Hello, I was wondering if you could tell is how you count your calories, do you use an app or just Google when there is nothing SHOWN on the packadging and stuff
Hi there, I use the Lose It! App :) it has a ton of products already and if yours is not there, you can add it and enter the nutrition data. If its something like veggies or fruit, I use average values from Fddb. I always use values per 100g, (almost) never per piece/cup.

💖 DAY 11 BREAKFAST - 282 CALORIES: Turkey, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Tacos
📝 NOTES: This doesn’t look aesthetic but it was so good + 26 grams of protein. I saw this hack on Tiktok where you use one egg and mix cottage cheese in it to make it feel like more, then scramble it. I tried and it was perfection 👌🏽
Also… lost another 5lbs :) Counting calories work. Science works.

New diet I made <3
This averages 700 cals per day which is low enough for pretty much anyone to lose weight but not too low that it’s a binge risk :)
I’m planning on combining it with moderate exercise too

little weight loss ideas
these are just a few things I like to do throughout the day to burn a couple extra calories!
Dance breaks! As a student, I love to take dance breaks when I’m studying. It’s a great way to break up those sedentary hours.
Never take the elevators! I always like to take the stairs. This one’s kinda obvious though.
Standing while working! Standing definitely burns more calories than sitting, so I like to stand while I read or scroll edblr.
Do the “tv show workouts!” All of those “do 10 squats every time Chandler laughs” and “do 15 jumping jacks whenever Eleven uses her powers” type workouts are so much fun.
Take the long way! I always park the farthest away from the grocery store in the parking lot or walk the longest route to class to get steps.
Pacing! I, for one, like to pace when I think and it helps burn a few extra calories when I do.
Inter mural sports! I’m not good enough to be on any of our teams at uni, but there are always pickup games to join when I’m on campus.

btw I didn't go to classes today but instead I watched 'To the bone' for the first time, and it was really inspiring ;)
