Just why? Yea I know I was mostly over 1000 in last some time and at two days maybe even over 2k... but whyyyy? I’m sitting here and chilling on ed Tumblr, reblogging unhealthy shit almost every god damn day and then just proceed eating like I’m not affected at all! But I know I’m not faking because I’d know, right?! Like you can’t unknowingly fake something that’s just dumb! But whyyyyy?/??

I ate so much food today. What the fuck am I doing. I have a deadline. Just because the people around me are eating doesn’t mean I have to eat. I’m not gonna make any progress this way. “It’s a metabolism day” bullshit. I just have no self control. If I can control what I eat, I can control everything else. I have no time for this.

I wanted to show a full day of eating that keeps be at 100 lbs. I hope this helps some of you all when you hit your ugw to not be too scared of food!
Breakfast: 1 piece gluten and dairy free banana bread, two prunes, 1/2 cup probiotics with 1/2 cup water and tea. (240 cals)
Vitamins: multivitamin with iron, probiotic, B12, 3 biotin, and a scoop of collagen protein.
Lunch: Tall Starbucks strawberry funnel cake frappe (210 cals)
Snack: watermelon and a square of vegan matcha white chocolate (90 cals)
Dinner: mushroom risotto burgers patty, fingerling potato wedges, onions, and mixed veggies. (415)
Not pictured: cup of chamomile tea before bed. + 1 box raisins in water.
Total: 1045 cals
For excersize today, I did 1/2 hour of walking, and
5 sets of 10 sit ups
3 sets of 10 Russian twists
2 sets of 10 bicep curls
1 set of chest reps
2 sets of 10 squats
