursday driver press conference. She was wrong to assume anything. Apparently, drama makes them bring her back.
It gets a little better as she sees that the other two didn't escape it either. They make space in between them for her to sit down. Charles and Pierre are on the far end of the couch chatting before things get started.
All three of them lean in for a hushed conversation.
"Plans for answering unwanted questions?" She asks.
"Sarcasm. Unless you want to answer differently." States Max and Oscar shakes his head in agreement.
They make it through the first part without any odd questions. It's the open floor where things start to get tricky.
"Will Buxton, Skay Sports: question for Max, Oscar, and Y/N." She tries to suppress a groan. Of course it would be him. The one who loves to make Max out to be a villain and her to be a slut. "How does it feel to be out to the world? Could you give us any insights into your relationship and if there is any truth to the rumors?"
Cue an angry Max and stone cold Oscar. She almost wants to laugh at Will and his poor choices.
Max goes first without anyone having to ask. "I personally feel great. It wasn't how we wanted it to happen, but I'm glad that I can hold their hands in public now."
Oscar goes next. Probably to give her time to think. "So me and Y/N have been dating since F2, and Max joined us early this year."
A shock rolls through the crowd. There's one rumor taken care of at least. Now, she can choose to do the rest nicely or sarcastically. She chooses both.
"There are a few rumors going around right now. The one about us being fake is a lie. We've been together for a while now." She looks between her two counterparts for reassurance. They give her warm smiles and encourage her to move forward with whatever she wants to say.
There is definitely a shake in her voice this time as she continues. "The rumor about me being the aggressor is also a lie. I don't need to prove anything to anyone. I've been through enough already and am not keen on reliving it. Oscar and Max can attest to the fact that I will make myself sick trying to talk about it. I order to not cause a scene, I will no longer be speaking about the matter."
She comes out of the press conference and immediately falls onto the ground, clutching her stomach. She's grateful her PR manager is there waiting for her. Otherwise, she probably wouldn't be able to keep going.
Oscar and Max help her up, watch her drink some water, and then return to their own garages.
"Do you want to try and get media over with now? Or do you want to wait a bit?"
She can't help but admire the level headedness of the kind woman beside her as she will be losing her patience with the questions she's been trying so hard to push away.
~
Max wants to scream. Maybe even punch something. Or preferably, someone.
He storms his way through the media pen. Nobody even stops him as he does. His PR manager told him to him to go find Oscar as the Aussie has apparently been getting the brunt of the inappropriate questions since their female counterpart had been escorted away for a break.
The trio and their PR managers have a new group chat for this very reason. The drama of their coming out has made all six need to stay in communication.
So, when he got word, he was released to go help his partner escape the awkwardness of the situation. Because nobody is going to mess with Mad Max and make his partners uncomfortable.
He finds Oscar in the middle of answering a question. A microphone to his mouth and eyes flickering everywhere searching for an answer he doesn't have.
Without any hesitation, Max stands right next to his boyfriend and interjects himself into the conversation.
"Speak of the devil, here is Max right now!" says the interviewer enthusiastically. "I was just asking about the nature of your relationship since you are a world champion and dating not one, but two rookies."
Oh, the nerve. Max has half a mind to ask the interviewer who's dick he had to suck to get his job and see how he likes it. "Not sure what you're implying, Mate?" Max tilts his head in feigned confusion. He can just barely see the two PR managers almost giggling out of the corner of his eye. The Dutch has a way of making the media regrat they ever asked such things.
"Just wondering how things between the three of you work. You know- If you're helping them in their career at all."
He feels about ten seconds away from jamming the microphone into the reporter's skull. But he refrains since his PR manager is even letting him do this.
"I honestly don't think they need any help. If you're implying that they are using me, I'm using them, or this is anything other than our love and respect for one another, then I will kindly ask you to fuck off." Max grabs Oscar's hand and the Aussie tries to give a PR worthy smile. The two walk over to their managers and both are shaking their heads at him.
~
All three of them collapse in a heap on the bed. Media day was absolutely exhausting. The trio had been dragged through a PR nightmare on loop.
"If I never talk to a reporter again, it'll be too soon." Max grumbles. The other two hum I'm agreement.
It took a minute for the two males to make out the small whisper of 'I'm sorry.' The female had been guilty about everything that happened. She has started to constantly apologize for things out of her control.
"I think I know the perfect way to relax and pull your head away schat."
Oscar runs his fingers along her spine. His eyebrows quirk up at Max in curiosity.
~
A bath.
Max's plan is a bath.
She's grateful that the Dutch has a bath bigger than the other two. It's not massive in the way of a hot tub. Yet it's perfect for the three of them.
The water is warm on her skin. Her back rests against Oscar's chest. Max is facing them to make the space more comfortable, but she wishes he were right next to them so she could lean on him too.
Even after everything, they are still here. Something about that thought makes her feel warm and fuzzy inside.
"Have you heard from your family this weekend, Osc?" She asks. The Aussie had been summoned home by his mother and demanded he bring his two partners along with him.
"Pretty sure my family loves you two more than me." He laughs. "What about you, Maxy?"
Max lets out a heavy sigh and sinks further into the water. "Dad has been texting me occasionally, but I've been ignoring him. Mom and Victoria want to meet you both in person soon." A small smile tugs at Max's lips. The Dutch loves his sister and his niece and nephew. "And you Schatz?"
She grimaces at the thought. "A few texts here and there."
"About?"
"How I should come home and pray away my sins." She rolls her eyes. "They think you two should do the same. That all of us need to stop whoring around."
Oscar smirks into her neck. "The only thing I intend on worshipping is you."
She can feel the heat rise in her cheeks at the implications.
Max sits up again and leans closer to her. "Or maybe you want to be on your knees praying to a different alter."
And there is is. Every working brain cell turned into mush. She whines at the thought. Almost shocking herself at the noise.
It's going to be a long night.

"Can I come in?" he asks with his hands in his pockets.
"I don't think that's a good idea" you deny. Your voice comes out in what is little more than a whisper.
"Y/n... please, I just want to talk" he pleads. His gaze is as pleading as a puppy's when he sees that you only have one bite left and you haven't given him any yet.
"I think I need time" you say without looking at him.
~How did I get to this place?~, you wonder. ~How did it all end up so fucked up?~
Maybe we should rewind it so we can understand.

- 8 months earlier -
Second semester of college. You're a nervous wreck, how will your classes be this semester, will you be able to understand everything you need to?
Anxiety invading your body like thousands of electric currents flowing through you. You can calm them, but you can't get rid of them. They are part of you, your anxiety is just trying to keep you safe after all.
You look at the small piece of paper in your hands, it's the only thing you had on hand at the time to write down the room number of your classes after asking the secretary. Of course it was more of a scribble than anything else. The lady was in a hurry, after all.
"Excuse me" you walk up to what appears to be your classroom and there is nothing but a boy sitting in the back. "Sorry, sorry to bother you" you bite your lip, the boy looks up somewhat sheepishly and watches you. "Is this Mr. Anderson's class?" you ask at last.
"You're in the right place" he nods with the warmest, friendliest smile you've ever seen.
Slowly the room begins to fill up, you try to make your way through but fail miserably. It's a buffalo onslaught and you're just a little bunny. The chairs fill up, there aren't many empty seats.
Your eyes meet his again, he's watching you. He tries to tell you something and that's when you see him point to his backpack on the chair next to him. He's saving you a seat.
Your heart slows down, all means you already have a place to sit.
You walk over to him and carefully sit down as he removes his backpack.
"I appreciate it very much, you saved my education" you try to break the ice the only way you know how, by making a little joke.
Luckily his sense of humor is just as strange and you manage to get a chuckle out of him.
"I'm glad I did..." he pauses, waiting for you to tell him your name.
"Y/n, I'm Y/n Y/l/n" you extend your hand in greeting and he takes it without hesitation.
"Peter Parker" The smile never leaves his mouth.
Deep down inside you know you should have met him.... You were never one to believe in coincidences, but you did believe in fate.
Even if this could be your place of peace and your downfall at the same time.
- 7 months earlier -
"You can't tell me you've never seen the star wars movies" Peter denies, a rebellious curl decides down his forehead and distracts you for a second.
That thing he told you about him not being popular at school was hard to believe. Peter was the most interesting, kind, simple, honest and tender person you've ever met. Not to mention that his little freckles, deep-set eyes, chocolate hair and Greek God body made it even more difficult to believe.
You knew he'd had a girlfriend. However, Peter always avoided the subject. He would say that he had broken up with her because they would go to different colleges but only that. You knew it wasn't a subject you should bring up, not if you didn't want Peter's mood to change at the drop of a hat. Not in a bad way, just like his energy would suddenly go out.
"Well you can show them to me now, can't you?" you bite the end of your pen. You were supposed to be 'studying'. To be honest, it was hard for you to concentrate when he was looking at you with that cute smile.
"I think so..." He nods slightly. "Surely you don't want to keep studying?"
"Pretty sure, that's not the only reason I invited you over" You avoid his gaze and a pink tint covers your cheeks. You're embarrassed and Peter knows it. He can hear your heartbeat racing. That would matter to him if it weren't for the fact that his is the same.
"Then let's watch the first movie" He nods. "I like spending time with you."
Your heart melted... Oh, if only you'd left it in the freezer.
- 6 months earlier -
You found out Peter was spiderman by accident, you didn't mean to and neither did he.
You were in his apartment because you had decided you had had enough of hiding your feelings. You liked Peter, a lot. You couldn't go on with the uncertainty anymore, you really hoped he would like you back.
You had the keys to his apartment, you lived in the dorms and your roommate wasn't very quiet, let alone calm, so Peter offered you his apartment to study in during exam season. However, you decided to use the small advantage to prepare something nice for him, something you could confess to.
You prepared a dinner for both of you and put on that skirt that Peter once said he liked because it brought out the color of your eyes.
Everything was ready and would have been perfect had it not been for Peter aka Spiderman. He decided to go out patrolling the neighborhood that night and found himself engaged in a battle that left him breathless. He came out victorious, but more tired than usual, his senses were not very sharp and he allowed himself to enter through the window of his room and remove his mask without realizing that you were already there. Sitting on his bed waiting for him.
"Peter?" you murmur petrified. You definitely weren't expecting this, let alone him.
"Y-Yn? W-What are you doing h-here?" he looks you up and down and stutters. You don't know how to explain it but you still try "I can explain" You look at the mask in his hand.
"You're spiderman" Your gaze is lost. You try to get back to the here and now.
"No!" He exclaims but denies right after. "I mean, yes but-" He's even more nervous than you are.
He didn't want you to know. Having the important people in his life know that he was spiderman brought him nothing but trouble.
More importantly, he didn't want to put you in danger. You, the only good thing he had achieved after all the bad things that had happened exactly 8 months ago.
"Oh wow..." You stand up and your eyes search his. "That explains why you were disappearing without saying where you were going" you sigh in relief "I thought you had a girlfriend I didn't know about or something... this is totally a relief."
"A relief?" now he's the one who's confused. "So bad it was that I had a girlfriend"
"Maybe... a little" you shrug. You came here to be honest and that's what you're trying. Even after the bombshell of information you just got, that doesn't change anything, the reason you came is the same.
"It's good that you're not scared but what are you doing here? As far as I know we didn't arrange to meet, did we?"
"Now the surprise was for both of us" You joke to lighten the mood.
"You're not wrong there" he laughs lightly. "What kind of surprise?" He looks at the pair of candles around you.
"One where I tell you I like you, Peter" you say bravely. You feel proud that you could do it even though your palms are shaking.
"And after this?" His eyes don't leave yours. His heart is beating a mile a minute, he couldn't believe you felt the same way he did even though he was worried about what might happen after you discovered his other side.
"You being Spiderman doesn't change my feelings for you, Peter. I like you and spiderman won't make it any different" You smile at how crazy that sounded. The guy you like is spiderman.
"I like you too" his smile widens and he takes a step towards you.
"Really?" you ask incredulously.
"Totally" he nods and you place your arms around his neck.
You don't know what to say so you choose to do. You move your face and kiss his lips. You really hope he reciprocates and, apparently, your pleas have been heard because he does reciprocate.
Your first kiss, the first of many punishments.
- 5 months earlier -
You know Peter is not someone who opens up easily, actually. You think you're his only friend (now more than friend) at this university.
When he's not with you, he's on patrol, attending his classes or doing homework in the library, which he usually does with you as well.
You are both excellent study partners. Peter, besides being your boyfriend, is your best friend and teacher. He is your person and you are sure that you are his.
However, you were surprised when you asked him why he never talked to you about his past friends or family.
"My parents died years ago. My aunt was my only family member and she died recently and my friends went to college in another state so we lost touch." Was the only thing he answered.
You were dying to know more. You were too curious. You weren't insensitive though and you didn't want to push him to tell you things you knew he wasn't ready to say.
Maybe you should have asked a little more. Maybe about why he ended his last relationship, because you knew he'd had one.
Or why he never talked about it. All of this was an unknown to you.
- 4 months earlier -
You had been dating for two months as an official couple when you both decided to move to the next level in your relationship.
Peter knew you were a virgin and had never done anything with anyone beyond a steamy make out session and you were surprised (and somewhat relieved) to learn that he hadn't either even though he had a girlfriend.
Peter commented that he and MJ had never gone any further, however, he was open to going as fast or as slow as you thought best.
And so it was, when in one of your hectic make out sessions in his small apartment, you ended up with your lips around his cock and the tip of it hitting the back of your throat.
Clearly you both agreed and that wasn't the only thing that happened that night. A few minutes after his cum ran down your throat, your boyfriend knelt on the bed and spread your legs and positioned himself between them.
More than returning the favor, Peter was going crazy over the soaking wetness of your hormones in the big wet patch that inhabited your panties. His arachnid senses were driving him to a point where he found himself drooling to taste you, to devour you as if he hadn't eaten in years.
And, with your consent. Peter wasn't going to stop until the last drop of your fluids was tasted by his tongue.
- 3 months earlier -
And then came your first fight. You were upset with Peter aka spiderman, because he hadn't answered your messages all day after going out on patrol the night before without telling you he had returned home safely.
His excuse was "my phone ran out of battery" but you knew it was a lie because every time you sent him a message, the word "received" appeared and two little popcorns reinforced it.
The messages did arrive. Peter just didn't want to answer them or was too busy to do so. Either way, he was lying to you and that's what bothered you the most.
You already knew he was Spiderman, what else could he be hiding from you? you asked yourself.
What you didn't know was that Peter made a trip to MIT every week to check on Ned and his ex-girlfriend MJ.
It was probably best that you didn't know. Parker wouldn't know how to explain it to you and he didn't want to have to.
You were his girlfriend now, you were practically all he had. But it wasn't easy for him to let go of what he had lost with such regret and he wondered how things would have been if everything hadn't gotten out of control.
And that was the reason why the brown-haired man didn't answer the phone. He couldn't answer it to the present, which was you. As he watched MJ, who was his past, study through the window of one of the libraries.
You were finally able to settle your argument. Peter apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. However, he never gave you a real explanation of what had happened and, since it was the first time, you preferred not to argue and let it go.
You didn't want to pressure him, although perhaps you were being too understanding.
- 2 Months before -
And you finally had your first time. The first time for both of you, together and as individuals.
It was a bit awkward due to your mutual inexperience but once you got the hang of it, you couldn't stop and it became a magical night that neither of you would ever forget.
"I'm glad you were my first time" you heard him murmur in your ear as he moved his index and ring fingers over your arm in a caressing manner.
"I'm glad you were mine" you smiled and left a kiss on his lips. All you wanted was to freeze this moment in time and treasure it forever.
You had had your first time with someone you loved and you knew he wouldn't leave you just because you had already had sex with him.
Peter was a kind and sweet man. He was everything you had always dreamed of in a perfect boyfriend and nothing could ruin the bubble of happiness you both had gotten into.
That night, the hazel-eyed boy couldn't sleep. His thoughts wandered as he watched you sleep and, for the first time since the incident. He allowed himself to be completely happy without feeling guilty about what he had left behind.
For the first time in a long time he allowed himself to feel complete and loved. In addition, he made the decision not to check back on the people of his past. He had to move forward just as they had done and because he had you.
You were now his world and all he wanted was to make you happy and protect you from all evil and danger.
That night. Peter understood that all the love and peace he had lost. Now he had regained them with only one person and that person was you.
It was time to make new friends, enjoy his present and look to the future.
- 1 month earlier -
One night, Peter was kissing your neck while you were sitting on his lap. You slid your hands under his shirt and heard him moan as your fingers brushed against something you didn't know was there.
"I'm sorry, did I hurt you?" you asked in a sweet but concerned tone.
"It's okay, I'm fine" He tried to affirm you with one of his smiles but you knew it wasn't right.
"Can I?" You looked him straight in the eye as your hands traced the edge of his shirt. As soon as he nodded, you lifted it up and saw a cut that wasn't there yesterday. "Peter, what happened here?" your voice sounded sad. It was the first time you had seen a cut that size on his abdomen.
"I slipped and fell on a glass. I'm fine, it's not serious, darling" He ran his hand across your cheek and tucked a lock of your hair behind your ear.
"It's serious to me" you sighed and looked him in the eyes "Can I help you clean it and bandage it?" You mumbled. The brown-haired man nodded with a slight smile and watched you walk into the bathroom.
Unbeknownst to you, that was the first of many times you helped Peter with his bumps and bruises. Plus, you became his accomplice and his chair girl at the same time.
Now Peter Parker understood that he was not alone, he had you.
- Two weeks before -
You and Peter were at the fair. You had gone through most of the rides, especially the ones that make you throw up, and thought it was time to get something to eat.
"Hot dogs?" you asked as you held his hands in front of you.
"I'm dying for a hot dog" he nodded with a smile and tried to go for them but you stopped him.
"Wait here" you laughed. "Can't a girlfriend treat her boyfriend to a hot dog?" You raised one of your eyebrows.
"Sure she can" the brown guy laughed, grabbed your waist and kissed your lips "don't be too long."
"I won't" you smiled and kissed his lips one last time before walking towards the stall that wasn't too far from there.
Peter smiled as he watched you walk away until a voice called out to him. A voice he hadn't heard in a while.
"Peter?" said MJ behind him. Peter turned and froze not knowing what to say. "Peter it's me, MJ" Michelle took a step towards him. "I remember everything."
Peter's mind began to spin and his heart began to race.
"How?" your boyfriend asked in just a whisper.
"Maybe you were erased from my memory but your stuff wasn't" MJ smiled slightly "the necklace, your pictures and among other things were still in my room at my parents' house" she sighed. "It took me longer than I expected but I told you. I figured it out once, I'll do it again" her eyes were watery.
"You were always so smart" Peter smiled and took another step forward. He knew he shouldn't. You'd be back any minute but the shock and excitement was too strong. "You remember..." peter took her face in his hands.
"I do" she nodded smiling and wiped a tear from Peter's cheek.
Before either of them realized it, their lips were already pressed against each other. MJ remembered. That was all Peter was thinking at that moment and it would have been perfect except you were a few steps away from them, two hot dogs in hand and a completely broken heart as you watched Peter, YOUR Peter, kissing someone else.
- Present day -
"Y/n... please, I just want to talk" he pleads. His gaze is as pleading as a puppy's when he sees that you only have one bite left and you haven't given him any yet.
"I think I need time" you say without looking at him.
"Time? Y/n, please. Let me explain," says the chestnut while holding the door so you don't close it.
"What are you going to explain to me? Why you had your tongue in someone else's mouth while I was watching you?" You stop trying to close the door and look him in the eye.
"It wasn't just anyone" he walks past you and enters your apartment without your permission. "It's MJ."
"Your ex-girlfriend? That's supposed to make me feel better?" your head hurt. You hadn't eaten or slept well for two weeks.
"No, y/n. It's not that" he denies. "I'm sorry. I'm really sorry, just let me explain." He tries to take your hands but you take a step back.
"You said you were over because she was in another university" you cross your arms.
"That's partly true" he sighs. "A year and a few months ago Mystery revealed my identity to everyone. MJ was my girlfriend at the time and my best friend's name was Ned-" he takes a breath and continues. "I went to doctor strange and asked him to cast a spell but it all went terribly wrong and I-"
"What does this have to do with you kissing your ex?" you frown.
"The point is. Villains from many multiverses showed up and to right my wrong Dr. Strange had to cast a spell making everyone forget who Peter Parker is" he continued.
"Including MJ?" you ask.
"Including MJ" He nods.
"So you broke up because she didn't remember you. Not because you wanted to break up with her" you deduce.
"Yeah and, the night of the fair. MJ showed up and said she remembered everything. I don't know how but I got carried away with my emotions and did something stupid without thinking about anything else-"
"Or anyone else" you interrupt him and dry your tears with the sleeves of your sweater.
"You don't know how sorry I am. I never meant to hurt you. I love you more than anything, Y/n" his eyes crystallize.
"But you love her too" your voice cracks. "What do you plan to do now? What's your plan, Peter?"
"I... I don't know" he dries his nose with his arm.
"You love her. You didn't want to leave her." You sob. "Why don't you go back to her then? You can tell you're not over her" you were trying to stay strong but it was practically impossible.
You didn't even understand how you believed his crazy story, but this was Peter we were talking about. Spider-Man in a world where people disappeared for 5 years because a purple alien had snapped his fingers using the infinity gems. It wasn't too crazy to believe that everyone forgot who Peter Parker was.
"I am over her. I decided to stop watching her the first time we- we slept together" he whispers in a sigh.
"When?" you frown. "What?" you analyze word for word what he said "You decided to stop watching her? What the fuck does that mean?" Now more than hurt, you were confused and annoyed.
"I-. I used to go to her college and watch her and Ned just to see how they were doing and to make sure nothing bad happened to them." He tries to explain. "One of those times I forgot to text you and told you my phone was out of battery." He swallows.
"I knew you lied to me, Peter. You were never good at lying," you sob. "But I never believed you were watching your ex all this time" you sit back on the couch. You are weak, as weak as someone famished. "I thought we were both 100% in this relationship but you kept clinging to the past" your vision is blurry, you don't know if from tears or lack of sleep.
"I know I should have been honest. I shouldn't have lied to you. I should have trusted you with my thoughts and feelings... it's just not easy for me" he sits down next to you and his hand rests on your knee.
"So what are you doing here then, Parker?" you use his last name. You're being serious and he knows it. Although, if he's bothered by your name calling, he doesn't say so. "It's more than clear that you've been waiting for this moment for a long time. Why don't you go with her? I can't compete with that, I never could." Your eyes watch the tile and you just hope you don't faint. It all feels so overwhelming.
"It's not about competing. It's not a competition, love." The endearing nickname leaves his lips but doesn't give you butterflies this time.
"Of course it's about competing! What was me? Your consolation prize?" You look him in the eye. He can't hold your gaze, he knows he did too much damage. "You settled for me just because you couldn't have her? Well congratulations, your pleas have been heard. Now get the hell out of my apartment!" You raise your voice and get up from the couch. You are upset with him but with you more than anyone else for allowing yourself to love him without first asking more questions and pressing for an answer.
"Y/n please...don't say those things. You know I love you. I fell in love with you the moment I met you" his gaze is pleading. He doesn't want to leave, he doesn't want to leave you but he doesn't know how to stay either.
"I don't know if you love me, I don't know if it's true" you sniff. "What I do know is that I love you and you hurt me like I never thought you would. Don't get me wrong, besides your girlfriend, I was your best friend and as a friend I understand how happy you must be that your first love remembers who you are. But I also understand that that "first love" is not me. Pick her, Peter. Go to her. You were always more hers than mine. Even when we were together you were looking for her."
"---I don't want to be your second choice, it hurts too much." You squeeze your eyes shut to still your sobs. "Pick her, it was always her."
It has always been her.

