Sugar Free Jello is a life saver!

The container was filled to the top with jello before I started snacking on it but it only contains 40 calories. It helps me stay full throughout the week and it satisfies my sugar cravings!!

Workout:

Workout was on my lunch break. 5 min warm up. 3 % incline. 1 min dumbells hold, 1 min walk 3 mph, 1 min jog 5 mph, 1 min walk 3 mph. At about 20 min, I cut the interval on the other things to 45 sec, kept the jog at 1 min. My only complaint was I should have worn a better bra.
Got stressed in the afternoon, pivoted per my last post. Tried to do relaxing things in the evening because my mind was askew.
Made a nice dinner of cube steak in gravy, radishes & potatoes, & roasted broccoli.
Continued reading the Jenanette McCurdy book. It is a good read for me as it touches on alot of stuff that I have dealt with:

Excessive dieting
I skipped the bar and went to bed instead. I got up around 5.
So! I am awake, & working early which means I will be off early.
Happy Halloween! I feel like I mentally skipped Halloween because of the snow. I am having trouble wanting to leave, especially after crap days at work.
My fav new morning tea is apparently not available at walmart. I guess Amazon for the win, but I hate sending more money to them. Ugg.

A daily review with a twinkle of optimism and softness is exactly what I need right now. As occurs often, I had a beautiful day and yet my brows are still furrowed in disapproval of myself, which I disallow. In fact, as soon as I began typing, my facial muscles relaxed and so I deduce that I am exactly where I need to be.
Last night, I cooked a Mexican feast for two friends and I think that it went tremendously. I feel quite humbled to spend time with these two people because they’re so funny, kind, and intelligent so I was particularly pleased to see that they were impressed by the dinner I made for them. I got some ginger ale and filled the glasses with fresh mint and lime wedges; I made a two bean chilli, my classic red onion and mint salsa, some rice and tortillas and salad, guacamole, and avocado (of course). There was just enough to feed me today as well and my friends seemed satisfied. In fact, one friend praised the evening to another friend this afternoon... so yes, I’m blushing.
This morning’s breakfast was perfect in every domain but one: I don’t have any avocado left to make it again tomorrow. This morning I did a yoga flow with Allie Van Fossen which was powerful enough to satisfy my morning restlessness; I had my wake-up treat of a double espresso with some warmed soya milk; I showered and put on a sleek dark-academic outfit (complete with heeled boots, light face-powder, and some perfume which I perceive to be a ‘clean’ scent). I felt good, and my booty was looking pretty good when I left the shower, too.
From 9am until noon, I was in the library and I was impressed with my productivity. I found a space which had the perfect temperature and level of noise and completed the Functional Analysis homework and a problems sheet.
After that, I returned home and chatted with my housemate Bethan in the kitchen, She really does light up my days and she was making a satisfying breakfast while I assembled some leftover [fajitas] from last night. Good for her.
In the early afternoon, I got my exam notesheet done for Number Theory, despite the beautiful sunshine tempting me outside, I finished just in time to meet with my friend and his friend to go for a walk and grab a matcha coconut latte. I’d like to be a matcha-drinking individual but the first matcha I ever tasted was incredibly bitter and this one just tasted of sweet coconut with a complementary bitter undertone so I don’t know what to believe.
I talked with my friend a lot during our walk and I just hope that he and his friend were entertained by my conversation. I hope that they felt they were listened to and treated with kindness and encouragement. I loved the walk we had and I feel slightly selfish for having taken their afternoons but it made me very happy. This is the root of my self-criticism this evening, I believe.
Getting home, I made a simple yet tasty meal of leftover rice with basa and veggies. The peas and sweetcorn makes me think this dish is quite childish but there’s nothing childish about ensuring your 5 a day and preventing foodwaste.
This evening, I wrote up half of my functional analysis homework and hope to do the rest first thing tomorrow. I concluded this task with a phd salted caramel protein shake (which would have been better if I’d had blended a banana into it as well) and one of Yoga with Kassandra’s evening sequences. Now, I will treat myself to a biopic before bed :) I look forward to good weather tomorrow and to seeing my parents.

i weighed myself for the first time in a really long time and. yeah.
i weigh more than i have ever weighed, i cant believe that a year ago i weighed almost 10kg less….
i’m so embaressed and ashamed, this is really going to be motivation for me.
when i go back to uni (i’m on break at home rn) i’m going to try to eat like mainly fruit, maybe low cal yogurt

when I work from office
I changed job, and I try to come to the office more often to communicate with new team mates. I have many trainings and meetings now so not to waste time to go out for lunch, I bring lots of food with me 😅
1. My go-to breakfast: overnight oats (oats, chia seeds, ground flax, soy milk)

Day 14 of getting my sh!t together
It's day 14 and I feel lighter and healthier, although I've a long way to go. My high cortisol levels make it harder for me to lose weight so it can get really demotivating sometimes. However, since I've started posting here, I've felt a nudge to do better every day. The euphoria that comes with making better choices, and saying no to your favourite chocolates and beverages even though they are sitting right in your refrigerator hits differently. I do eat when I feel like but that too in moderation. I was craving ice cream yesterday, so I ordered this tub of mini bon bon bites which are like 22 calories each. I had one after lunch and after dinner. It's all about balance. 🥰

I tried this chicken rice bowl yesterday that I saw on YouTube. I made the rice with brown rice and also added a lot of lettuce, cucumber, onions (the original recipe had only lettuce and cherry tomatoes). Added a generous amount of greek yoghurt dressing and sriracha. It was so easy to make and came together very easily. If you want the recipe, message me, I'll send you the link.

I wasn't feeling hungry for dinner. I had like a couple of spoons of yoghurt left and tofu from yesterday, mixed the tofu in the yoghurt with some spices and cooked it in the pan without any oil,by sprinkling water. Tasted pretty bomb though.

dzisiaj nie ma what i ate in a day bo nie mogłam zrobić zdjęć wszystkiego, do kolacji miałam około 950 kcal już po pierwszym binge - i na tym miało się skończyć, ale mama zmusiła mnie do mega tłustej kolacji, po której też miałam binge i myślę że mogło wyjść dziś około 2000kcal. Znowu zawiodłam siebie oraz ane. Ale rano jak weszłam na wagę to miałam 48.95kg , nie mam pojęcia jak skoro się nie głodziłam i jadłam sporo od ostatniego ważenia (pon) ale i tak się cieszę, będę się ważyć do końca tego tyg co 2 dzień, i od pon będę ważyć się co tydzień żeby mieć więcej motywacji do głodówek.
Waga z 24.04 - 48.95kg (-2.25kg) BMI: 18.7
Total: ok. 2000 kcal
Spalone: 150kcal ćwiczenia + 310 w ruchu
Bilans: 1540 kcal
Ćwiczenia: rozciąganie 40 min - 110kcal, pilates 17 min - 40 kcal
Przynajmniej się rozciągałam znowu dzisiaj i mam wrażenie że dużo lepiej idą mi skłony, chociaż nie wiem czy to możliwe skoro rozciągam się tylko 4 dni.
Muszę być chuda i najlepsza w jazzie. Tamta laska umie już szpagat na kostkach, mnie jeszcze sporo brakuje do ziemi bez nich.
Muszę być perfekcyjna.
