Closed all my rings today! So now I can officially sit down somewhere! 🤣🙌🏽 I got my workout in this morning. 30 minutes was on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the Treadmill. Also got 10k steps in! 🙌🏽 Now, it’s time to relax. I’m about to watch fav and drink water for the rest of the night.

So I make progress in losing weight and stuff but I don’t lose fat I am getting more like skinny fat and I am asking you for help. How can I lose fat without building a lot of muscles like I used to do weight training in the past but i stopped because I got very bulky... For now I go out for a run, take my bike or just walk a lot and do some bodyweight training. Any tips and tricks?!?!

Lunch: Yummy matcha latte (75)
Two cups almond milk (60) heated for about 4 minutes on the stove.
1/2 teaspoon matcha powder (0)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (0)
1 teaspoon raw sugar (15) but you can use any sweetener you want.
So yummy and filling, plus my new ACV supplement (because I can’t stomach actual ACV)
