Zelda relaxed against his side, savoring the peaceful moment. If only they could stay like this forever and forget about everything outside these walls. However, the rising sun and fading shadows were a reminder that the world continued to turn around them. They could only move forward, but the last two days had proven that she and Link were better, stronger together. She blew a shaky breath, feeling something subtle and unspoken shifting between them.

“I’m so glad I met you.” Zelda pulled away to look at Link, searching and finding what she felt reflected in his bright blue eyes.

“Me too, Zel. Me too.” Link tugged on her hands, pulling her to stand with him. “Let’s go back to bed, and I’ll make you breakfast when we wake up. Do you like pancakes?”

“I’ll like anything you make.”

I did it guys

So... I'm back-

I was talking about how well Undisclosed Desires fit to these characters, and how sad I was not to have enough free time to make an animatic about them on this song?

Well, it's not an animatic but it'll be four illustrations on the chorus (maybe more, if i feel like it) so this is [1/4]. That long frame is supposed to be for a future Intagram reel once I'll be finished, hope I'll find the determination to finish it...

Btw! This is an andreil scenary, and this verse would be Neil's POV. It will switch. Hehe I'm so happy to do this

Unrelated reading update below: If you followed my reading update you'll know that I'm done reading aftg, and tho it's been a few weeks I haven't started anyting else for a bit (cause of WORK, seriously, who invented that).. But I have finally taken the dangerous step of entering the Percy Jackson universe. I don't know how I - as a queer 20yo guy - managed to escape it for so long but,, Anyway I'll probably post some Percy Jackson stuff soon as well.

I Belong to You - Chapter Twelve - Falling Away With You

It's here! The final chapter of my grad school au I Belong to You!

I’m posting the final chapter early because today is a special day. This is the day my RL one true love and I went on our first date and by the end of the night we were hopelessly in love. We are proof that true love can happen in a moment with one look, one gesture, one touch. He’s my reason and my life, the father of our children, and to this day, through all the ups and downs, I love him with all my heart. This is for you, @thisgeekyweek.

Excerpt:

“Okay. Just remember you asked for it.” His fingers glided over the keys, and as he softly sang, the sun rose, brightening the room from gunmetal gray to rosy pink. Link painted a picture of the moments they shared and then recklessly threw away, if only briefly. Zelda closed her eyes and let the lyrics and music wash over her.

‘Staying awake to chase a dream, tasting the air you’re breathing in. I hope I won’t forget a thing.’

The earnestness that tinged Link’s voice quickened Zelda’s heart, and she wanted nothing more than to soothe him. She rested her hand on his knee, giving it a reassuring squeeze.

‘Memories I will never find, memories I will never find.” Link’s hands stilled, but remained curled over the keys.

“What does that mean?” Zelda asked.

Link shook his head, wrapping an arm around Zelda’s back, pulling her closer. “Oh, it, uh, means all the moments we could’ve lost if we hadn’t worked things out.”

i dunno if this has been announced here yet but we won!! we finally get nineriver!!

my gushings below

just let me gush over the boxset title - STAR CROSSED - because what does that mean?? STAR CROSSED LOVERS?? 😭

and the first audio title is SWIPE RIGHT, which has something to do with dating apps apparently.

I. AM. SO. EXCITED.

however, not everyone is as ecstatic (me too but for different reasons) because it supposedly takes away what happens in SiTL and River supposedly shouldn't meet War, 9, and 10 pre-Library. however, i respectfully disagree. should I bring up what the TARDIS (and Missy) had said? the Doctor and River are so intricately intertwined like wool wound and wound about each other and a complicated space-time event. of course River would be going around meeting different versions of the Doctor and one moot even likened it to her collecting pokemons! which is a rather cute imagery i'll never be rid of. besides, most or nearly all of the time, their memories get wiped away. also, one of my favorite uses of imagery to use for the Doctor and River is the ouroborus, they are a never ending cycle of firsts and lasts. i could also explain how all these meetings woth pre-Library Doctors don't take away the 'special-ness' of that 'first meeting' but gotta go finish this school stuff.

what else was i going to say? ah yes, if River's appearing in this boxset, would that mean we wouldn't be seeing her comeback on TV? make no mistake. i LOVE all these audios but to SEE her again be part of the ongoing show, oh what a treat (and at this rate, a miracle) it would be.