The Thing- B. Barnes
Pairings: bucky barnes x reader Warnings: best friend bucky, i do not think it’s an au but honestly i dont know? I wrote this for fun so i made details fuzzy, innuendos. Did i check over this right im so tired About: new girl inspired. I was watching the episode with the trench coat and that fucking scen got to me like??? I had to. I started crying.
Bucky thumps around in your closet, too-long limbs making the doors shake when vibranium fingers slam against them. He grunts, followed by a disconcerting silence, only charcoaled by the metal clinking of steel hangers and heavy breaths. You purse your lips, looking up from your phone to stare at the shut doors. You can imagine him standing frozen for a glimpse of peace. Or staring at your favorite sweater, metal-finger-torn. You frown.
“Are you okay? Did you pass out?”
He huffs, more shuffling noises ensuing. “No.” Something drops to the floor.
“Pick that up!” you call when it doesn’t sound like he does.
“Why couldn’t I change in the same room? It’s cramped in here. And you’ve seen more.” He pauses and you can hear his smirk. “So have I,” he mutters pleasedly.
Your fingers reach for the closest thing and launch it at the closet. “Because the last time you did, Wanda walked in, and then Sam did, and we ended up with half of our friends staring at you half-naked on my bed.”
“It wasn’t that bad,” Bucky argues.
“And my closet isn’t that small,” you quip.
Your closet doors roll open, light defining Bucky’s features and catching the blue in his irises. His sweater compliments the color too nicely than should be possible. Along with it, he wears a grimace.
“What’s wrong? You look great.”
“I’m starting to regret agreeing to this,” he admits, pulling at a thread.
“Starting to?” you parrot. “Agreeing?” You shove your legs to the side of the bed and stand, heading toward him. “Bucky, they had to bribe you into saying maybe. And then you insisted on staying anyway the entire time up to now.”
“I would really rather stay here with you.” Bucky leans into your touch when you settle your hands on his shoulders, squeezing gently.
“That’s all you’ve been doing for months,” you point out.
“And I’ve really enjoyed it,” he allays.
You laugh, fingers coming to a frustrated rest on his face. You try to come up with an argument but fail, deflating. “Me too.”
He grins. “See? I’m gonna go tell them I’m just gonna stay here to watch more horror movies with you.”
You loop your index and middle around his wrist before he can leave your room. “You know how much I love you. And how much I love spending time with you. Which is why I think you should go.” You continue before he can begin to argue. “This’ll be good for you. And me. You’re kind of annoying, you know?” you tease, wrinkling your nose.
He rolls his eyes but relents, inhaling deeply. “Fine.”
“If you absolutely hate it—”
“I will.” You glare at him.
“Then I will fully support you in never going out again.”
He perks up. “You’re my best friend. You should support me before that,” he jibs.
Exasperated, you wag a lazy finger in the air. “You’re so annoying.”
The door to your room bangs open to Sam and a slightly begrudging Steve both very dressed up. Sam has a hand over his eyes, other arm extended dramatically to search around him. “Everyone decent this time?”
You glance at Bucky.
“Yes, Sam,” Bucky groans.
He grins and claps. “So we can finally go out? Do I have to drag you out kicking? ‘Cuz I will.”
“He did,” Steve remarks further.
“No,” Bucky glowers, then gestures to you. “‘Convinced me.”
“Of course,” Sam says, turning to you with a smile. “Now, you. I love you, you know that, but tonight we’re going out to have fun. Which means,” he begins to count off on his fingers, “none of the girlfriend texts or calls you send all the time.”
“They’re not girlfriend,” you argue.
“And she can call me if she needs anything,” Bucky adds.
“But try not to,” Sam insists. “Now, let’s go.”
Bucky rolls his eyes, lamely watching his friends go out the door again. He turns to you and pecks your forehead. “Call me for whatever. I’ll probably thank you if I’m not the one insinuating.”
You shove him lightly. “Have fun.”
“Love you too!” he laughs, waving once more at you before he disappears past your doorframe. It’s only a few more seconds of the guys chatting before the apartment door closes and steals away the noise with it.
You deflate, sagging onto your bed. Dazedly, your fingertips drift to your forehead, where the shadow of a kiss still warms your skin. Frustration digs its nails into your arm and your hand fists, eyes squeezing closed. There’s the sticky rush of tears in the back of your throat and you groan loudly, but it’s obstructed and thin.
You pop an eyelid open when something else catches your attention, squeezing your lips closed to focus on the thin, chalkboard scratches further away. You sit up and stare out your door for a second, before realizing it’s coming from the front door.
“Bucky couldn’t have backed out by now,” you mutter, reasoning that he could’ve forgotten something when the noise suddenly stops. “Huh,” you quip. He must’ve found it.
You sigh again, at least satisfied that the sudden burst of emotion had passed. Deciding not to dwell on it, you pull your laptop onto your bed and search for a show to watch until you come up with something better to do.
It’s an episode and a half past when the noise returns, a little louder and accompanied by a faint tapping. Hopeful, you pause the episode, expecting for it to disappear with the click of your touchpad. When it doesn’t, you tense and think, calling out your friends’ names and listening to the responding quiet.
You pull at your fingers nervously, debating stilling to will it to go away or going to investigate. Clips from yours and Bucky’s horror movie night the previous day flash in your mind, making you cringe and stay put. Silence falls after a minute, but you remain unsettled, uneasily dragging yourself off your bed, poking your head out from your room to observe the hall up to the living room. “Bucky? Sam?”
No response.
You stare at the door, expecting some tangible inference of yours to appear in the shadowed crooks of the weathered red thing. When it doesn’t, you force yourself to be brave and head down to the living room, wrapping yourself in blankets with your front facing the entrance.
You resume your show but pay only half attention to it, jumping when there’s a loud crash in a scene. Hand to your heart, you pant at the scare, dissolving into a disbelieving laugh.
“I’m an idiot,” you state to no one. “I’m scaring myself.”
You splay yourself on the couch and breathe, rationalizing.
“This is Bucky’s fault,” you say matter-of-factedly. “He’s the one who chose home invasion horror when he was leaving me home alone the night after.”
You stare at your keyboard, rubbing off a smudge on the space key.
“I hate home invasion horror,” you mutter, running a hand down your face.
“This is pathetic,” you lecture. “What am I reduced to?”
Bravely, you stand, taking your computer with you to the kitchen.
You’re gathering a ridiculous amount of oily cookie cutters in your oven-warmed apartment when you hear it again, louder and more startling than the previous times. You flinch, a multitude of colorful molds tumbling to the floor in your startlement.
You leave them in exchange for paying attention. Slowly, you slink over to the door, peeking through the peephole to see nothing. Now confused, you pull the door open, greeted with silence and an empty hallway.
You walk away once you shut the door with heavy hesitation, shoving warm cookies into your mouth, unsure.
Trying to be rational, you type out a short text contorting your panic into something a little more playful, your thumb hovering above the send button just as you remember Sam’s warning. Isn’t this what he meant? Silly requests that interrupt Bucky’s good time?
You stop, deleting everything you’d written and flipping your phone screen down on the kitchen island. Everything was fine, you were sure.
It’s juxtaposingly pleasing and frightening to hear it the next time; both disappointing and reassuring that your mind wasn’t making things up. The intervals between the noise get shorter, too, until it’s less than a half hour after the last, and you’re buzzing with paranoia.
You text your scariest friend first, anxiously waiting for Sent to turn Read below your message to Natasha, but it never does.
It takes half an hour and the noise to come back before you give up on her, instead watching Wanda’s three little dots pulse before they settle on an apology because she’s on a date.
Tony and Bruce are out of town for some convention and Thor is on vacation, meaning you’ve officially run out of friends to call for help.
Your fear builds until you can’t help yourself, powered by thorough panic when you click on your first contact number. It’s only a couple tones before Bucky answers.
“Hello?”
“Hey, so, no big deal, but there’s something scratching at the door and I’m worried for my life.”
“What?”
“This is your fault,” you cry. “It’s the movies, I—”
“It’s probably the neighbor’s kids playing tricks on you. You know they’re assholes.”
“But I’ve gone outside and there’s no one there. There’s no way they can run that fast, right?”
“Maybe?”
“Look, I’m really freaked out,” you admit. “I really don’t want to bother you but Nat isn’t answering and Wanda’s out on a date and it keeps coming back and—”
“Okay, hey,” Bucky’s voice comes through a little clearer, paying more attention. “It’s okay. I’ll come back, okay?”
“I’m sorry.” You feel bad. You feel so bad your skin prickles with regret, suddenly willing to stand out in the hallway and let your monster eat you alive.
“Don’t be.” You can feel the comforting nudge he gives you when he’s reassuring. “I was about to call you anyway, this is as bad as I remembered it being.”
You manage a weak laugh. “Thank you,” you say genuinely.
“Thank me by not asking questions when I somehow get there in three minutes, okay?”
You furrow your brows. “What? How would you—”
“I think that’s a question,” Bucky interrupts.
“You left already,” you conclude. “Why did you leave early?”
“I think it’s unfair you can do that.”
“I think it’s hypocritical of you to say that.” Your near peace dissipates when something scrapes down the length of your door. Uselessly, you duck down behind the kitchen island. “Are you here yet?” It’s more of a beg than anything, a longing for the sound to be his clumsy fingers with a dodging key.
“Elevator. Which means—” His voice fizzles predictably, inspiring a fresh surge of hate for the machine. A few expected seconds tick by, a click cutting them off.
“What—” You tap your phone angrily. “I hate this stupid building—”
The noise returns, sharp and close and angrier than you’d heard it. You’re only slightly comforted by the thought that Bucky should be nearby, mainly in vehement disagreement with your fate. You curl your fingers around a rolling pin and crawl closer to the door, nails digging into your palms at the close proximity of your aggressor.
The door flies open and you jump up in tandem. “Don’t! My best friend is really big and he’ll beat you up!”
Bucky stands in the doorway, blue eyes rounded, palms up and open.
You pant together for a moment, before your limbs relax in relief, rolling pin tumbling to the ground as you fall into his chest. “Oh my god.”
Automatic, his hands steady around your waist. He says your name in question, pulling you closer anyway.
“What was that?”
“I thought—I thought it was the thing.”
“The thing?”
“I don’t know what it is Bucky, that’s why I called you,” you snap, digging your nose deeper into his neck.
“I didn’t see anything outside,” he offers.
You deflate at his saccharinity. “I’m sorry. That was mean. Thank you for coming.”
“It’s okay,” he laughs, smoothing his palm over your back. It’s a comforting weight, his lovely tolerance of you endearing, although he’d frown at your choice of words. You pull away but stay at his side, laying your head on his shoulder. Your phone rings and you make no move to answer it. He looks at you questioningly.
“I left voicemails in case I died,” you explain, watching Clint’s contact picture flicker. “It might’ve been an exaggeration but look how late they’re calling. What if it were a dire situation? How useless would they be?” You fist your hand in his jacket. “I’m glad I have you.”
“You didn’t leave me a voicemail,” Bucky complains. “You never called in the first place. Whaf if you had died? What about me?”
“I called you.”
“To come here. No goodbye message.”
“It wasn’t a goodbye so much as fear-spurred insurance—”
“Well, how come I didn’t get one?”
“For one, you answered the phone. For two, I knew I’d be fine if you said you’d come. And for three, I knew you’d come if I asked.”
Bucky quiets. “I would.”
“You did,” you agree.
Something shifts. Subtle and sweet, his heat on your skin isn’t all that casual anymore. He notices, too, shifting lightly on his feet, the weight of his fingers on your waist definitely heavier.
“So,” he starts. “I’m really big, huh?”

