"Why is the term 'hopeless romantic' always used in a negative context, as if we are perceived as weak individuals? Even we ourselves tend to think of us as people who suffer deeply because of love, who lose everything in love. Instead, we should take pride in being hopeless romantics. It is us who keep the magic alive in the world, who create fiction, poetry, cinema, art, and everything beautiful.
Vincent Van Gogh was a hopeless romantic, and so was Bhagat Singh, who loved his country and its people beyond everything. He loved so truly that he fearlessly gave up his life at the age of 23.
We should be proud of being hopeless romantics, of loving passionately and madly, and of giving our everything for it. We should pity those who don't value it and consider it their loss, not ours."
(This is a poem that I wrote based on a story I've been working on, about a couple spending one last night together. Let me know what you think!)
A bittersweet melody, sung by two hearts in harmony.
These two souls intertwined for eternity,
Singing a song of a love so deep, a bond so strong and true,
A vow to make the most of life, and the promise of something new.
A vow to seize each moment, to cherish every breath,
A promise to embark on a dangerous journey, welcoming life and death.
Two hearts in pain, deeply in love, and yet so scared
Because one of them is leaving, in a way that can’t be repaired.
The other, willing to share in their lover’s last goodbye,
Agrees to a special request, one that will take them both to the sky.
Amidst a chorus of “yes” and “no”, they find the strength to engage,
And prepare to step into the challenge, ready to turn the page.
They promise to share in this pleasure, crossing a line that was never drawn,
And forget the uncertain future, cherishing the present till dawn.
The dedication to go through, the courage to be bold,
The joy of being alive and the fear of growing old.
With bravery and trust, they embrace the passion of the night,
Overcoming fear, the power their of love shining bright.
A duet of hope and courage, of the sweetest sacrifice,
A story of two souls, agreeing to pay the ultimate price.
They sway and spin, their hearts take flight, lost in each other’s embrace.
One may never know what tomorrow brings, but today, love has left its trace.
They have a love that will linger, and memories that will last,
A special bond between two hearts, a pledge strong and steadfast.
The night is done, and the time is here, to finally say goodbye.
One of them must leave for good, but the fire they made won’t die.
The two share a final passionate kiss, and a promise to meet again.
Though the future is still uncertain, their love will never end.
I wish for Isagi Yoichi to always stay true,
To his easy-going and friendly personality, so bright and new.
May his simple and innocent habits never fade,
And his kind heart always be displayed.
I wish for Isagi to continue helping others,
Contemplative and pragmatic, always finding covers.
May his peaceful ways never be taken for granted,
And his presence always be wanted.
I wish for Isagi to grow in confidence and assertiveness,
To find his place in the world, with no hesitance.
May his hunger for victory never diminish,
And his love for football always finish.
I wish for Isagi to find happiness in chasing his dreams,
To never settle, always reaching beyond the seams.
May his journey be filled with joy and satisfaction,
And his legacy be a true reflection.
I wish for Isagi to always be a peacekeeper,
Avoiding squabbles, making the world a little bit sweeter.
May his kindness and compassion never waver,
And his heart always be a lifesaver.
I wish for Isagi to be the best striker he can be,
To reach his goal and set his talent free.
May his ambition and drive never falter,
And his spirit always be at the altar.
I wish for Isagi to always stay true,
To the person he is, always shining through.
May he never lose his innocence and simplicity,
And always be a true Blue Lock celebrity.
white sand, waves crashing on the shoreline, wind blowing from the west i decided to allow the sand to drown my feet as i walked across the shore appreciating the tranquility in the air, i lingered in a spot once in a while to rejoice in the breezy weather with the sound of waves splashing and the 1975’s fallingforyou
for a moment i got lost in the ocean’s ethereal beauty and i envied the moon for being able to see it everyday, i lingered there as the moon vowed its love for the ocean wishing i could do the same to you but i knew better than to break my own fragile heart like that as unfortunately the feelings aren’t reciprocal
i looked down catching the moment where the waves kissed the shore over and over again more passionately each time as if it were its last time every time and it reminded me of the endless love i had to pour all over you if only you’d let me
snapping back to reality i realized it was foolish of me to turn that euphoric moment into a melancholy one so i continued walking with you on my mind still i thought of how impeccable this moment would be with your presence just you, me and the ocean...
