Request: When he was first scratched, he was super bummed and didn't know how to get through it and acted like an asshole to everybody, so Remus introduces him to a former student who had a similar experience ( so has minimum wolf qualifies ) and she is able to get him off his ass & help him through what he’s going through. She also happens to be a curse breaker like he is. Anonymous

His arms engulf you in a warm hug the second you step off your broom. Attempting to hide your wince, you burrow your face into his shoulder but he knows you well enough to sense when you're in pain. Of course, he's also known you for almost 15 years at this point.

"What happened?" he asks, his lips stretching into thin lines. He doesn't exactly like the fact that you've now officially received the title of curse-breaker.

"Manticore. I've never heard of anyone being able to use them as guards." Oh, if looks could kill. Remus Lupin has always had a bit of a soft spot for you. Especially after you were attacked by a werewolf. The scars of four claws ran down your back, but you never changed. The moon made you hungry for red meat but you'd managed to walk away without the curse of lycanthropy.

"I thought they'd gone extinct," he manages to say.

"Definitely not. They're rare, but not gone." With a flick of the wrist, you have your baggage floating behind you as you head for the door.

"There's a friend here I'd like for you to meet." You sigh deeply. It's been a long journey, you reek of sweat and dirt, and you're trying very hard to disguise your limping. The last thing you need is to be introduced to someone new. But you also know what Remus went through not too long ago. Even you felt the pain when it was announced to the world that the famous Albus Dumbledore had died.

"Can't wait," you smile despite being close to collapsing from pure exhaustion. However, it turns out that no introduction is needed as you enter your living room. Bill Weasley has quite the reputation among your circles. The thing you're not expecting is the scars down his face. All of a sudden, your back is burning.

"Merlin's beard," you whisper as Remus comes up behind you.

"Bill, I'd like you to meet Y/N." You know why he wants you to meet. You recognize the look in Bill's eyes. It's the look of defeat - of fear. He mustn't have had his first full moon yet.

"I'd shake your hand but I'm fairly certain I need about five showers before I'm fit to even sit on the couch," you joke but he doesn't respond. In fact, he just huffs a little and remains seated. No signal is needed to get Remus to follow you into the kitchen.

"What is this? Werewolf trauma 101?"

"His family is worried. I thought it might benefit him to see that it isn't the end of the world."

"Is that how you felt?" It's a low blow. There's a massive difference between what you and Remus went through. He has to fear the full moon each month, while you sleep soundly in your bed. But you're tired, and you're struggling with your own memories.

"Just talk to him. That's all I ask." So, you talk at him. Quite literally, you talk at him while he remains silent. After an hour, you've grown tired of repeating the same advice and suggestions, and so has Bill.

"Thanks for the, uhm, pep talk. I'm sure I'll be just fine now," he says dryly before getting up. You don't bother stopping him even after Remus gives you a look.

"I can't help someone who refuses to be helped."

But over the next few days, you feel guilty for letting him leave so easily. You remember that first month of absolute terror and frankly, you can't blame him for his behavior considering how you acted even worse. So, you do the only logical thing you can think of. You pack your bags and head for the Shell Cottage. Once before you visited with Arthur while on Order business, but you remember it like it was yesterday. You love that little cottage. Almost more than your own tiny house deep in a forest.

"Make yourself known." Making sure to keep your empty hands visible, you step forward.

"Just me." Bill slowly lowers his wand and steps inside. "Welcome, Y/N. So good to have you." Still mumbling by the time you reach the door, you take one final look at your surroundings before entering the cottage.

"Son of a Bludger, what have you done with the place?" It's in shambles. Mess everywhere, day-old food on the table, papers ripped apart and thrown across the room.

"What are you doing here?" he asks, ignoring your previous comment.

"I'm here because I'm a better person than you right now and despite your very rude behavior last time, I still want to help you." When he growls at you, your hand instinctively reaches for your wand.

"Right, you're afraid of me," he laughs, venom dripping from every word. There's no way you were ever this bad, right? Your burning cheeks betray you because you do remember the feelings coursing through him. When you were mutilated, you pushed everyone away. You became a hermit until you were sure you weren't going to hurt anyone.

"I'm not afraid of you. But you're not exactly a trustworthy person at the minute." Basically the same thing though. You're a little afraid of his reactions, but you're not about to let him know.

