I didnt want to eat the burger completely because its 409 cals total I would have stayed in my limit but i was feeling really overwhelmed when I made dinner so I'm gonna just have the other half tomorrow.
I'm gonna try to just stay around 800 calories and 900 on the weekend to keep my body active hfhdjd . Maybe I'll switch when to have more to keep it even more surprised lmao.im also considering to fast 24h after the 900 day but I'm not sure yet.
I cant promise how consistent I am with counting but I'll at least try to regularly log my food.

Tryna start a new "healthier" diet to avoid binging:
4 meals a day, 4 hours apart
Ideally each meal is 200 cal but if I'm especially hungry I can go up to 400

hey, edblr if i walk at least 15k steps a day and omad (cause we have work assigned food that i cant avoid), will i lose weight? im fat and i have been doing that and seen slight change but im not sure if itll be good enough, should i omad half the food? walk 25k?? exercise before work and take the furthest way to work? im not sure n i need help :C