Noragami: Final Chapter thoughts
For the last time :') I've been making these for roughly half the manga's runtime, both in chapter count and years. Which is wild to think, but anyway, spoilers under the cut. One final time.
I really spent the first half of this chapter with bated breath alternating between being relieved that Hiyori is okay and grew up to be a doctor and everything, and stressed about where Yato was and where her memories were. Then Yato showed up, and I think I burst into tears out of hysterics. They really got me, I thought he was gone.
That aside, it was an excellent chapter. I was right when I said that this would just be an epilogue and the true suffering was over, but god. god. I'm relieved they gave me that open ending and the chapter was mostly good old-fashioned Noragami silliness. With the expected gut punches.
It's probably a good thing that Yuka never got to reunite with her brother, but at least knows that he's resting in peace. That he was given a proper burial by someone who, at the time, barely knew him but wanted to make things right anyway. Great now I'm crying again.
Hiyori's pocket with the little capyper keychain she bought forever ago. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.
Yato's CPR being so intense it cracked Hiyori's ribs. god he was so desperate to save her. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.
HER TOUCHING HER LIPS WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
Fujisaki getting nostalgic seeing tall grass (as we know from the omake is called kaya) was weirdly touching. Though Father has faded, Kaya is the one that is still remembered. We never got to learn his real name, and while I am still curious about it, I can see the purpose--by not knowing his name, we the readers don't give him a lifeline.
That's not the only fourth wall lean in the final chapter. There was also Yato being able to save himself by becoming a meme, much like how the fandom and Adachitoka have memed on him for years as well.
Back to the chapter, it looks like Father's consciousness had always been lurking alongside Fujisaki's, maybe making him do things from time to time, which is really weird and creepy. Maybe he was dormant until the Yomi arc, but either way he's been doing this to a dozen other guys over the centuries. I'm glad the cycle was broken.
It's hilarious that Fujisaki tries to ask Hiyori out and she's just like haha not interested coo phone be upon ye.
I'm so glad the cherry blossom party has become an annual tradition with even more gods invited to the party. I'm also so glad that Yato refuses to release Kazuma and Bishamon apparently makes it a point to bully him about this whenever she sees him. But also, Kazuma doesn't seem to want to be released. He's just like yeah whatever man I'm glad you saved us. Cheers.
Side note, Kazuma's new glasses look a lot like the ones he was wearing in that 100 years ago flashback of him and Bishamon, around chapter 68 or 69 I think?
So we also get to see the aftermath of what happened to Yukine--he still transforms into a wolf every now and then, because much like how Nora transforms into a snakelike creature whenever she loses control of her emotions, his form is a wolf, and unlike Nora he's always been very emotional. So the nightmares come out and Yato's left with a giant wolf thrashing around in their shared living space lol, but at least his dad is there to hug him :')
WAIT STOP PAUSE EVERYTHING IT LOOKS LIKE THEY SHARE A BED NOW. I JUST COLLAPSED INTO A BALL.
Tumblr media
AUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH
The panel of Yato hugging him made me lose it again. THEY'RE SOOOOOOOO.
So we never did get to find out what happened to Yukine's father--but as I pointed out in the reread I did during December, I don't think it matters. Yukine wasn't going to exact revenge on him anyway because he's not the kind of person to do so.
The page of Nora reading Hiyori's diary also made me so sad. Hiyori's right--she probably did have parents who loved her, but she never got to meet them. One thing I noticed throughout this manga is shinki habitually chasing something relating to their pasts. Yukine craves a good relationship with a father figure, Kazuma is obsessed with Bishamon because he missed out on marrying a girl he loved, Daikoku acts like a dad to every child he meets because he died before having his own kids, and like Yukine, Hiiro craves the parental love she never had. And as Hiyori pointed out, being given a name by Father was like being given life.
Since we didn't get to see what became of her name situation, but Yukine still bears the Hagusa name, she must still have Mizuchi. If her master is gone, can she still draw borderlines? Does she hang around with Yato and Yukine still? Adachitoka didn't say Kofuku DIDN'T name her, so...
The way Hiyori remembered Yato because of his scent had me SOBBING, yall. She didn't forget, but she did solve her problem and it was solved by people, just like they've been saying throughout the manga. But now, they can be together again. Yato was away from her for some years, and maybe he'll leave for several more (it's been a repeated thing in the manga that he'll insist he has to stay away for her own good), but the point is that even if it's been years and years, she'll always remember him. It's open-ended, but that just means it can be my preferred ending of Hiyori not forgetting but choosing to distance herself. She'll meet up with Yato and Yukine every once in a while living her own, separate, fulfilling life. They've been watching over her all these years anyway.
And so, that brings us to the close. It's as happy an ending as we could have possibly gotten, and above all else, I'm relieved. I've been saying for...years, probably, that I want an open ending, but I really thought it was off the table with recent events.
Final hangups are the same as they were in my final reread (tagged under #Noragami reread on my blog), so I won't repeat them, but the bottom line is that I got everything I wanted out of this ending--except maybe a trio hug? But that interior illustration of the four of them, all smiling and happy, Yato's arm around his sister, made up for that. I kind of wish there was a Yatori kiss for real, but the panel of her touching her lips also assuaged that.
Anyway, I'm not sure what other manga would/will make me unhinged enough to type up monthly thoughts posts for years, but I'll be tuned in to whatever new Adachitoka has coming up. Whether it's a full series, a short series, or just a oneshot, I'll be reading every word. I'm also looking forward to getting the final volume once it releases here, and praying for an artbook announcement.
Thank you for reading! I have some posts to make, some projects to plan, and I'll be diving into the tag once more for old times' sake. This won't be the last of me!

Misunderstanding Part 1
My first fic. So please be kind. Some curse words. Polyamorous relationship. Misunderstandings. Had to make them rude for the plot . Female reader.
YHT= Your home town
YHFN = Your house friend name
Music listened to while writing this= When I need peace
You, Lily, Dorcas, James, Remus and Sirius are in a polyamorous relationship. You loved the arrangement and so did the rest.
You were chirpy by nature excited about small things and a little babyish voice. Nobody minded this they thought it was cute.
You were a year younger than them and in Hufflepuff. It was year 6 for you and year 7 for them. It was NEWT time for them. You knew they were stressed out, so you didn't disturb then much. Just a little small talk and cheek kisses at dinner was all you did. They appreciated your efforts and promised they would make up for this month after exams.
The last week there was an important festival at YHT, and you really wanted to go to it. You requested the permission of Professor Dumbledore to go to the festival.
The night before their last exam you got Professor Dumbledore's permission to go for the next week to attend the festival. Excitedly you went down to the Gryffindor common room to tell your boyfriends and girlfriends, completely forgetting about their exam.
You went in squealing " Guys look! I got permission to go m-
" Shut up YN " Sirius growled.
" Yes, YN you know we have an exam tomorrow " Dorcas sighed.
" And still you're here with that annoying baby voice of yours " James said irritated.
Lily and Remus hummed with agreement.
You knew they didn't mean to hurt you, so you pushed it down.
" Sorry, I'll go " you said trying not to let your hurt voice seep through.
" Yes, now get out" Remus snapped.
You left without another word and tried not to think about what they said. You knew it was just because of stress but it still hurt.
You tried to get excited about tomorrow and it seemed to work, you brightened up a little and went to pack your stuff.
Next morning as you waited for their exam to finish you started to play the piano by the lake. You finished and packed up your piano YHM who was listening to you play said " Looking good YN. "
You laughed " Thanks YHFN. "
Little did you know your bfs and gfs were heading towards you. They were thinking of apologizing for their behavior last night, but they ended up listening to the end of your conversation with YHMN and got the wrong idea.
As your YHMN left you turned around to go and were met with the angry glares of your gfs and bfs.
You were startled " Hey guys... how'd your exam go "? you asked warily.
" Just fantastic " Lily replied sarcastically.
" That's great "? you replied confused as to why she adopted that tone.
" Oh, don't act so dumb YN " James snapped.
" Why are you guys acting like this? What happened "?
" Shut with the bullshit YN " Remus snarled.
" What Bullshit "?!?! you asked nearly shouting now understand why they were being so rude to you and hurting you all over again.
" You were just flirting with YHFN " said Dorcas angry.
" What the hell? No, I wasn't " you said trying to keep your throat from filling up.
" Shut it will you. Just because we were a bit rude to you yesterday which was also your fault, you will do anything for a little attention "?! Sirius shouted at you.
" We were just talking for fucks sake, and I said sorry for yesterday " you said your eyes filling up.
" Look at you crying like a pathetic baby." Lily said sarcastically.
" What a great thing to come back to after your last exam " Said Remus glaring at you.
The hatred and anger in each of their eyes made you feel as if someone and stabbed you in the heart again and again.
" I was not flirting with him " you whispered in a small voice.
" Ya right. Go on now cry, cry like this is our fault " James spoke with malice.
"We can't deal with this " Dorcas said dryly and left.
The rest left after her one-by-one glaring at you. The second they left you broke and cried your heart out. You weren't cheating on them you could never even think of doing that, but they still think that which led them to break up with you.
After crying your eyes out leaving them all red and dry, you cast a glamour charm to cover up the tear tracks. You wanted to find a way to tell them what actually happened, but you didn’t have the time. Your train was leaving in half an hour, and you needed to pack your necessities. So, with a heavy heart you walked back to your dorm. You packed up your stuff and wrote a letter.
You gave the letter to your dorm mate “Could you please give this to my Exes if they ask? Even if they don’t which will most likely happen, could you please give it to them in a couple of days? “
“Of course, I will, you sure you’re alright”? She asked her voice laced with concern.
You waved off her worries. You didn’t want to be more of a bother.
After saying goodbye to all your friends, you boarded the train thinking about your breakup and how you had to keep it from your family as to not set the mood off from the festival.
BACK AT HOGWARTS
Lily, Dorcas, James, Remus and Sirius were all sitting silently in the common room. This silence was foreign to them. Whenever all of them were together there was always chatter and laughter but not all of them were together. You, the chirpy bird was missing. Needless to say, they were regretting their anger.
“You think we were a bit too…. You know... much?” Lily said hesitantly breaking the silence.
“ I don’t know….” James said feeling mentally exhausted putting his head in his hands
“ Maybe we were but she was flirting with him !” Sirius said not even believing his own words
“She kept saying she wasn’t flirting with him…… You reckon she was telling the truth ?” Dorcas asked hoping her words were true. Merlin knows they were so used to your presence that they didn’t think they would be able to live without you.
“If she was then I am going to feel a lot worse than I am right now” Remus said with a tight throat.
All of them hummed with agreement not knowing how to feel.
If you want to support me buy my book !

