When you actually try to eat for the first time all day and it feels like you can’t breathe because you are eating food so you stop trying to eat and basically end up doing a fast that was unintentional, but your ED convinces you it’s a good thing to not eat and be afraid of eating but you are also so hungry and don’t know how to feel and I-

I‘m back after a Year
It‘s been almost a year since I posted something on here. On my last post I showed my weight loss plan and my stats at that time, I weight 108lbs/49kg rn and my stats are following:
Arms: Left-27cm Right-27cm
Upper legs: Left-53cm Right-54cm
Lower legs: Left-35cm Right-34cm
Waist: 60cm
Hips: 86cm
So as you can see I lost some weight since the last time I came on here. I start college again in about 1 1/2 month and until then I wanna lose 8lbs/4kg. I‘m gonna try to update you every week on my weight.
I‘m also prob gonna start posting on here more.

- try to avoid counting cals, focus on portion control!! stressing out over cals can cause binging!!
- no more than 3 meals a day
- every meal must be small and healthy
- 8k+ steps, 30+ minutes of dance, 30 minutes pilates
- stick to high protein, low calorie foods
- avoid diet sodas, mainly drink tea, coffee, or water
- calorie limit is 800-1000 to prevent binging and keep metabolism speedy
- dont eat before 11am or after 7pm
- drink 2L of water daily!! make sure to hydrate as much as possible
- go on walks to avoid binging & help get steps in
- don't restrict too low
- watch triggering films/videos to motivate yourself
- be mindful while eating, focus on the taste, scent and texture
- drink water before and after meals to feel more full

Is it just me who is COMPLETELY convinced I actually don’t have an 3d I just like keep track of what I eat and count all my kcals and do exercise till I want to pass out and look on ed tumblr and edtwt constantly and look up “*character name* ed compilation” and watch diet vlogs…
