some science info abt salt & ed’s!
consuming salt causes you to retain more water, so when we eat salty foods like chips or pasta, we tend to feel more satisfied after eating it, and when we eat salt free foods it doesn’t taste as good. so if your craving that feeling of being full, if a savoury meal with more salt then usual, for me it mostly works with soups, curry’s and most liquidy things. also, if you want yourself to not enjoy chips or junk foods that are savoury, only buy salt free options, and you most likely will get sick of it and not enjoy it anymore! i used this tactic because my sibling can’t eat salt (due to medical issues) so we stopped buying chips or snacks with salt, and i haven’t eaten a chip in almost a year ♡♡♡

My diet consists of 1,200-1,666 calorie daily goal and limit daily and plantbased mostly to reach my goal of 125-115 pounds in 5 months so thats about about one pound a week .
So thats 10-16 small servings of the food below😀

When I go to the store (high spoon task) to get my safefood 1, get back home to realise I also ran out of safefood 2 and now have to work out whether I'll go to the store again, even though I don't technically have the spoons for it, but I also can't quite deal with living without my safefood 2 for like two days until my mom goes shopping.

Mine are salted roasted almonds & quaker chocolate rice cakes. I try to keep these on hand most of the time. I gotta go to the store and get some more today so I don't eat anything unsafe.

(What I’ve eaten today)
Breakfast (11:30am)
Medium iced latte w/ Vanilla from McDs.
250cals
Lunch (2:30pm)
Veggie soup (carrot, pumpkin, chicken, onion, spices)
75cals? (I only drank the broth/water)
Dinner (5:50pm)
Breakfast burger w/ bread thins
300cals
Snack:
Either a cyclone (ice block) 90cal
Or
Caramel rice cakes 20cal each
Total: Around 700cal (with snacks)
(Making this before I eat dinner and snack so I keep myself accountable for what I’ve written)
*Most of my cals are estimates- I’m fasting (or at least not eating) until around 2 everyday so although my calories may be larger than what I estimate I don’t feel terrible) as long as I fast and eat practically nothing, it’s fine.*