okay. so. about tedbecca.
this is long and i apologize i just have thoughts. first, the fakeout in the beginning was cruel. BUT i was willing to forgive because tbh it was kinda funny and i’m not convinced that the “morning after” tension between ted and rebecca didn’t make everyone, everyone, think for just a second that they had slept together. y’know, like, if there was never any chemistry there, why the fakeout to get tedbeccas excited/cut them down and antis worried? did the reason for ted, beard, and jane being there really make a ton of sense? no. therefore, it really does feel like it was just something they wrote in to be mean and, like. come on, guys. why be mean? second, their talk in the stands??? you gotta be fucking kidding me. rebecca welton poured her fucking soul out to ted and he didn’t have a thing to say about it other than that “i’ve already made my decision” bullshit? didn’t even offer her a hand or hug of comfort? how out of character was that? he seemed so stoic through the whole episode, like he was stunted. which, maybe has to do with his being sad about leaving but still it threw me off. jesus, talk about “subverting expectations” or whatever. also, the things rebecca was saying? “you go, i go”? the ultimatum of “either we both stay or we both leave” and then her saying they’d both go only to take it back in the end? be so fucking for real right now. the offer to pay him insane amounts of money then telling him there was really no kind of monetary compensation that could represent how much he meant to the club (and her), the proposed solution to bring his child and his child’s mother over to london for him to stay (it is one thing to offer to get henry over, but to extend the offer to michelle is something else)? those aren’t things regular old friends say/do for each other, i’m sorry. listen, i love my friends but that’s a lot to offer anyone. you really have to love someone to be willing to do all that and cry real tears while begging them to stay, to choose you, to choose the home you’ve made for yourself. third, the airport scene gutted me but AGAIN i was kind of at peace with it. it would have at least left it super open ended and allowed the fanbase to imagine what could have happened afterward, y’know. like the whole “rom-com leave-cute” thing was another mean thing to do because where was the rom or the com about that?? why do that? but like i said, i would have been at peace with it because, dear god, the way rebecca was looking at him (again, ted gave us almost nothing but whatever. not even a tear? ugh.). i mean, she was looking at him like she wanted to say “stay. choose me. choose your own happiness.” also i know she’s loaded but WHO BUYS A FIRST CLASS TICKET JUST TO GET PAST SECURITY ONLY TO SAY GOODBYE TO A GOOD PAL? doesn’t make sense to my little pea brain!!! sudeikis, make it make sense (unfortunately for me and everyone around me i still love him)! there really should have been an “i love you” and not even necessarily in a romantic way. these two are supposed to be soulmates, cosmically connected, there’s not supposed to be one without the other and all we got was…”thank you” and a head nod? like, yes, thank you. thank you for showing me warmth and kindness and grace. thank you for reminding me what my strength looks like. thank you for being there for me. yes, yes, yes, thank you! but an “i love you” really would have been wonderful and i’m actually sad they didn’t get to hear it from each other. fourth, the way nameless boat dude came back in like a fucking generic ass early disney prince was just lame. i thought it was lazy. here we have a rebecca who is devastated that this weird, funny, kindhearted american football coach who shoved himself into her life and her heart has just left to go back to kansas and this little dutch girl trips and suddenly rebecca’s found happiness? it’s frustrating. really, it is. like i’m happy rebecca has a shot at happiness and a family, but she just as well could have had it with ted, who is admittedly very similar to this dutch man. i don’t get it. this is where it well and truly lost me. fifth (this one’s a three parter, sorry), where’s ted’s happy ending? because i don’t think it’s a life of volunteering to coach children’s soccer. i know people have been implying/worrying that ted and michelle reconcile but i don’t see that happening. ted, at his core, is still the man michelle left. he’s still overly optimistic (although we didn’t see that in the finale, like what?), he’s still punny, and let’s be real, he’s still a mess. i didn’t see the resolution to his arc. in fact, returning to kansas feels like a regression. he literally ran from kansas. that’s the whole reason he went to richmond in the first place. what changed? why is he going back now? for henry, yes, of course, that’s understandable. and at the same time, within the show we’ve been shown that the bond of a father and child is not always enough to get dad to stay/be a good and decent father (i.e. ted’s father, i.e. james tartt sr., i.e. rebecca’s father). this isn’t, of course, true for ted and henry, but i think it’s a point to make concerning everyone saying things about the child-parent bond being end-all, be-all. for some people, that’s true. for others, it isn’t. it isn’t a jab at anyone or the parent-child relationship in general, it’s just the truth. this is a coin that has two sides, y’know. got off course there but anyway, henry also could have gone to london, which i think might have been the best thing for him anyway, he seemed to have a good time there and he would have had a whole band of new brothers with all the himbos. michelle isn’t a bad mother by any means, but she’s got her own shit to work through if the whole doctor jacob thing was anything to go by. i also don’t think the show did all that great of a job showing us that henry had this super deep connection with his dad, but maybe that was just me lol. regardless, i still understood the bond and its importance and of course ted wanted to be there for his child. that part does make sense. the way it was gone about felt like a disservice though. ted’s expression at the end there doesn’t scream happy. he looked rather sad to me, like something was weighing on him still. and i’m sure there was. i don’t think he’s at peace with himself yet, or happy. maybe he’ll get happy in kansas. i hope he does. but getting to see rebecca’s “happily ever after” and not ted’s hurt my heart. guess i was hoping they would actually subvert the expectations and have him stay in the home he’d made for himself instead of going back to the place where he lost so much. why did he have to give up his found family and the job he loved (and was still actively learning about!! offsides!!) and the best friend he made and the support system he found (which, no matter your age or your progress, you always need a support system) and the community that had come to love him andandand- all ted did was sacrifice to make other people happy and better and this feels like another sacrifice because his mom guilt tripped him by saying something he already fucking knew (sorry i’m not a fan of dottie). i just don’t get it. how is his happy ending going back to the root of all his problems and staying there? just sucks, really, even if it was always the obvious outcome. sixth, i’m just mad all the signs lead to nowhere. the matchboxes, the army man, the bantr fakeout (will never, ever be over this one), the hotel room fakeout where they cut from rebecca to ted in the room and then he opens the door and it’s sassy, the romcommunism, the soulmatism. it wasn’t all for nothing, of course. their friendship is so important and i love it, but this ending felt like a big fuck you to it too because ted was so…distant. it almost felt like he didn’t care that much that he was leaving rebecca and it makes me super upset. all of this is based on the one-time watch from last night but tbh i don’t know if i can handle watching the episode again right now. it really did hurt, especially the way rebecca looked at him at the airport. tbh nothing can convince me she wasn’t at least a little bit in love with him. and, yes, i know. henry is ted’s everything and that’s so admirable and it’s not all about romance, and it’s not. but just let me believe what i want to believe. let me find the joys in the media i consume and if it’s the hope that two attractive, single, middle aged leads could have gotten with each other in the end and figured out how to be happy together, then so be it. i just hate seeing the hate from all sides, honestly, and a lot of people are legitimately really mean about it when this show is all about being kind. ted lasso is a beautiful series and, at the end of the day, it’s just another piece of media that the audience is free to interpret and pick apart however they want to. me, personally? i will continue to live in my delusional little world where ted and rebecca figure out that they belong together/i will pretend the last 10 minutes of the finale didn’t happen. thanks for coming to my tedtalk.

all kinds of trigger warnings
I'm not okay. Last night, as I was trying to fall asleep, the thought of my hometown crossed my mind for a split second, a mere moment, and I teared up. It wasn't even a complete thought, just a blurry image. I didn't cry, only a couple tears that I quickly wiped away, but it's strange. It's not a good town, never was, even back then, but now it's ten times worse obviously. It's theirs now, I will most likely never see it again, not that there's anything to see there.
I'm not allowed to be sick of the war, as I'm not the one fighting in the trenches. So I'm sick of life instead, as I am indeed alive and have been for some time. I can't take any more losses. I know there are people who lost so much more than I did, yet they keep on going. But I genuenly can't lose anymore. And it makes everything too precious. When your entire world shrinks, fits into one person sleeping next to you, in one place with a leaking roof and creaky floor, in one moment of stillness. I can't bare the thought of losing it. I can't live in this all-consuming fear of losing it all any longer. And I know I'm going to lose.
I had exactly one happy year in my life. Well, it's only happy in retrospective. When I was 17-18, moved away from my absolutely horrible family, met my future husband and moved in with him. We were very poor, we fought all the time in those early years, and that was the year my bipolar disorder manifested in full strenght. The same age as my father's. But I was studying in the uni I loved, I wasn't bullied at school for the first time in my life, I had good grades and was making friends. Then 2014 came. Russians came to my city in tanks, their favorite vehicle when visiting Ukraine. It was a scary year of artillery, empty streets and store shelves, duct tape on window panes, queues for humanitarian aid food packages, sandwiches with catfood-like pate from said food packages for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Russians of course took over my uni along with everything else. And every night falling asleep to the sounds of their tanks and APCs (they moved them at night), I dreamed that these were Ukrainian tanks coming to free us. But it never was.
And despite it getting better on a surface level, it only gets worse. We're not so poor anymore, we don't fight with my husband, I accepted my mental illness and sort of made peace with it. And I was almost the happiest person on Earth for a couple of months when I moved from Donetsk, and Russia hadn't invaded us yet. I had future ahead of me, I made plans, I thought my life had just begun after all. I can't keep losing and I can't keep making it worse. In my teenage years I dealt with having a terrible family by finding even more terrible and abusive person and clinging to him for over ten years. I got so hurt by my closest friend that I never made a single close friend again. I found my husband and now can't even kill myself because I can't do that to him. Now I have something - someone - to lose. I should've end it way back when I had nothing and no one. I can't live with this fear, it's unbearable. I want it to end. I want to either wake up and realize that this war was just a nightmare, or not wake up at all.
please donate to the Ukrainian army using one of the links in my pinned post. just please, even a single penny, just do this

Beloved Gift (Beloved Thy Name II)
Parings: Lilia x Dullahan MC
Summary: Triumphing over your siblings on the human farm situated in the far corners of Briar Valley, you are implanted with the essence of the Tree of Eternity, gaining unmatched abilities in regeneration. When your Warden finds that the experiment is a success, you are promptly sold to the fae army as a weapon of destruction‒ a position you answer to with animal violence, much to the content of your handlers and the fae army, who name you Dullahan, after the myth of the headless reaper. When you come across the infamous Lord Lilia, great commander of the Fae army‒ he takes you under his wing, gifting you morsels of peace even with death on the horizon. You are simply taken with the sweet songs and sugary words which fall from his mouth‒ echoing them in the heart in your chest that did not feel like yours. Angst but happy/sweet ending bc if I get no comfort I'll implode
(Part II To Beloved Thy Name, can be read as standalone but will make more sense if you read the first part)
Domestic bliss, talks of death, reminders of war- your typical baby-acquiring journey in the Twisted Wonderland World. MC/Reader is based off of Dullahan like the first part.
TW: Mentions of human experimentation and manipulation (neither is enacted by twst characters), war, and death. Mostly domestic bliss though but a twinge of angst

