so today i was supposed to be on a liquid diet before i started a new diet but i gave in which i feel really guilty about and i ate about 300 cals so i did a work out that burn 500 cals so here's the workout

- max of 1000 calories per day
- over 10,000 steps daily
- stay full with water
- workout with 30-60 mins of cardio 1-2x a day
- distract hunger with studying or journaling
- sleep early so I have less time to think of food

Hi again
I used to be very active on here back in 2020. now it 3 years later and im almost 200lbs. Im depressed as fuck and I just want to die. Im at this crossroads of ruining all progress from recovering from being underweight to go back on acting out on my thoughts. For being sad I have the thought of going back to the good times to make me feel better. Cause the people in my life were saying it was bad for me to be anorexic  But when I starving myself I was the happiest I ever was. So maybe its time for me and tumbler again

Rules update
trying new rules to lose weight again
max cal. 800cal
best under 500cal
when I get hungry I smoke and go on a walk
Drinking 3L of water a day
When I eat I will study for 2 hours
Going on water fast for 3 days a week
Trying not to eat as long as possible only when people notice I eat a empty bread or toast
I will drink 2 cups of water before eating and go on a walk then I can eat
sleeping as much as possible
When I get bored I will draw
Less sugar to no sugar a day
Being vegan