"Could you help bring in my suitcases? Molly said I was welcome to stay here while I figure out some protection for my own home." Horrible excuse. Your house is probably more protected than Shell Cottage but you also know he'll never let you stay unless you make him believe that you have nowhere else to go.

"It's war. One can never be too safe,” you add as you head for the guest room. This is going to take a while. And a while it takes. Merlin, you’re ready to give up several times. Three weeks pass before you even get him to go outside, and he complains the entire time. And just as you think you’re making progress, his mother stops by. Now, you like Molly Weasley. She has the best intentions but the pity in her eyes, her voice, her every action... it’s the exact thing Bill doesn’t need. Even you let out a deep sigh when she finally packs up her stuff after three days of uncut tension. 

“Nice lady,” you comment in the evening as you’re sitting in front of the fire. The silence lingers long enough for you to give up waiting for an answer. Then he laughs. It’s a little high-pitched and not all the way natural, but it’s a laugh. And you’ll take it. 

“Imagine growing up with her,” he laughs, and you join him. Bill Weasley doesn’t need to be coddled and having Molly visit just proves that very fact. 

“Alright, enough sitting around. Take my arm.” He hesitates but you can tell he just needs that little push. “Trust me.” Darkness swallows the both of you as you apparate to the nearest village. Without waiting for his reaction, you pull him into the nearest pub. 

“One beer. And then you’re free to leave.” It’s a muggle pub. No one will know what has happened to Bill here. They might think a bear got him or some other animal, but no one will shy away in fear (or disgust) he might turn into a werewolf. 

“Fine.” You’re taken by surprise when he so easily agrees, but you’re quick to recover and buy two beers before he changes his mind. 

“Cheers,” you say to the bartender before finding a table in the dark corner of the pub. When Bill isn’t fully consumed by self-loathing, he’s actually a pretty decent guy. You both share stories from some of your near-death adventures as curse-breakers, but he doesn’t ask the question you know he’s dying to ask, and you don’t offer the answer. But five beers later, even you are a little unsteady on your feet. Apparating back home is a lot more difficult when the world is spinning. But you manage without losing any limps. By the time you’re walking through the front door, Bill is giggling. 

“Come on, droopy. Time for bed,” you chuckle as you half carry him to his bedroom. He collapses on the bed, pulling you with him. 

“Stay in here tonight,” he mumbles but when you lock eyes with him, he seems almost sober. Logically, you know this is a bad idea, but he smells nice. And his hair looks so cute in that stupid man-bun. Before you know it, you’re closing the gap between the two of you. His lips are soft, gentle, and your head spins from the sensation. Any doubt you might have had goes out the window, when he cups your cheek and deepens the kiss. 

“Stay,” he repeats and you can do nothing but obey him. When his hands goes to the hem of your shirt and begin to remove it, you grab his hands to stop him. He’s nice enough to not comment on your shaking hands. 

“I don’t—I— It’s not pretty,” you finally say and your scars begin to burn as if they were fresh wounds. 

“I know.” He doesn’t sugarcoat it. He doesn’t try to convince you that you’re still pretty. He accepts your feelings because he knows. So, you let him remove your shirt. The cold makes you shiver, but you don’t hide under the covers. You want him to see you - all of you. When he gently runs his hand down your back, you feel tears sting your eyes. You don’t talk much for the rest of the night, but at one point you open up about how it happened. He listens not once interrupting you. Afterwards, he holds you for a long time. 

It’s the first night of complete honesty and it’s what starts your relationship. You saved him from himself but in some ways, he saved you too.

Everyone was excited about the Yule Ball and Fred Weasley wasn’t an exception. As much as he tried to seem relaxed about it, he was freaking out. Asking you out by throwing you a paper at the other side of the table was easy but actually spending the evening with you was stressing him a bit.

But he didn’t have time to think anymore because, at this exact moment, you were in front of him, wearing the most beautiful dress he had ever seen. “You look stunning,” he said, not able to keep the information to himself.

You looked up at him and smiled “Thank you. Could say the same about you” 

Fred let out a laugh before taking your hand in his, leading you to the dancefloor. You both danced for so long that your legs felt sore. Thus, you were more than relieved when Fred invited you to take a break, taking you to an empty corridor far from the other students.