“Are we really going to take this child in? Young master will surely‒ ”
You gesture towards the human child, swaddled and sound asleep in your partner's arms. Small was all you describe it as, if not‒ fragile. Such things were not allowed to grow past their frailty at the farm, so to see its breath swell and fall in its impossibly tiny chest filled you with anxiety, dread‒ the kind which placed your body far from that small, small body, lily pure so long that you did not meet with it. Instead of resting your hands near your sides, ready to unsheathe the blade at a moment’s notice, you opt to keep them tucked into your chest, feeling the leathers of your armor squeak against the friction. Distance, you remind yourself in every way possible. It would be the only thing that would keep your hands from polishing the memories of violence that ran vivid like the blood under your skin.
“We can’t possibly leave him here in this crumbling castle. It’s far too dangerous.” Lilia flashes a smile. “Malleus would be delighted to have a curious little thing around.”
The grip on your arm tightens, you feel nauseous being next to the fair haired thing. "We don’t know the first thing about raising a human. What if we- “
“Well…If you say. I guess we can just leave him here. Alone.” Lilia turns on his heels, leaving the crying child to his devices. Your stomach turns at this‒ your eyes flicker to the crumbling integrity of the castle, the bleeding prussian blue that darkens the skies.
“Wait!” Your partner turns around before your hand even meets his shoulder. A sly smile dipped on his lips, he listens. “I’m just…not sure this is a good idea.”
“Why not? You’ve been so good with Malleus as a child. A human baby can’t be any worse than a fire-breathing dragon fae, can they?”
“Young master is a prince. This is close. Too close.” You attempt to reason. “Humans are so fragile. They get sick, they break‒ everything you do to them is damage. And might I remind you who I‒”
“Ah, you fret too much dear‒ you’re human, you’ve made it this far. How hard could it be with this little thing?” He was already pressing his face closer into the swaddle‒ there was no reasoning with him when he had already made a decision.
You sigh. The distant calls of your name seem to close in on you‒ creeping a lover’s breath away from your neck. Dullahan. You keep your distance as he carries it all the way home, bathes it, feeds it milk that night, and tucks it in next to him in your shared bed. You opt for the floor, as you did before when you lived in your Warden’s quarters.
“What will we do about tomorrow? You must report to the castle and I must do the same.”
Lilia smiles, you know the way one of the corners of his lips curve a certain way to show something you both relish and dread. Mischief. “I’ve already sent a message about you being sick for the rest of the week‒ and look at these books I’ve borrowed from Baul on human child care!” He points to the large stack of books on the windowsill, a tired looking raven tucked next to it. Ah. That’s what that was all about. He gives you a firm thumbs-up. “You’ll be fine!”
Burrowing your face into your hands, you groan‒ the infant responds to the noise you made, reaching his small hands towards your face from the bed. You lift it to see his aurora eyes, gleaming with innocence.
“See? He already likes you.”
So, your day ends and begins, unusually‒ with a silver haired baby.
You keep your distance from it for the first hour, hour and a half‒ afraid to touch or break it.
Then it cries, it cries and cries and cries. Its energy is endless it seems, as he shows the pink of his throat for hours and hours. You try everything‒ bouncing him up and down like the books say, giving him milk and warm food. Still, he is restless in his vengeance it seems, and everything you give to him he cries and slaps from your hands. You spend at least half an hour cooking down some apples to make him a sweet treat, maybe with some of those ginger snap cookies Lilia liked. He throws them across the room as soon as they’re in his reach, and you falter at the thought of having to do dishes and still somehow calm him.
You realize you’re at the end of the rope when you start making funny faces at him in an attempt to entertain him, or at least cease the crying. Still, the screaming, the kicking, the sobbing.
“What do you want little one? Please‒ I don’t understand what you need‒ just‒ just tell me!”
He continues to cry despite the tears welling in your own eyes, you crouch to his level and get nose to nose with his sobbing. He begs to be released from the small chair you fashioned for him to see if that would stop the screaming‒ but even at floor level, he cries and cries, babbling at your feet.
“I am sorry I cannot provide what you wish for‒ I don’t understand. Is there something I’m missing?” You pull at the root of your hair with one hand while on the floor. You crouch inwards into yourself. “Please, please, please. What am I doing wrong?”
Two knocks at the door‒ you’re filled with hope‒ Lilia, at last. He would be better suited for this job than yourself. Than Dullahan.
“Lilia asked for me to bring some treats…Is that the child?”
“Young Master.” You bow quickly, attempting to raise your tired voice over the incessant screaming. “I apologize for Lili’a behavior. I would have gone myself, I just‒” You look at the darkness beginning to overtake the sunset filtering through the windows, the mess of the kitchen, the floor, the table, the bed. Everywhere‒ a proof of your failure.
“I have no excuse for this mess. I‒” You look at the angry red streaks running down the plush skin of the child, guilt rising inside of you. “I have failed the task Lilia has given me. I apologize.”
The majesty sets down the basket of fruits on the table, brushing away the crumbs that sat upon it. “I had an empty slot in my schedule, and I was curious about this human child.” He sits, smiling. “To whom is the great Dullahan apologizing to?”
The name brushes the nape of your neck. It’s so real that you rub your palm against it, attempting to soothe it somehow, like salves against a burn. “Oh I…” Your mind spins, you remember you haven’t eaten at all today.
“Your apology is unnecessary. But I must say, I’ve never heard you so desperate before.” He chuckles. You press your lips into a straight line, embarrassed that he heard your small meltdown before entering the house. “May I?” He points to the child, now in his cradle, still bawling.
“Of course. I beg you to heed my warning‒ he is very fussy, he does want anything you give him.”
He remains silent, but reaches his slender hands to the child‒ brushing a small sliver of hair from his forehead before he envelops the bundle in his arms. His cries simmer to babbles, and he reaches his tear streaked face towards your majesty, reaching his hands to his face. His face flowers with joy, and for the first time in the day, you feel somewhat relaxed.
Still, you worry. "Please be careful your majesty. Humans are quite weak, fragile. You understand how it is.”
Malleus bounces the child softly in his arms. "You talk as if you and this child are not of the same species. He’s only a younger version of your kind, is he not?”
You swallow your breath, fold your hands into each other. "Young master‒ I am different, but the same. The tree of eternity lives within me, I am built much stronger than the average human.” You gesture to the babbling child in his arms. “This one‒ he’s just a little human. They all break easily but children especially so.”
When you rake through your memories, it does not give you mercy at the slightest. Mothers, fathers, children‒ you never brought down a blade to them‒ but the soldiers you slashed through like wheat‒ they had families too, didn’t they. You’re sure your hands would find the shape of that violence easily as you hacked through everything else, that instinct to survive doesn’t fade as quickly as they do scars, flickering with a will of its own. You look to the crescent shaped blades displayed on the wall to make sure they are not by your sides once more, finding your name‒ and your purpose. Dullahan, they seem to call to you.
“You were this small once?”
A small smile curves onto your lips. “Once, but I do not recall much.” Anyone who had preserved you in that shape through memory and mind had been killed by the farm‒ whether it was through the grueling training and starvation, or your will to survive. “Humans grow much quicker than fae because our lives are not as long. We are not this small for long, we do not remember much about our first years.”
“Fascinating…human lives are that short?”
“Yes. Human lives are not long lasting. We all die eventually, of course, but human lives turn to dust quicker than you can imagine. This child will die one day…” The soft glow of the amber embedded in you aches. “As will I. And we will leave those like you behind. I apologize for that.” Baul, Malleus, Lilia. A day will come when your heart can no longer keep with the thing inside of you. Then, you will fade in their memories‒ lost. Again.
“And to whom is the mighty Dullahan apologizing to?” His majesty reaches a gentle hand towards the child, shifting the tufts of diamond locks from the child’s face.
“I am…” Something inside your chest feels like it's falling, and you inhale hastily as if to gasp for air. Death. You had always known it, being surrounded by it, and being its conductor with every violent swing of the blade. It was never any attachment to life that you felt had been lodged in every moment of that animal brutality, but survival. To come out of everything alive. What was the difference between life and alive, again? Lilia had taught you the words, pointing to the two while you circled them in pink, as you rolled the remaining sweetness from the barley candy he had given you earlier in your mouth.
“I am apologizing to you, young master. For I cannot accompany you for all of your life, it seems.”
“Will the essence of eternity not keep you alive?”
“Not forever. We humans will not ever come close to your intimacy with eternity. We’re dying every second, peeling off layer and layer until we are nothing but dust. Then, those who remember us die, and we are lost forever.”
"The purpose of a name is not to be a prison. It is a hand we reach out in the darkness that echoes against our form, and from there we are able to distinguish the existence of ourselves. Without it, we are formless, we are lost."
Love seemed so much easier with Lilia. Perhaps it was that promise of eternity. Even if you succumb to an eternal sleep, he lives, on and on. Selfish, you think. You swallow that feeling deep down.
“That’s a shame. I rather enjoy your company, (Name).”
You bow. “It is an honor, young master.”
He motions you to rise, handing you the child once more. “Why won’t you call me by my name‒ Lilia does so. Your histories with me are equally long‒ and I’ve permitted it before, encouraged, even.”
A smile dips into your features. “Young master, I mean no offense.” The child begins bubbling with tears, and you grip your own arm, squeezing the flesh below the leather. You’re truly not fit for this. “This distance is necessary. I would not ever wish to hurt you.”
The child fusses once more, wriggling out of Malleus’ embrace. You offer your hand, and he simmers down once more, like the watery look of his eyes meant nothing.
“Is that what you wanted? To be held?” You realize.
“I’m sorry. My hesitation caused you a lot of pain and suffering. It’s not supposed to be that way, is it?” His eyelids dip dowards, flickering. He soon falls asleep in your arms. “I’m not suited for this, am I?”
“I’m very sorry it had to be me.”
——————————————————
The next day is better, you attribute it to Malleus’ abilities, the lullaby he sings in honor of his mother‒ something familiar, warm, alive. The two of you go out to the forest, and you chuckle at the way he reaches towards every flower, every fairy that dances in the air, every leaf that blows in the wind. You press a flower to his mouth, and one in your own.
"Honeysuckle. Lilia taught me that word, it's sweetness. And now I'll teach it to you."
The baby babbles again, reaching for another tuft of the flowering bush. You pick one with your fingers and let him take it from your hands to suckle the sugary sap again.
"Hm. It doesn't seem you're one for words. That's alright, neither was I. I can teach you more."
His small cheeks rise with that, flushed a perfect pink, reaching towards your face again.
“I thought I would find you here.”
You’re startled for a moment, squeezing the bundle in your arms, before you relax into Lilia’s gaze.
“When did you…”
“Just now. I remembered you liked to always take me here to harvest the flowers for honey. And I always burned it when you weren’t looking.” He chuckles.
You laugh with him, always. “I remember. I won’t let you near that kitchen again. Or a pot or pan for that matter.”
“You wound me, beloved.” Your heart soars at his words. “How is the little one?”
You sigh a bit, but keep the bittersweet smile curved onto your features. “He cries, a lot. Like Young Master always had. He needs to be held all the time.” His small eyes flicker towards a passing butterfly. “Oh‒ and he likes honeysuckle. I’ve taught him the word today.”
“Hm. He doesn’t seem that much for words yet‒”
“That’s what I thought a moment ago, but neither was I.”
“Neither were you.” He says fondly. A breathy laughter from the two of you follows.
“Shall we walk?” He reaches a hand towards you, and you take it.
A moment or two of peace pass‒ but the quiet brings you back to your conversation with Malleus.
“Will the essence of eternity not keep you alive?”
“Not forever.”
“Lilia, how long do your kind live?”
He laughs a bit at your question. “A couple of centuries. A thousand years, and even more on the longer end. Why are you asking me such silly questions? You’ve been with me this whole time.”
“I…” You hesitate. Distance, that is your impulse. But the desire to be closer to him floods with that thought. “I feel the power of this essence growing weaker every day. I don’t know how long…”
You don’t look to his expression, but you feel his surprise. “I see.”
The two of you walk the rest of the way in silence, until you see the cliff the two of you always frequented, the apple trees dipping their fruit in the skies near your heads. The sun kisses the land, enclosing you in its fading warmth.
You reach towards the velvet hills, and the gossamer warmth that blankets over them. You imagine they roll through this earth eternally, enveloping the world in the warmth of soil and sun. You break the silence.
“Doesn’t love feel easier this way, Lilia?” You hold the child higher in the air, letting him a wider expanse to the brilliance in front of you, ever extending, eternal.
He smiles, like always. “You’re easy to love.”
“I mean love, in general. It’s hard for me to remember I am here, alive. But when I remember this eternity, one that stretches far beyond me‒ my love for you, and perhaps this little one as well‒ propels me forward. I feel like I could love everything. Devour the earth and the skies.”
You sit, a bit embarrassed from your outburst, but Lilia seems in a better mood, leaning against your form when you place yourself next to him on the lush grass.
“You still have time?”
‘As much as this thing inside of me allows.” The amber flickers. “I feel it growing weaker everyday.”
He thinks for a moment, you see the contemplation wash over his face like a cool shadow. He looks beautiful this way‒ in every way he’s taught you, and you can’t help but to stare. “How about love?”
It surprises you. “What about it?"
“How about your love for me‒ will you still have it?”
A way to describe eternity. Poets, bards, and artists have tirelessly tried. “If I could harvest the moon and put my love in its place, I would.”
“You haven’t changed one bit.” He snickers, flickering his flushed face to the skies. “Then. Time is all I need. I have your love, and I have you here right now.”
The baby babbles, sounding out pieces of Lilia’s laughter, and yours. Your dearest smiles, sweeping a snowy lock curled onto his forehead.
"What should we call him?"
You think, pressing your fingers on top of Lilia's which rests on the baby's head. His glassy eyes look up at you, rounded and polished with their innocence. Silver. You think. His hair, his eyes, his laugh, his warmth.
Beautiful‒ "it means something shines in your eyes and you love it‒ even if it burns". His hair and the tint of his eyes catch the light in a radiant way, flaring in an aurora of colors. Silver. Silver. You sound out in your head, imagine calling to it in your own voice, then Lilia’s‒ taking shape, finding its small body in the bundle in your arms.
"I think Silver. Simple, but fitting."
"Hello, little Silver." Lilia reaches a finger to the small of Silver's hand, he wraps the finger with the warmth of his skin. "Nice to meet you, call me father." He shakes it up and down. "Beloved, it's your turn."
You chuckle, reaching a finger to him as well, which he softly grasps between the plush of his palms. You feel a heartbeat moving delicately under his flesh. "Nice to meet you, fair Silver." You do the same as Lilia, up and down. "Call me (Name). The name is a gift from your father, and it will be a gift from you as well‒ if you will call me by it.”
The heat of the sunset cools, the fireflies beginning to wane in and out, flickering their light across the hills like stars. Lilia envelopes your hand in his own, sharing his warmth from his heart to yours. Love seems easy.

Healing Yoru's inner world.
You happen to know why Yoru act kind of rude and careless all the time. He is scared. Love him plz.
Tumblr media
You and Yoru wasnt always like this.
It started off rather cold. Yoru was being Yoru. Insulting you here and there. Ofcourse he has to be the best and all. You know the deal.
But when his firends jokes around him, he gets all emberrased and rather angry. You knew that feeling. Trying to act tough and the others make fun of it? It was... sad.
The jokes that Jett and Phoenix did may have been a little funny but you holded it. Holding the laugh in and shooing the others out of his head.
"C'mon guys! We have work to do." Or "Brim is calling you Jett." Or "He is tired guys. Lets leave him alone."
They may have chatter about you when you were away. Calling you his calmer version copy-paste and all but Sage heard that and it didnt ended up well for them. (They swore that they wont talk bad on any other agent.)
Yoru noticed what you were doing and actually was thankful to you. Tho he will never admit that.
You get to talk with him outside of the fights. He was still closed up about showing any kind of himself but you knew it will take time for him to open up. You wanted to take him out of his self-made hell.
You guys first started to talk in the common room witch was quite the favorite place among the agents. So you whispered him that if he wants to talk more, you'll be in your room.
And after that, whenever Yoru wanted to talk to you, just wanted to pour his heart out, he would always be at your door. Knowing that you'll always welcome him without judging.
And to that part, judging, that is what made you both so close. Yoru was able to be himself without any worries because he knew you wouldnt judge or tease him for it. You knew it was hard for him to be vunreable around somebody. And he needed it. So you offered your arms.
It didnt have to be any talking when he came over. He just wanted a presence around him. Mostly yours. He was all alone before, yes. But he just couldnt find the peace in it anymore. It was better when he was able to hear your slow breaths and feel your warmth near him. Since he knew he wasnt the best with words, he preferred this secret meet-ups this way.
You get to a condition that he shared his snacks with you. Without you asking. Yoru? And sharing? Well, there was definately a change of manners.
He offered his snack to you by holding it infront of you. Waiting for you to take afew.
Jett saw that and when she was about to say something you made a hush movement by putting your index finger on your lips. Luckily he didnt noticed her. (She begged for some snacks from you after Yoru left tho.)
But it got to a point when he cried. Infront of you.
He knocked your door while trying to hold his tears. You opened it as always and saw him with teary eyes. He didnt say anything while closing the door behind. Hugging you while crying silently on your shoulder.
"Do you want to talk about it?" You say while patting his back. He just shook his head as a no. You didnt pressed on it. But the memory was still in your head like a gold.
He was getting less angry. Learning how to ignore people. Trying to maintain the urge to talk back over everything. Ofcourse he still had his ego on his side. It was just a little off. Like he was asking for help if he needs it or thanking somebody for their help. But at the end of the day he did praised himself.
He was beginning to heal. Thanks to you. Brim was so thankful to you. As well as Sage.
(While im writing this, its raining and lightnings are lightening my room. The roars coming after it? Its quite peacefull tbh.)

