circulating,

making its presence known

sometimes i give in, mostly,

entertain,

embracing its fragility

troubled dreams occuring,

haunting,

slowly and surely creeping in

Dear Retiring Spring, Once, you made the leaves flutter Now, you ripped them from the tree, Kissing grass in elegancy. The league of shadows, Has shattered in the shade of meadows. You made the weather hazy, And me, a little dizzy. Amazed by the breeze that flee, I see what you'd done to tree, You took its clothes off! Are you buying a new pair? Or you did this in some despair! Will you again make them glow? By bright and chanting colours of rainbow! Dear Spring, I adore you. As you replenished those trees everytime you came. I hear the croaking of branches of that tree, Of which, once you made all leaves flee! Disguised and bruised, it stood still, Like, it's the patient and you a pill! I saw how frizzily they came to the ground Like the movement of a new born, Like the ripples formed in a stagnant pond! Dear Retiring Spring, What did you do to them? Once you were the reason they smiled, Now, you made them cry like a child! Once you made the flowers bloom, Now, you put them in their days of gloom!
