My feelings have been worsening. Irritability crashes the shores of my mind. I have been more and more impulsive. I try my best not to lose my calm and patience, especially when everyone knows tranquility is my hardcore trait. I can barely eat nowadays. I retch it up entirely. Unable to process anything at all. At this point, I have continued eating just to stay alive. I don't have the slightest appetite for anything.The sheer disgust towards eating blindfolded me of the taste and flavours of food. By now, everyone has started believing my underlying problems with food actually concerns physiological treatment. But it's funny when you try to solve ED with eating. The question never answers itself. Sometimes even I am equally perplexed if I have physiological or psychological issues, or both probably? I don't know.

My rules:
☀️ 1200 kcal limit each day (gradually reduce in accordance to weight loss)
🌙 drink 2 litres of water per day
⭐ minimum of 5k steps everyday
☀️ no take-out or fast food
🌙 no dairy (lactose intolerant)
⭐ vegetarian diet
☀️ prioritise protein intake
🌙 take medications & vitamins everyday
⭐ weigh-in every morning
☀️ have at least 2 fruits &/or veggies every day (most likely fruits as I'm not the biggest fan of raw veggies)
🌙 if I exceed the calorie limit, the amount over will be deducted from the next days limit
⭐ log all food (if I'd be ashamed to post it then I can't eat it)
My habits:
☀️ before and after every meal drink a full glass of water
🌙 20 crunches every time I go to the bathroom
⭐ cold & very lukewarm showers
These are just for me and should not be taken as advice on how to lose weight. This account is my way of keeping myself accountable. Pro recovery for everyone (except myself) and I hope you eat and drink what your body needs to be healthy. Look after yourselves - 👻

This year I will;
- Weigh less than 50kg/110lbs (skinny for my height, I'm tall)
-STAY skinny.
-take good care of my looks. Nails, hair, skin etc.
-exercise almost everyday
-stay on track
-get this done and be a thinspo
-be a size 0
-study properly
-take walks everyday
-at least 10k steps a day

im back again and Im need to lose 10lbs in 3 days and on top of that my mom was talking about how she wanted to lose weight and I said I tried to help her before and she said look who's talking it looks like you gained weight so now I'm gonna drop down to 110lbs and just do workouts.