if u do angst: may we please have Rama, despite the miraculous loving relationship with his dear human reader, being hit with the reality of the mortality of their partner, what he does to cope with it and how he deals with the inevitable loss from natural/unatural causes (i sowwy i wanna HURT) tysm!! ;w;
Aw nooo 😭 I hope I did this one some justice
Ramattra and Morality
“Our lives are short, will you share yours with me?”
When he had asked, the sappiest he had ever been, he had mostly spoken in assumption that he would sooner be forced to shut down by human hand before ever finding out if he even had a lifespan.
But years into his cause, and years into this war he had waged, he was seeing his dream become fabricated before him— slowly, but it was there. And he had hope
You were always there beside him, by some miracle you decided to stay, and he knew you were probably the one thing keeping his sanity tethered to the earth— the one thing preventing him from ensuing mass genocide in his agonizing hunger for justice- no, revenge.
And with you he was seeing his goal come to fruition, a world where omnics could live in peace. He could see an end to the fight
But then he thought, what would he do after? Could he settle with you if the world would allow it? Would that be his life from then on?
And what of you? Is that what you wanted? Would you stay with him still, for the rest of your life?
It dawned on him then, a harsh realization that stung and boiled like ignited oil in his chest. He became awfully aware of the taught wires in his throat, the placement of his vocalizer wrapped safe within them. He would lift a hand to his neck, his mind practically spinning with thoughts of you growing older, and older, until you weren’t there anymore
You would not last forever. He knew this— he had said that from the beginning. But you— You would not last. And that scared him
It continued to bother him for months, though refusing to talk about it.
It was obvious something was wrong, and this made things seem a little off for some time. He was already so kind and gentle with you as your partner, but then he suddenly became sweeter? Gentle gestures became somewhat touch-starved, he’d hold you closer. He was more passionate in nights he spent pleasing you, and far more intense and attentive to whatever you had to say— all as if it would be your last.
It was overwhelming, and you had demanded several times to know what was wrong. But he would lie, and lie again, until you finally turned your head from him and he recognized disappointment.
And so he caved, and his hands would shake as he reaches toward you in a rush to explain. “I do not want you to die.”
It broke your heart, and his. His processor was burning the more he spoke about it, every word he spoke felt forced and stuttered— his vocalizer defensively attempting to restart in the midst of every sentence— and his fans were loud as he tried to stop himself from having an internal meltdown. He could not stop shaking.
This behavior you recognized as crying, for an omnic. You’d never seen him so frantic, you’d never seen him cry.
You could only assure him there was still so much time left for you both, that he had so little to worry about for now. What time he spent in his head agonizing over the passage of time, was time taken from appreciating what he had right now.
He would have sighed and agreed, you were right. But it was so hard to let go— a fatal flaw, of his. He could never just forget.
But he took your words to heart, and as always he took them seriously. Things returned to normal, relatively, but he remained far more eager to spend time with you
He reached a point of hoping that he would not outlive you. How privileged you were as a human, to enjoy life knowing roughly how much time you had to live it. He had no idea. He didn’t want to live forever
He had experienced more loss than most people have on the planet. Approaching a breaking point that not even he knew if he could recover from, how much time and healing it would take if he lost one more thing dear to him
You would get over his death far easier, he believed. And he could happily go to rest knowing you were safe and loved— this was the death he began wishing for
This imaginative dream was what put him at ease. Deciding that, in a handful of decades, he would ensure his passing before yours. Morbid, but it helped. After reaching this decision he could be truthful in saying he felt fine, when you asked. No more lies
You had said he had more time, and he believed that
But unpredictability was a bitch of a factor, and he had lost you so much quicker than he was prepared for. He had just been ridden of his paranoia, and now everything has suddenly slammed on its breaks and shattered him at his very core
An ambush, masses of explosives that wiped out most of his forces, hundreds of his omnic brethren lost in the fire
But he did not search for any familiar metal bodies, he passed the unmoving forms of friends and dared not reach for them. He went straight to you. He collapses to his knees and pulls you into his arms— but he knew better than any other model of omnic what a dead human looked like.
And even while he knew, and stared into a lifeless gaze that would not recognize him, he still shook you and demanded you to wake.
Even while his dream crumbled around him, his ideal vision of the world for his brothers and sisters fading back into nothingness, he still held tight to your body in a grip that would have squeezed the air from your lungs. He wanted you to tell him that he was hurting you, he wanted to hear your voice tell him to calm down, he needed to hear that you were still there
But this treacherous grip that he would never have done to you on a day that you were breathing, evoked no such reaction. He was holding nothing but a body in his hands.
You were a death so wholly undeserved, yet there was nothing he could do about it. There was no way he could have prevented this outcome
But when his comrades finally found him and pried him from your bruising husk, guiding him to somewhere safe, his mind spiraled toward all the possible ways he would have stopped this from happening
He’s pretty sure he hurt someone. Several of his people, actually, for tearing him away from you. He remembers hearing screaming, likely his own.
And then he would be wordless for days, leaning into weeks. He could not lead what was left of his movement. So it moved on without him
He died, too, to the rest of the world: The last ravager lost in a successful ambush on the Null Sector. One human casualty.
He was thankful he had such loyal allies that would carry on his efforts. He could not bear to lose anymore— he had so little left. So Ramattra would disappear for quite some time
But he would eventually resurface from a long period of silence, going first to find the last being who still cared for him, Zenyatta. The monk would only find the shell of what his brother once was, weakening by the moment, struggling to find a purpose for himself
Zenyatta might have known of you, but never met you. Through his brother’s haunting grief for this human, he could easily guess what you might have been like, if deemed so ‘perfect’ by this broken ravager
Zenyatta’s wisdom and company kept him afloat. It was a long road to finally accepting his partner’s death, but from him Ramattra would soon learn to think that you wouldn’t wish for him to suffer in your absence.
He would never be the same. But he would try and find happiness again, for you, believing his brother’s words true.

The Trouble of Love Languages
Dean Winchester x plus size reader
Dean’s love language is quality time and acts of service while the woman he loves most in this world craves physical touch, which is the one thing he can’t stand.
Warnings: angst to fluff, they’re both in a bit of the wrong here, Dean has touch aversion, arguing, Dean is definitely an asshole with lots of unresolved issues, slightly toxic relationship?, break up, reader is ever so slightly touch starved, lovers to ex’s to lovers again, drinking, crying, comfort, hopeful ending, Sam is a good wingman

Dean Winchester hated to be touched. After spending all of his life with minimal kind physical touch with the people he cared about, it was no wonder he had an aversion to it. He could put up with a hug or slap on the back to his brother and fleeting kisses to his girlfriend’s cheek or forehead but everything else was off limits.
She did her best with what she got but sometimes, she just wanted to be held against his broad chest and inhale his unique scent of cheap cologne and gunpowder with just a hint of cherry pie. She wanted to feel the warmth of his body pressed tightly to her but her love for the hunter kept those needs locked behind a steel door that she never noticed had begun to rust.
Y/N sighed, putting down the massive book on werewolves that she had been studying for the past few hours. There was a tight band around her head that was slowly drawing tighter and tighter as a killer tension headache set in. She glanced over to the other side of the library where Dean had his feet perched up on the table as he leaned back in his chair, mindlessly sucking one of the lollipops Y/N had bought for Halloween.
He was only wearing a gray henley today instead of his usual many layers of plaids and shirts so she could see, very clearly, the way his muscles moved under the fabric and the slight pudge of his belly. Those dazzling green eyes were fixed on a new edition of some car magazine he picked up on the way back from a hunt. Y/N couldn’t help it.
Slipping from her own chair, she glided over to him. “What’cha reading?”
“Magazine.” He grunted but she knew he wasn’t being mean, sometimes Dean just didn’t want to talk. Without thinking, she laid her hands on his thick shoulder and gave them a squeeze.
Dean flinched out of her grasp, turning so quickly that Y/N had to take a step back to avoid being knocked over.  His chair clattered to the floor as the library settled into an explosive silence. Y/N knew Dean could be scary, he’s been through so much trauma, seen and experienced things twenty times over that no human should ever have to see or experience even once. He told her of his time in hell and as a demon but promised that she would never be scared of him because he would protect her.
But now, as his chest heaved with heavy breaths, he was positively terrifying. “How many times have I told you not to do that?” He didn’t wait for a reply. “You know I don’t like to be touched and yet you still continue to do it. How long is it going to take before you get it? I. Don’t. Want. To. Touch. You.” His voice was level but filled with anger, a rage she had only seen when he confronted the worst kinds of monsters imaginable.
“Dean I’m sorry I-“
“You know maybe we shouldn’t even be together. Time and time again, you do this and you always say you’re sorry and that you won’t do it again but then a couple days later, you do.” Y/N’s heart was breaking right in front of the hunter but he was too blind with fury he couldn’t see it. “I can’t be with someone as fucking needy as you. It’s every goddamn day! I can’t get one second of peace with you being so clingy.”
That was the last straw. Y/N pushed a finger into his chest, shoving him backwards. He knew how insecure she was about her need for affection and constant reassurance, but until now, he never made her feel like it was an inconvenience. “Then yeah we shouldn’t be together. But you’re not going to be the one to break us up, I am. You’re a selfish man Dean Winchester. I don’t ask a lot from you. I ask that you take care of yourself, that you don’t cheat on me, that you treat me with respect and maybe the occasional hug so I don’t feel like one of your one night stands when you roll off of me after sex.
“I deserve someone who wants to be near me, who tries to understand what I need instead of brushing me off because you don’t want to make the effort. I am sick of being treated like a toy you can pick up and put down whenever you want a quick fuck or comfort. So Dean, you got your wish, we’re done.” Y/N turned and stormed off, her eyes burning with tears that didn’t fall until she could no longer hear her now ex destroying the library.
It was sad how quickly her bags were packed, only a duffle bag and a backpack that housed her entire life. She paused as she lifted the flannel she often wore to bed, the red and black fabric was soaked in Dean’s scent and never failed to make her feel safe every time she wore it.
It felt like a reminder of her faults, of all the things wrong with her that he couldn’t put up with. Scoffing, she threw it onto the bed they had shared only a couple hours ago. There was a quick knock on the door jam.
Sam, the gentle giant that he was, leaned on the wood, brown eyes big with concern. “Where’s Dean?”
“Don’t know, don’t care.” She snapped, quickly zipping up her bag and tossing it over her shoulder, barging past him.
“Hey hey, what’s going on? Did you and Dean have a fight?” He trailed after her like a puppy, sadly watching as she stomped towards the garage which notably was missing the prized Impala. A cruel part of her mind cooed that it was probably parked at some bar where he would find someone better than her.
“If you can call it that.” She muttered, throwing open the door to her truck and shoving her stuff in. Just as she was about to climb in herself, Sam’s hand wrapped around her forearm to hold her back.
“What happened?” Tears quickly rolled down her full cheeks, wetting the shirt she was wearing as they made their way down her neck. She turned to look at the men who had become her best friend, her voice firm with a slight quiver of sadness.
“We broke up.”
With a quick pull of her arm, Sam released her and she stepped into the cab of the truck. She rolled down the window, giving him a somber look. “Take care of him, ok. And-“ Y/N debated her next words carefully before speaking again. “Tell him I love him, even if he doesn’t believe it. He needs to know he’s loved.”
And with that, she drove off, leaving behind a very confused Sam and a life that she wished she could have kept.
——————
Another town, another hunt, another bar. That’s how it always went and for a long time, Dean was content to keep it that way. Then she blew into his life like a hurricane, knocking everything off path and forging her own. No more random hookups or drinking beer with every meal. She even made him get rid of all the guns he mounted on the wall in his room.
And now, the hurricane had passed, leaving behind destruction and a hole the shape of her in his heart. But she would not come back, he made sure of that when he called her clingy. He knew it was wrong but he couldn’t stop himself from saying it. He regretted it the moment it left his mouth and watched as the light in her eyes died.
She was gone, because of him, because of his stupidity he lost the best thing that has ever happened to him and the only thing he could do was accept it. So, he went back to his old ways, paving over the path of destruction in his soul the only way he knew how, beer, hunts, and women.
Sam decided to stay in the motel that night, shooting his older brother a look so devastating that Dean couldn’t meet his eye for fear he would see the disappointment and pity he already felt in himself. But Dean slipped out the door anyway and headed for the closest bar, truly not giving a shit if it was any good or not.
The music was too loud, the lights too dim, the beer too stale. Dean, however, was determined to stay, trying to convince himself that he could go on without her. He downed his first drink quickly, not letting the taste hit his tongue before his glass was drained. Signaling for another one, he rested his elbow against the sticky bar counter.
It was familiar, like returning to your childhood home. But it felt wrong. The voice in the back of his mind was screaming at him to leave, to find her and crawl on his knees begging for forgiveness until she came back. That voice was silenced with another glass of cheap whiskey.
The hand planted on his chest was familiar too. A touch he could tolerate because he knew what came after, sweaty bodies rutting together until that rush of dopamine hit him and he could feel like a normal person for a while. She was pretty, young too and obviously enamoured by the sexy older man with a gruff voice that bought her drinks and made her feel special.
Another drink. She asked him to go back to hers and he agreed, following blindly after her as she led him away. He couldn’t remember the walk to the non descript apartment, only coming back to himself when she took his hand in her own, shooting him a wink that he supposed was meant to be sultry but just served to lessen the ache in his cock.
Her slender fingers hooked into the belt loops of his jeans, tugging his thin hips into hers and pulled him into her home. The door slammed shut behind him, blindly following her.
A grunt was knocked from his lungs as she moved him onto her bed, sinking to her knees with hooded eyes. “Lemme take care of you baby.” Her voice was grating on his ears. Dean resisted the urge to flinch when her palms were laid on his muscular thighs.
It was so wrong, a nightmare he couldn’t escape but at the same time, didn’t want to because he wanted to prove something to himself, to validate his anger and his rage at the woman that loved him so much. Dean felt her tug at his belt and was broken from his thoughts.
“Stop. Just stop.” He all but shoved the girl off of him in his haste.
“What the hell!” She chastised, quite obviously offended at having been rejected by this man that until a few seconds ago, seemed very keen to have a night of fun with her. Dean shook his head and with a muttered ‘sorry’ left her kneeling on the bedroom floor.
“You fucking dick!” She called after him, and he couldn’t help but agree.
——————
Jody’s home was pleasant enough to live in. With home cooked meals every single night and a deluge of girl talk with not only the Sheriff but the two teens in her charge. It was a good distraction for a while, getting caught up in the usual antics of the young women that Y/N imagined Sam and Dean were like when they were younger.
But even the best distractions can only last for a little while. And each night, as she settled into the small bed graciously given to her, Y/N just felt alone. She was out of place here, a passing visitor that had overstayed her welcome long ago. No matter how much Jody may have protested the opposite and Claire and Alex insisted that they loved having her there, this wasn’t Y/N’s home.
Her home had always been Dean. His presence had soothed her soul in a way that nothing had ever done before. She lived for nights where they would drink and laugh themselves silly or when he would prepare her coffee just the way she liked it in the morning. She desperately missed how his face would break out into an uneven and frankly goofy smile when she teased Sam.
In a vain attempt to stop her mind from going down a road that she knew would make her spiral, Y/N shoved her headphones in her ears and blasted a random playlist. The soft guitar and crooning voice so similar to Dean’s had her eyes burning with tears. Her chest ached as she thought about the way he sang to her in the car, his hand on the seat beside her plump thigh, not quite touching her but close enough she knew it was there.
Tears rolled down her temples wetting the pillow beneath her head as she let herself mourn the love she had lost. Her sobs were silent, mere hiccups as she forced herself not to make any noise to alert the others. She couldn’t take anymore of their pitying looks.
She hugged herself tightly as her nails dug into her soft forearms, her chest heaving with her cries. Images of the man she considered her soulmate with another woman sent her deeper down the rabbit hole of self-despair. She could only imagine what he had gotten up to in the weeks since she left and it was driving her crazy.
The song faded out, leaving Y/N alone with her thoughts for a second too long. The brightness of the screen blinded her for just a moment before she clicked on the last text exchange in her phone.
I love you sweetheart
The low buzz of the outgoing call rumbled against her chest where she placed her phone face down. In the silence between each ring, she was doubting her decision more and more. Why should she reach out first when he was the one that broke them?
“Hello?” His raspy voice came out crackled through her head phones, making her heart jump slightly.
“S-sorry butt dial.” She panicked, quickly hanging up but not before hearing him call out, “Wait! Plea-“ Y/N threw her phone onto the pile of her clothes in the corner of the room, ignoring how it was now ringing again, a photo of her and Dean lighting the screen.
Sleep did not come easily that night even after her cries ceased, her eyes finally fluttering closed as the sun began to peak over the horizon, dousing the room in a soft pink.
——————
It was rare that music didn’t play in the Impala. There was almost always a constant stream of classic rock that spewed from the radio, yet the silence was more overwhelming than the usual loud songs Dean sang along to.
Sam was deeply concerned for his older brother. He knew the break up hit him hard, no matter how hard he tried to hide it, but the younger Winchester didn’t think it was this bad. Dean reeked of the same whiskey he religiously drank after they lost Bobby. His clothes were rumpled and dirty, the Impala, his prized possession looked dull and lifeless, caked with dirt and dead bugs.
Dean hadn’t shaved in the weeks since she left so he now sported a semi-impressive beard which Sam attempted to make fun of just the same as his own facial hair had been but Dean had merely grunted and ignored him. “Are you going to tell me where we’re going?” He attempted to start a conversation.
“Jody’s.”
“Why?” The one word answers were nothing new, but at least he was talking. Dean’s green eyes flicked briefly over to his brother before returning to the road.
“Hunt.” Sam sighed, slumping back against the leather bench of the car, his focus shifting to the world that was speeding past them. He was sick of this self-pitying attitude that was slowly driving the older man to madness when it could be solved so easily.
“If you pulled your head out of your ass, you could get her back.” The air in the car turned to ice. “Don’t act like I didn’t hear you frantically calling her last night.”
“You don’t know what you’re talking about.” He growled, knuckles turning white as his grip on the steering wheel tightened. But Sam kept pushing.
“She’s the best thing to have ever happened to you and you just let her leave. Or maybe you just never loved her since you went home with someone only a week ago, that’s why you didn’t put up a fight.”
“Shut up Sam.” Sam, that should have made him worry. He was only called Sam when Dean was pissed and on the edge of an almost toddler-like melt down.
“I’m just saying, if you really wanted to, and I mean really really wanted to, she would forgive you. But you don’t want to make the effort.” The tires screamed as Dean pulled off the road with a flick of his wrists. Sam was jerked sideways with the force but then was sent the other direction as Dean fisted the front of his flannel and shoved him back against the car door.
His eyes were wild with fury and his next words came out in a snarl. “I can’t get her back. Don’t you understand that. I just can’t.”
“Why not?” He pushed, desperate to get his brother to finally come to his senses. “You know she loves you and that she would do anything for you. What made this fight so terrible?”
“Because I can’t touch her!” The silence quickly returned as Sam tried to comprehend what he was just told. “I can’t touch her Sammy.” Dean was on the edge of tears. He released his shirt from his grasp like the fabric had burnt him and buried his head in his hands.
Sam had never witnessed Dean like this before, like his world was crumbling down before him and he wasn’t doing anything to stop it because he had just given up. No matter the circumstances or insurmountable odds that had faced him, he always pushed through with his can-do attitude and unwavering loyalty to those he loved. But now he was being consumed by a hopelessness so many monsters had attempted to instill in him but never could.
He was heartbroken and suffering. He lost the woman who knew his soul and yet still loved him. Sam knew what that despair felt like, to have such a great love ripped away and not giving yourself time to lament on that loss.
“Dean.” He started but was quickly interrupted.
“I couldn’t give her what she deserved. I couldn’t be that loving boyfriend she wanted so badly. I couldn’t even fucking hug her without feeling like I wanted to push her away. And I knew it was hurting her but she was right, I am selfish. I wanted her to myself even if I could see her slowly dying inside.”
The sun was quickly setting over the brothers, the reds and purples giving way to a deep blue. They watched, for a moment, as the stars began to appear and the darkness surrounded them. “I’ve hurt so many people in my life. My hands have been stained red with blood for so long and she was the one person I couldn’t stand to hurt. Yet I hurt her so badly that she ran away from me.”
“But you do want her back don’t you?”
Tearful green eyes looked back at him. “More than anything.”
“Then we need to make a pitstop, I have an idea.”
——————
Y/N couldn’t help but notice Jody’s worried glances towards the front door as they ate dinner. “Alright Mills, that’s the eighth time you’ve looked at the door in five minutes. What’s going on? Do you have a secret lover coming over?” Claire snorted in her drink but quickly recovered as her surrogate mom shot her a glare.
“No, I do not have a secret lover. Thank you very much. I’m just waiting for a package.” Y/N raised an eyebrow at the older woman, still incredibly doubtful.
“It’s almost 10 at night, why would a package be delivered this late?”
“Well, I-“ The doorbell rang, saving her from having to give another lame excuse. “Excuse me a moment, there’s my package.” Y/N narrowed her eyes at the Sheriff, not saying anything else.
Alex sighed, shaking her head, like she was in on some conspiracy that Jody had set up. “Have you got anything to add?” Y/N teased.
“Nope, nothing at all. Isn’t that right Claire?” Said girl, who was sitting to Y/N’s left, just huffed and took another large bite of her food.
Y/N ignored the muffled voices coming from the entryway, assuming that Jody, being her usual friendly self, was making conversation with whoever was at the door. Then, “hey girls, I need your help for a minute.” And without so much as a groan of annoyance, both teens stood and rushed from the room.
Before Y/N could follow after them, she heard the front door slam shut and the obvious sound of a car engine starting up and then driving away. “What the hell?” Just as she stood from the table to investigate, a large figure blocked the doorway.
“Dean?”
“Hi sweetheart.” She melted at the sound of his voice clearly after so long and not through the crackly and broken version she heard through the dozens of voicemails he left her the night before. She itched to run into his strong arms but remained in place, her hand absentmindedly falling to the table, laying her palm flat against the butter knife she had been using. “I hope you’re not planning on using that on me.”
Dean gestured to her hand in a joking manner but only succeeded in making her scowl at him. “You look like shit.” He winced at her tone.
“I deserved that.”
“You deserve a lot worse. What the hell do you want Winchester?” Dean sighed. His body tilted forward, like he wanted to get closer. Running a hand through his hair, which was slightly longer than he normally kept it, his eyes dropped to the ground.
Y/N watched as he deflated, the usually stoic image of the hunter before her crumbling to dust and leaving a man that looked truly broken. “I didn’t mean to call you clingy.” Straight to business, good. She thought.
“But you did. And you did it knowing full well how I feel about that word.” Unconsciously, her voice softened as he nodded along to what she was saying.
“I know and I’m sorry about that. I’m- fuck- I’m sorry about everything.” Y/N didn’t object when he took a tentative step forward and she cursed her body for not recoiling as he drew closer. Yet she couldn’t bring herself to move away. “I wish I could be the man you want, the one you deserve, but I’m not and I don’t think I will ever be.”
“Not really selling your case here Dean.”
“Just- just let me get to my point and then you can cuss me out. I love you and I want to change for you. I want to get better at touching you and I’ll do whatever it takes to bring you home. Besides Sammy’s been pouting a lot without you there and it’s getting really fucking annoying.” Of course the man couldn’t get through a serious discussion without being a dumbass.
Dean stood inches from her now, and Y/N could see how his hands trembled, either from anxiety or the copious amounts of alcohol she smelt from him, she didn’t know. “I don’t want you to change, Dean. I love you for who you are but you really hurt me and-“
“I know.” He cut her off. “I know and I want to make it right, if you’ll let me.” His green eyes shone with tears
“Goddamn you and your stupid puppy dog eyes.” She grumbled. Dean smirked. “Alright! Jesus, we can try again but I expect so much fucking grovelling, like ten times more than I had to do when I accidentally ate the last slice of pecan pie.”
He smiled and nodded, placing his hand on the dining room table mere millimeters from her own. “Anything you want sweetheart.”
“And no sex for the foreseeable future, not even over the clothes stuff.” He winced at that but still, his smile did not waver.
“And, and, fuck I can’t think of anything else with you looking at me like that.” She whined and turned her head so she didn’t have to look into his eyes anymore. Y/N gasped as a finger hooked under her chin, guiding her gaze back to the man she still loved so much. His smile was even softer now, almost dopey with love.
“I’ll do whatever it takes, even if that means never getting to see you in anything less than fully clothed for the rest of my life and giving you all of my pie. I just need you, sweetheart.” His forehead dropped to her own, the tips of their noses brushing together in an act so intimate it made her chest burn with affection.
“Did you sleep with anyone else?” The question hung heavily in the air, pressing down on both of their chests like a massive weight. Dean breathed out harshly through his nose and Y/N froze, already fearing his answer, she began to pull away. But without any hesitation, his right arm wound around her thick waist and tugged her into his chest. Caught off guard, Y/N planted her hands on his chest.
She felt the way his body tensed beneath her palms, still so unused to being touched but he didn’t let her go like he would have before. “The short answer: no.”
“And the long answer?” Her throat felt like it was closing up with the onslaught of tear building behind her eyes.
“A girl brought me back to her place and tried to go down on me but I didn’t even kiss her. I left before she got my belt off.” Unable to stop herself, Y/N chuckled.
“You just left?”
Dean’s cheeks coloured with a rare flush. “Yeah, I walked out the door and she was still on her knees calling me a dick.”
“Well she was right about that.” And they stayed like that for a moment, letting themselves be reminded about how much they loved each other. Pressing a quick kiss to her forehead, Dean stepped away.
“Wait here, I have something for you.” With a few long strides, he left the room and then quickly reappeared holding a canvas bag with the phrase ‘act like a lady, think like a boss’ printed on the side in big, bold lettering. “Don’t diss the bag sweetheart.”
And before she could snark something back, he pulled a teddy bear from the bag. The bear seemed to be a regular plush at first glance, but when Dean handed it to her, Y/N couldn’t help but smile brightly. The toy easily weighed 5 pounds and suspiciously smelt of Dean’s cologne. “I thought that this could be a substitute for when you want to cuddle. But this is temporary, cause I will get better. He’s just a placeholder.”
“He?”
“Yeah.” He sighed happily. “Little Dean Jr.” Holding the bear tighter to her chest, Y/N stood on her tiptoes and finally planted her lips on his. Her skin burned as the soft kiss quickly turned more passionate and his newly grown beard scraped against her. Fingers curled into his hair, Y/N yanked him even closer as Dean’s hands fell to her generous ass, giving her cheeks a light squeeze.
Reluctantly, she pulled away first, her lungs screaming for oxygen and her brain telling her that if she kissed him any more, she would end up in the back seat of Baby with her legs over his shoulders. “This is a start. But I will not have you talk to me like that again. If you do, I’m gone and you won’t ever see me again.”
“I promise, I’ll do better.” Content with his answer, Y/N pecked his swollen lips.
“The bear was Sam’s idea wasn’t it?”
“But I named him!”