You sat down on the cold stone floor with your back against the wall. Instinctively, you got closer to Fred, who had sat next to you, letting his arm slide around your waist. Fred’s heart missed a beat when you put your head on his shoulder. You both stayed in silence, comfortable with each other’s calm presence.

Fred wished you could kiss him, pressing your lips against his. He wanted this for so long and hoped tonight was finally the moment. He wanted both of you to just fall in love, stay with each other, happy.

And as if you could read his mind, you lifted your head, looking into his eyes with a smile on your lips. You checked for any sign of resistance and leaned in, drawing your hand to the back of his neck and finally pulled him into a kiss. You were a little surprised that you were the one making the first move tonight.

Without even thinking, he kissed you back, cupping your face with his hands. He forgot about everything else, his stomach was all butterflies and fireworks. You kept kissing him, the muffled music mixed with the dim light and the moonlight was making you feel like you were alone. You and Fred against the world, together and in love.

One of his hands came to your waist, slightly pinching the skin there, making you gasp so he was able to deepen the kiss. He let out a small laugh at your surprise and you pulled away “You really are an idiot,” you said but your large grin was betraying you.

“You love me,” he replied. And Merlin, he had never been more right.

Christmas coziness

Pairings: George Weasley x Reader

Warnings: Pure fluff

Summary: Cuddling at night with your secret boyfriend during the Christmas holidays.

AN: Yup, we're doing harry potter world fanfiction now, I've been having writers block for our darling Eddie Munson so heres my compensation till I get some Eddie stuff actually finished.

❤️Just a short lil blurb type thing❤️

You lay on the mattress on the floor, no light in the room other than a large fat candle casting orange over the walls and the book case it was placed infront. 

It was 12pm and you couldn’t sleep, sat against the wall under the closed window you read your book ”A romance at Hogwarts” wrapped in a thick knitted blanket with multicolored squares. 

A soft tapping at the door broke off your reading as you looked up. The watch on your arm showed past midnight, did someone actually knock on the toor or was it just some animal outside in the snow, making its way home to its family for Christmas. 

You decided to open the door anyway, folding the corner of the book you unwrapped yourself from the blanket and tiptoed across the floor, clad in Georges quidditch jumper you stole out of his trunk when realizing you hadn’t brought a single jumper, a pair of Christmas themed cotton trousers, the drawstring hanging loosely and thick green socks on your feet. 

You turned the nob quietly and peeped out.

”George?” You whispered. 

He walked past you into the room and turned towards you ”I thought we agreed no sneaking around at your parents house?” You smiled looking up at his tall frame where his curtain bangs framed his face. 

”I know but I missed you” he leant down and gave you a long warm kiss on the lips. 

You walked past him and plopped down on the fluffy mattress, closed your book and placed it on the floor. 

”Nice pjs” you grinned as you saw George in a matching purple pajama set with balloons on, talking in a hushed tone ”I know right?” he chuckled as he sat down opposite you and crossed his long legs. 

”Sooo what you up to?” He asked as he watched you rewrap yourself in the blanket. 

”Not much, was just reading, can’t sleep” you whispered ”Its freezing here” you shuddered. 

”Yeah the storage closet isn’t much of a warm cozy bedroom” he smiled shyly. 

”Well I’m not complaining, I’m just glad I got to stay here for the holidays instead of at Hogwarts listening to professor Trelawny drone my ears off” you giggled. The comment earned a small laugh from George. 

”Well you want some company? You know what they say about body heat right?” He winked. 

”Ugh your so stupid” you rolled your eyes affectionately ”But yes I would like that very much thanks. 

You slid under the covers and awkwardly unraveled yourself from the ball of a blanket. George slipped in behind you, throwing the blanket onto of the dove and wrapped his arms around you. 

You nestled into him as his chin rested on the top of your head. ”But don’t fall asleep, you’re just cuddling with me till I do and then you have to creep back to your room” 

”Remind me why are we keeping this a secret?” 

”Because, its enough with Freds constant comments just imagine the rest of them, and were only 17 but we both know your mum will not stop haggling us for marige and grand babies, just look at her with Bill and him and Fleur only just got married”

”True, ok yeah that’s true” 

”Besides, it’s kind of fun sneaking around isn’t it?” You asked him, turning your head to see your loves face. 

”Yeah ok it is” he grinned. His words put you at ease and you turned back around. 

