Had a chill couple of days because of my period but I finally broke through my plateau!! 202.8!!! Hoping I lose tomorrow but I’m not sure if I will. I’ve eaten under 1000 cals today and drank quite a lot of water so hoping that helps!
Gonna go walk to my friends again tomorrow which is around 2 miles and take her dog out for a walk so I’ll probably hit my steps and get exercise I desperately need!
will release a super highway of health benefits, releasing fat, increasing calmness, supporting a healthy inflammation response and repairing metabolism.

Always a happy runner 🤣🤣 In all seriousness, I used to look at a lot of side by sides, before and afters, and want the end result so badly that I’d do anything to get there. The problem though was that I was trying to get to that end result so quickly, I was driving at it with a force that simply wasn’t sustainable. Because the reality was, that getting to this point I’m at now has been a series of tiny little steps, taken incrementally which built to the end result over time rather than one driving force of doing everything at once. I didn’t start working out until I lost the first 100lbs. I didn’t get serious about working out until I lost over 200lbs. I ran my first 5k distance three months AFTER completing the couch to 5k program POST weight loss. My starting run speed was 2.2 on the tread. Change is funny like that - every little effort felt like I wasn’t doing enough, but it added up to more than I could ever have imagined. Sometimes doing less is truly doing more. #motivationmonday . . . . . #fitspo #activelifestyle #weightloss #fitnessjourney #beforeandafter #extremeweightloss #fattofit #weightlosstransformation #naturalweightloss #weightlossjourney2022 #myweightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #fattofit #beforeandafterweightloss #healthylifestyle #fitness #myfitnessjourney #weightlosstips #weightlossmotivation #fitnessmotivation #goals💜 #looseskinremoval #looseskin (at United States) https://www.instagram.com/p/ClsOwHio64F/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Eat Stop Eat is an intermittent fasting program designed by Brad Pilon. Unlike other diets that focus on what to eat, Eat Stop Eat emphasizes when to eat. The plan requires participants to fast for 24 hours once or twice weekly. The theory is that intermittent fasting will force the body to use stored fat as fuel, leading to rapid weight loss.
It’s been 4 days we’re now on November 8th and I’ve been eating “normally” and binging the past few days.
Even so I managed to lose from yesterday but I think it was just water weight.
I’m taking the orlistat again and trying to drink loads of water but I feel like I’m failing. I’ve been bouncing between the same 10lbs for months now and I need to really be strict with myself.
Haven’t eaten anything today but I’m going to have some cucumber now and then a salad for dinner I think.