This was based off of @cloudninetonine 's fanfiction called a players aid and honestly I loved it so much I started to write again so made a little fic about it in my down time if y'all got any comments or criticisms let me know.
≠============================≠
Across time
LU/oot link x child!reader
the guide is 11/12 during the events of the story
Tw: general angst, light body dysmorphia?, Poor editing, oot spoilers.
The hero of time had a child not physically but mentally in a way he dubbed them the guide normally the child be concerned a strange small voice talking talking to them like they had known him his entire life like he was there best friend and them in return and it was quite annoying.
Until he had to leave his home behind the first time he heard them go quiet was after he left the kokiri Forest for the first time saying farewell to saria and the place you've known as a home for all his life was not an easy task maybe even worse by the silence his guide presented after saying goodbye to one of his only friends he felt them he felt there warm tender embrace he could feel there kindness and empathy radiating within him.
"I'm sorry link I know this must be hard for you, to just leave everything and go on a journey like this but hey at least you're not alone you've got me and I'll make sure we get through this together, ok." The child-like voice spouted, sounding not much similar than his own.
"Thank you" he whispered
"What's your name?"
" I'm Y/N " they replied with childlike enthusiasm.
"Do you think we will really stay together through this" he spoke silently walking into Hyrule Field.
"Yeah well we got to, I know you have navi, but who else is going to watch your back." The guide exclaimed to the child hero.
And they did, even when link had went to the master sword sealed within it's pedistle anxiety radiating within him he pulled sealing his fate.
Saria was gone
Princess Ruto was gone
Dariunia was gone
Zelda was missing
All he had was navi and his guide
Y/N had proven to be a beacon of light in his dreary adventure' not to say Navi wasn't helpful but Navi never had any helpful puzzle solving skills and the guide had an odd but unique scence of humor.
Whenever the mood got dark and whenever link let his mind wander too much he could always count on his guide to make a off-color/strange, funny joke, awful pun or even just some reassuring affirmation to keep his Spirit's up.
But then it all changed as soon as the master sword was pulled out of its pedistle it all changed the young boy had the body of a young man, but not the mind to match. And everything, was changed not just the young hero but his land castle town was decrepit, a shell of its former self,Zora's domain a frozen pit, and gororn city all but abandoned.
Hyrule had gone to "heck in a handbag" as they said the one thing stayed the same, his only constant thus far his guide.
Y/n
But things never really got better after finding all the stages but y/n remaind through every hardship trial and quest no matter how bleak it got at least he had people to rely on navi and his self proclaimed "guide".
Until the inevitable end.
Zelda was taken by gannondorf, trapped in a crystal and taken to the remains of Hyrule castle.
This was the endgame he knew it and so did y/n.
"Don't worry link we'll rescue Zelda and save the day together ' we just gotta!" They exclaimed with the typical childlike nativity.
Link on the other hand was not so sure he couldn't escape the sinking feeling that something bad was going to happen regardless of how this was going to end.
"Ok then let's finish this and bring peace to Hyrule!" Link exclaimed.
The battle and escape was grueling, every attack from Gannon hurt tenfold however this was nothing with his guide and navi by his side the two people he could depend on most.
He could take on anything, right?
"Right, Y/n......"
"Y/n"
"Y/n"
" I'm sorry link The adventures over it's time for me to go" they sniffled.
Were they crying?
"Please I already lost navi I don't want to lose you too' don't go please." He sobbed did everything they went through together.
"I,m so sorry I don't want to go but the adventures over I wish I could stay longer but I cant"
"I'm sorry link, goodbye."
And then as if he felt his soul leave his body they left.
Just like that.
There warmth and tenderness he felt all throughout his very being was gone.
"Y/n"
"Y/n"
"Please come back."

what your favorite song from eternal sunshine says about you: (according to me) ོ༘₊⁺☀︎₊⁺⋆.˚
intro (end of the world): you’re dramatic. not as a bad thing but as someone who feels a lot. you remember every detail and you make yourself a lot of questions like Do they actually like me? Are they just being nice? Are they faking it? Did i do something wrong? Are they judging me? Am I the only one? Do they actually love me? honey BREATHE
bye: you’re used to suffering, so used to that you don’t even suffer anymore! you prefer to put your energy in things that are worth it. if it’s not good for you, you say ‘bye bye boy bye’ and don’t waste your time. you don’t repeat mistakes. you know your worth, and you’re strong for that ♡
don’t wanna break up again: you always want to keep the peace even if it means your silence. you cry alone to not bother anyone. you live in a constant fight between what you should do and what you want to do. you don’t want to hurt others ever, even if they have hurt you. you’re self codependent. you strongly believe in “right person wrong time” type of love. and you do in fact ‘spent so much in therapy’ as the song says:)
eternal sunshine: you believe that “you can fix them” (no). everyone hates lies but you HATE. LIES. if someone lies to you it’s over forever. i’m assuming that you had been cheated on in one of your relationships or it’s your worst fear. you’re ‘the first at saying sorry’ as the song says. you’re just looking for true love tbh. a little bit passive-aggressive but nothing too bad:) you’re the best type of person to be in a relationship with!
supernatural: your love is… intense… you like to let everyone know that they’re yours and you’re theirs. (a little bit possessive, nothing crazy) you love with passion. when you’re in love you don’t recognize yourself because of how needy and cheesy you become. and you got some sexy and flirty vibes!!!
true story: you're cautious. you hate to be involved in fights/discussions but ‘if they want you to play the villain you’re totally willing to’ as the song says. you’re a badass that isn’t scared of speaking out their mind. you hate drama and people who don’t have a life of their own!
the boy is mine: you’re a little shy and possessive. you think they’re going to fall in love with you without even speaking to them!!! (me) you know that you and them are made for each other even tho you saw them twice in your life.. definitely is hard for you to take the first step but you can take your time don’t worry! you usually like people that it’s the opposite of you and that’s what makes you want them even more….
yes, and?: life of the party. great vibes for sure! you’re the friend that your friends go to when they need advice. you never have been pretty confident in the past but you learned to love yourself and ‘be your own fucking best(friend)’. you always look for the light in dark situations. you protect your energy. you’re living your best life and you dgaf about what people think! congrats!
we can’t be friends (wait for your love): you love too deeply, so deeply that it consumes you. you feel like you been waiting for love your whole life ;( but you know that at the end of the day it’s just you and yourself ♡ you speak your truth always! and you hate when people get into your life. you wish they erased your ex's memories like the movie/music video.
i wish i hated you: lucky the people you have loved because you’re the purest soul ever!!! always wishing the best to the people who’s no longer in your life. no matter how much that person hurt you in the past you can’t seem to hate them! you love to think that not being together it’s “for the best” to keep your mental peace. you feel guilty about still caring for that person. but very deeply you know that you weren’t meant to be (even tho you wanted to)
imperfect for you: “let’s stay at home and watch a movie” kind of domestic relationship. you love that feeling of familiarity and intimacy that comes with having a relationship. you protect your partner with your life. as the song says you’re ‘anxious, fucked up, too much… messy, completely distressed’ but when you’re in love all of that thoughts and problems disappear. you love with the good and the bad. you don’t care if it’s complicated being with the one you love, you will do anything to keep that love.
ordinary things: you also like domestic relationships, the familiarity and intimacy that comes with it BUT you also like adventure. “let’s disappear together to a different continent and don’t tell anyone” kind of relationship. you like to have fun with your partner (even if it’s doing the stupidest things possible) you feel that time it’s not enough when it comes to them. the meaning of love to you is being the truest version of yourself with that person.
i’m sorry if you don’t feel represented it’s just my vision:) thank u for reading! ♡ stream eternal sunshine ☀︎
this contains the word: love, partner, relationship WAY TOO MUCH! (sorry for any bad spelling or grammar mistakes)