”Ok now do your boy friendly duties and make me fall asleep” you joked. 

”Im on it” George whisper shouted and squeezed you as tightly as he could. ”Ahh George stop, you’re gonna make me pass out!” You squealed. 

You didn’t realize how loud you’d been and suddenly you clasped your hand on your mouth listening to any noise. The coast was clear, it seemed no one had heard you. 

”Wasn’t that the point? You wanted to sleep right?” George joked behind you. you rolled your eyes ”Not forcefully! Now shut up and let me sleep”

You both closed your eyes and before you knew it you had drifted in to cozy dreams of Christmas and George and lots of other harmonious things.

”Well well well, if it isn’t the two lovebirds” a voice was heard from the door and your eyes opened wide. You looked up to see Ron, Harry, Hermione and Ginny stood in the doorway. 

You quickly turned to see George hugging you tightly fast asleep. You nudged him vigorously until his eyes slowly opened. ”You were supposed to leave you idiot” you groaned as George did the exakt same motion of looking up horrified to see the four younger teens. 

”Aw merlins..” 

”So you two are a thing now” Ginny grinned. ”Ron you owe me five gallons” Ron groaned as his sister nuged him. 

”Molly said breakfast is ready” Hermione said awkwardly. ”Thanks Hermione we’ll be right out” you grinned awkwardly, sitting up. 

The four made their way out of the doorway ”Uh harry?” Harry turned curiously to see what you wanted ”Could you.. maybe uh close the door?” You asked awkwardly. He smiled apologetically and shut the door. 

”George!” You whisper shouted and the boy laid beside you rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. ”You were supposed to go back to your room”

”Sorry, must have fallen asleep” he apologized, sitting up on the mattress, massaging his neck. 

You both quickly made your way down to breakfast in the tall gangly building with mismatched decor but somehow worked. Everyone besides the adults snickered as you both entered the kitchen, George behind you, still looking sleepy as ever but almost a foot taller than you. 

”Whats so funny?” Molly asked as she stirred the pot of scrambled eggs on the old stove. 

”Oh nothing, we just witnessed something unexpected” Ron told his mother. 

Molly rolled her eyes ”Why you are a great story teller Ronald, lots of detail” 

”Well I guess if they know we may as well tell the others?” George asked you. You simply nodded. 

”Mum, everybody” George said reluctantly as Fred flashed a wicked grin at him. ”Me and Y/N are.. together.. and have been since.. the end of fifth year”

Molly exclaimed in happiness while Fred watched the scene unfolding. 

”Since fifth?!” 

”But you’ve only been flirty this year!”

”Congrats”

”Whens the wedding?” 

”Oh how lovely!”

”Knew it!”

”Told you Molly!”

”Ron you really are oblivious, congratulations you guys”

George groaned as you sat down in a chair next to Fred, earning a wink from him. 

”Told you” you grinned at George.

This is my first “story” or blurb or whatever you wanna call it. So please do not judge to much, I am not a master at writing.

The story of Percy Weasley

Percy Ignatus Weasley had always felt alone, like the looked different from all his siblings, maybe not in height or hair but in other ways. For one did he have glasses, something non of his siblings had, he was the only one whit curly hair (not curly curly but a bit curly at least, it was not straight at least) he was also the only one of his siblings that took rules very seriously, of course his sibling did too (except maybe Fred and George) but not on the same level as Percy did, which made him look boring in his siblings eyes, especially the ones younger then him.

He siblings were also born in pairs, first his two older brothers Bill and Charlie, who where close and hung out a lot, then the twins came and they where inseparable (until the could not be anymore, ‘cause you know) and then Ron and Ginny, who hung out a lot, maybe not all the time but the older they got, the more the hung out. Percy was the one who just did not have that bond whit anyone of his siblings, he was born 3 years after Charlie and 2 years before the twins, he even was odd in the birth order, for all his other siblings was it 2 years but not of Percy. This made his decision to leave the family a lot easier, he never really felt apart of it, so it was just easier to stand against them then stand whit them, or so he thought.

His mom and dad, even his siblings, loved him for who his was. He probably was his moms favourite child do to his pompous demeanour. To sad he did not realise this until it was too late.

Luckily a family is always family, he was breve enough to go back and say sorry for us mistakes and they saw it and simply forgave him, because at the end of the day he is family….