Day in the Life of the Nakajima Household
Aka Atsushi’s tiny dorm at the ADA that he is forced to share with 3 murderous individuals.
Tickle fic!! Lee!Atsushi, Lers!Lucy, Kyouka, and Akutagawa + a little Ler!Atsushi, Lee!Lucy (romantic Akuatsulucy and platonic Kyouka addition)
It’s the orphan poly + fellow orphan Kyouka!!!! ❤️🤍🖤💙 I wrote this a while ago so it’s all in present tense LOL. When I first had the idea, I was hesitant, but then I started actually watching the BSD anime and got to know all their characters better so here it is!! They make me SO EMOTIONAL
Also bonus mini HCs at the end!!!!!!!!!
(Ignore the cringey ahh emoticons LMAO it’s just that all of them are so creature-coded)
ᓚᘏᗢ ♡ ≽^•⩊•^≼ ♡ ૮(˶• ༝ •˶)ა ♡ /ᐠ •̀ ˕ •́ マ ♡ ՞ↀ - ↀ՞
Atsushi’s dorm at the Agency is certainly not made to house four people. It’s hardly big enough for two. Kunikida looks one noise complaint away from bursting a vein in his forehead, but, well, nothing has ever gone to plan as long as Atsushi’s involved.
Despite their statuses as Port Mafia operative and former Guild disciple, Lucy and Akutagawa come over so often that Atsushi’s colleagues hardly bat an eye. The two have even taken to calling it “their place,” which Atsushi thinks is kinda unfair — both for his living situation and his heart.
It’s a peaceful kind of day today. Kyouka’s inside journaling, Aku’s at the store — because he has the most stable paycheck — getting groceries, and Atsushi and Lucy are outside, watering the plants around the building.
“Someday you should get us a garden,” Lucy says while she sprinkles water over the tiny blossoming daisies. “So we can take care of our own plants instead of these ugly trees.”
Atsushi sends her a playful glare from where he’s watering said trees with a hose, smiling. “Do I have to do everything in this relationship? My pockets are crying thanks to you guys.”
Lucy scoffs. “Shut up, you! I give you discounts at the cafe all the time. I put my life on the line for you.” She tosses her hair and places a hand on her chest, and Atsushi holds back a laugh.
Maybe it’s his apprenticeship under Dazai, but Atsushi feels a bit mischievous today. In a move that he’ll probably regret later, he lifts the hose and rains fire over his life partner.
Gasping and spluttering, Lucy throws up her hands to block the spray. Her sundress soaks through and her braids quickly start to droop. She turns a murderous gaze on Atsushi through dark, sticky bangs, and he feels sweat run down his back.
“Atsushi Nakajima, you’re dead!” He spots a certain intensity in Lucy’s turquoise eyes.
Uh oh. He knows what that means.
Atsushi yelps and drops the hose, not even bothering to switch it off before he sprints. He employs his tiger strength, probably cheating, but Lucy could easily drag him away from reality and into Anne’s Room if she wants. Noticeably, she doesn’t, probably to drag out the anticipation. But she will have him. Atsushi is sure.
He races into the building and up the stairs. He doesn’t trust the elevator, but he has hope of escape if he continues on foot. In a blur, he spots his apartment number and pushes through the door, thankfully unlocked. Atsushi lunges for the closet, throws open the door and slams it shut behind him. He’s been on so many stealth missions; Atsushi knows how to be quiet. But he’s giddy from the chase and can barely restrain the frantic giggling he breathes out.
“Where are you, my cute little kitty? Come out, let’s play~!” He hears with his heightened senses. A shiver runs up his spine even while his face feels like an oven. He needs to remember that Lucy worked for the Guild, and their first meeting was a gamble for his and his coworkers’ lives. “Isn’t this a fun game! But you can’t hide forever.”
He really can’t, because there’s only so many places he can hide in his tiny apartment. He wonders what his chances are of getting out the closet and jumping through the window without Lucy noticing.
Just as he thinks this, though, the door flies open.
“Found you!” A grin full of metal shines through the darkness, and Atsushi screams. He tries to leap past her, but the wind is knocked out of his lungs as she tackles him onto his futon. Where did she get this strength from? Yet he doesn’t match her force with his own, mostly because, now that he’s caught, he’s found he doesn’t want to be free.
“Such a bad kitty,” she pulls him onto her lap with her elbows under his arms, and Atsushi feels her wet clothes press against his back. His ears are already pounding, hot. “I’ll show you what happens when you go up against Lucy Maud Montgomery!”
Suddenly there are fingers pressing into his sides. Atsushi yells out a panicked laugh. “A- Ahahaha! Luhuhucyhehehe I’m sorryhehehe!”
She huffs. “Well, you should’ve thought about that before you drenched me!”
This is just the consequences of his actions, isn’t it? Her nails tease under his shirt and he throws his head back. “Stahahahap! Stop Ihi yeheheheild! Lucyehehehe!”
She toes the line between unbearable and gentle. The feeling runs through Atsushi’s every nerve, frying his brain until he can’t do anything but kick and flail around on his sheets. Lucy holds him firmly, a satisfied smile on her face that he can’t see.
She is doing this for revenge, but gosh is Atsushi cute. His cheeks are full and red, his fangs peeking out from under his lip. His giggles are nervous and flighty but ingenuous, the purest kind of happiness. Warmth runs through her face without permission; she really wishes she didn’t have such an embarrassing ailment.
When Lucy digs her fingers into his ribs and Atsushi squeals loud enough to echo off the walls, Kyouka pokes her head in from the other room.
“Oh, are we getting Atsushi?” she asks with a small blink. Lucy grins and Atsushi pleads.
“Ky- Kyouka plehehease! Hehehelp! I’m gonnahahaha dahahahie!”
“We are indeed, Kyouka! And he deserves it. I’m sure he would love if you assisted me.”
Kyouka’s expression doesn’t change, but her eyes twinkle. She strides over and seats herself on top of Atsushi’s legs. He cracks open his eyes to give his little sister a look of betrayal.
“Kyouka! Youhaha’re supposed to help mehehehe!”
“No thanks,” she says blankly, before drilling into his hips with an assassin’s precision.
“KYOUHOHOKAHAHAHA!” Even Lucy is a little terrified by the focus in Kyouka’s eyes, as if she were performing a surgery. But mostly she’s just pleased. She takes her hands off Atsushi’s ribs to clap, then repositions them in his underarms.
“YOUHOUHAHA GUHUhuys are soho MEHEHEHEAN!”
“This is discipline,” Kyouka states very seriously, and Lucy too laughs at that. Kyouka reaches forward and pokes Atsushi’s cheek. “You’re so squishy. Like a bunny. Squish.”
Atsushi turns pink; Lucy really wishes that didn’t make her flustered. “He is, isn’t he?” She pokes his other cheek. “Just as a tabby cat should be.”
Then Lucy worms her fingers into his neck and he scrunches up. “EHEHEHEE nohohoHO!”
While Lucy’s methods are soft in an evil way, Kyouka attacks with honed, concentrated energy, deadly in her efficiency. And with both of them on opposite ends of his body, Atsushi has no room left for thought.
And then the front door shuts with a bang.
Perhaps Akutagawa is too aggressive with his actions, and he squints apologetically at the door he slammed. Setting down the grocery bags on the counter, he winces at the ruckus in the apartment. Is that the Jinko’s screaming?
He walks into the main room to find what he’d expected to see: Atsushi pinned to the floor with Kyouka and Lucy dissecting him.
“This is just like you, Jinko,” he scoffs with a note of fondness, squatting beside the squirming, laughing Atsushi. “You’re not even fighting back.”
“RYUHUHAHA dohohon’t!” Atsushi shakes his head, his face a deep pink and his eyes crinkled shut. His smile is just as blinding as the light of the sun. Gross, Akutagawa thinks with a mini smile.
“Akutagawa.” Kyouka turns to him with that river-like gaze, clear but acute. “Join us.” Lucy cackles.
He smirks. “If that is what I must do.”
Though she calls out to Ryuunosuke now, Kyouka hasn’t forgotten how his words kept dragging her down as she swam desperately toward the light. But then he said he was proud of her. Plus, well, he’s involved with Atsushi. Kyouka’s grown to trust him, at least as long as Atsushi’s around. The same goes for Lucy, who Kyouka resented at first for endangering Atsushi, and for her harsh personality that pushes everyone away. That was before though, before she learned that Lucy is genuinely kind, only a girl at heart, and she’s really fun to talk to, and hug, and go shopping for plushies and clothes and crêpes with.
Kyouka would defend Atsushi’s happiness with the blade of a katana and the might of a demon. Because he’s the one who saved her, because he’s her older brother. He has a way of bringing out the light in those with the blackest of blood. Though he’s made many enemies, he has twice as many friends, Lucy and Aku included. She’s never been more sure that they care for Atsushi than now, engaging in something so purely affectionate. That’s why Kyouka pitches in, because her heart is full to the limit.
Speaking of which, Atsushi seems to be reaching his limit.
“RYUHAHAHAHA! LUHUCYEHEAHAHAE! KYOUHAHAKAHAHA! STAHAHAHAHAP!”
Akutagawa is rough and awkward as he claws at the center of Atsushi’s abdomen. Even Rashoumon is crawling up and down his sides. Still sitting on his legs, Kyouka is moments away from flying off, and it’s only through sheer determination that she remains in place. Lucy has slowed her assault out of pity (because she is soft for this man and terrible at hiding it), slowly dragging her fingers across Atsushi’s jaw. Kyouka copies her: Akutagawa really is ruthless. Atsushi’s floundering and screaming is amusing though, and she can’t hold back the soft giggles escaping from her own chest. Though his laughter is desperate and embarrassed, it’s also bright and overwhelmed with love.
“You should learn to take this, weretiger. If you wish to help people, endurance and inspiration of the soul are necessary skills to have.”
Which is basically fancy talk for: Your joy could cure the world’s suffering and you should show it more often.
“LIHIHIHIKE you wouhAHALD KNOHOHOW! AHAHAHA wahahaHAIT!”
“How foolish of you to sass me in your position.”
Atsushi’s chest barely gets the chance to rise and fall before another laugh is forced out. He probably needs a breather. Lucy, despite being the one to start this, is also the first to end it.
“Now now, Aku. Give him a break. We were at this for a while before you came.”
Akutagawa hums, but he retracts his hand and his ability. Lucy and Kyouka let up, and Kyouka removes herself from Atsushi’s legs. Finally free, Atsushi collapses into Lucy’s lap with an inhale that could rival a tornado. He tries to regulate his breathing with giggles interrupting, and he buries his face against Lucy’s thigh, turning to his original assailant for comfort. Lucy blushes even redder than Atsushi himself had because his tiny exhausted closed-eye smile is the cutest thing she’s ever seen, but settles her hand on his back for a massage.
“You hahall… ahawful,” he titters. “Lucy, I’m sohorry for hosing you.”
Kyouka appears beside Lucy and pats Atsushi’s head. Lucy sighs as if she’d just been hit with the force of all the love in the world. “I suppose I can forgive you. I’m a little less soaked now, thanks for asking.”
“Sorry, sorry.” His chuckles turn to sleepy mumbles. “That’s good, though. I’m glad.”
“Quit apologizing.” Lucy covers her face with her equally red hair and turns away. “You’re such a sap.”
“Far too soft,” Akutagawa adds, leaning down to press a kiss to Atsushi’s upright cheek. Kyouka moves her hand so Lucy can kiss the cat’s head too, instead throwing her legs over him and leaning on Lucy’s shoulder. Akutagawa is a clumsy distance from the cuddle pile, hunched over Atsushi, so the tiger throws an arm around his other life partner’s shoulders and drags him down to rest on his back, maneuvering himself so he’s on his stomach, chin on Lucy’s lap. She runs her fingers through choppy white hair and shifts one leg to lay on Akutagawa’s arm and establish a point of contact with everyone. She laughs quietly as she looks over their entangled position, like some kind of Tetris puzzle.
And then she starts laughing for a very different reason.
“ATSUSHIHIHEHEHEE!”
Kyouka flinches as Lucy’s shoulder jolts her off and blinks rapidly. Then she catches sight of Lucy’s hysterical expression and wide open mouth, someone’s fingers scribbling up her sides, and understands. Screeching, Lucy kicks and shoves at the boy in her lap, the culprit, and realizes that with all the bodies piled on top of her, there is no escape.
Atsushi, the ever perseverant hero he is, grins up at her with teeth white as an angel but pointy as a beast. “Revenge.”
And this is what happens when you go up against Nakajima Atsushi.
ᓚᘏᗢ ♡ ≽^•⩊•^≼ ♡ ૮(˶• ༝ •˶)ა ♡ /ᐠ •̀ ˕ •́ マ ♡ ՞ↀ - ↀ՞
Ryu may have the most money but he has near-zero social capabilities. They all lack people skills actually, but Aku lost the last video game tournament. So he’s doing the grocery shopping.
Also they love each other <3
I don’t know why I got so emotional with Kyouka’s POV but it’s probably because I adore her to the ends of the earth. Two paragraphs of just Kyouka reflection bc I think she’s the type to start daydreaming in the middle of an attack.
Relationship HCs:
Atsushi and Lucy — like lonely little children in love, so desperately it hurts
Atsushi and Akutagawa — It’s Complicated™️ (it isn’t)
Akutagawa and Kyouka — it is actually complicated, but they’re getting there
Kyouka and Atsushi — the purest form of connection, siblings <3
Kyouka and Lucy — sisters who give each other the freedom to just be girls
Lucy and Akutagawa — from strangers to not so much so, united by their love for one special tiger (they’re still getting used to each other)
This is a long-ahh footnote I’m sorry
