A/N: Requested by @stevenngrant. Lorena sweetheart I really hope you loke this! This is basically me manifesting cute museum moments with Steven, because that's what he deserves.

Pairing: Steven Grant x reader (gender neutral)

Word count: 643 words

Just as every other night, your heart fluttered at the sight of Steven waiting for you, long past his leaving time but right in time for yours. He’s always there, sitting somewhere along the exhibit with a new book in his hands. This arrangement had been going on for way too long, ever since he became a tour guide and you found him wandering around the archive right next to your office. “Oh wow! Look at this place! Do you think we could go through all these?” He had said to no one but himself, looking at all the boxes of books and investigations and photographs of all his favorite things, and since then it was your mission to help him go through as much as he could - and it was the perfect way he had to start talking to you.

It led to Steven visiting your office to gush about his latest discovery, and as the weather began to get colder and your feelings began to get stronger, to coffee cups shared in between talks and walks to the nearest coffee shop in lousy attempts to get warm - they always worked, if you had to be honest, because if it wasn’t one of his passionate talks, then his lips on yours would always finish the job.

Steven was leaning against his old counter when you spotted him. He was curled into himself, shielding from the cold that was already filling the lobby of the museum, with the book you had left for him in his locker that morning held in between his hands and his eyes scanning quickly through the pages.

“Steven,” you called for him, waiting for him to look up at you while you finished putting on your coat. The lack of an answer didn’t surprise you. “Steve, are you ready to go?” You repeated, but by the looks of it, he was too entertained by the text in front of him, completely lost on his reading.

Walking towards him you called his name again, a fun smile on your lips when you saw how deep into the reading he was thanks to the book you gave him. “Earth calling Steven.” You peeked from behind the cover of his book, finding his gaze and making him take a double take at you.

“Oh, love! I’m so sorry! Did you call me?” He quickly placed his bookmark - the pyramid one you gave him - on the page he left off and threw it into his bag. “I did it again, didn’t I?”

Steven cringed at his own question, muttering a quick apology after you pecked his lips softly.

“It’s alright, don’t worry. And if anything, I’m glad you’re liking the book.” You rubbed his arms, hoping to melt the cold from his body after he had been waiting for the past hour in the cold room by himself. “I would leave you to your reading, but it’s freezing today and it’s getting late.”

“As if I would let you walk by yourself.” Steven extended his hand waiting for yours to join it. As always, he kissed your knuckles when you grabbed his hand and rubbed it with both of his as you walked outside. “Should we go get dinner? Is there any place you’re craving?” He asked, still squeezing your hand.

You knew him too well, though, and even though he had put the book down you knew he was eager to get back to it just as much as you were to slip into one of his sweaters as he repeated the most interesting bits to you cuddled by his side. “Let’s just go home, shall we?”

“Let’s go.” Steven smiled, almost too knowingly of what your plans were, but maybe that’s why he couldn’t resist to kiss you softly once more as he began to lead the way back home.

They're each very encouraging, to start. The vintage fashion is intriguing to them and they'd love to run their hands through your hair if you'd let them <3

⟼ S T A N L E Y

The raven's someone who doesn't broaden what they personally wear too much because he believes others can pull off styles he couldn't, I think. Since being with you however, you're a good inspiration, and he tries to be more daring with his own style and occasionally wears your hats.

I dunno if getting self-conscious about it is something, but there's a knight in shining armor.

Often says to others, "Don't be angry because they dress better than you."

Often says to you something like, "I really like your coat today. It's like you're an agent or something. It's cool."

+ If you're more athletic, then he's either cheering for you or wants to play depending on the event. It's noted you're an especially good team together and people like playing with you guys since you're both good sports about everything.

+ If you're more homey, he's definitely cool with it, too. He could be the boyfriend and best friend sort if it suits you, whether you were friends prior or not. Can truly appreciate a day indoors and often offers to play video games.

⟼ K Y L E

It resonates with the redhead one of the best compared to the others, I think. He's often said he's not born what he seems to be, and if it's a common reason behind why you wear what you do, then birds of a feather. The both of you get close quite quickly because of it.

If not, it's still cool. He's been in South Park so long, and despite the four's adventures, he hadn't ever met someone in a sense like yours.

He'd likely tease, only a little. It was like finding a time capsule in this old town. Tries noticing when you wear new pieces and be the first complimenting it, and usually is.

+ If you're athletic, it suits him. Dates could consist of sports games if you were interested. Quick to defend you and what you can do to anyone doubting your abilities, with a dusty blush as he can admit to knowing firsthand as one of your most supportive cheerleaders. He's so proud of you.

+ If you're more homey, then you're aware this boy hopes you like books. No matter what though, he honestly cherishes any time with you because he's finally found someone to sit with, and he won't ever take it lightly.

⟼ W E N D Y

It is super neat to her. Probably instigates the clothes stealing herself on you, and wears it as great as you do.

The most willing to wear the fashion publicly. If you're cool with it, sometimes you'd wear an entire outfit of hers and she'd wear one of yours meanwhile. It's adorable.

Number one cheerleader in supporting the person you are, no matter the personality, as you do the same for her.

+ If you're adventurous, the raven meshes really well with said personality. She's holding your hand as you maybe jump into lakes, maybe sneak around, or anything else you'd like. She believes she is very lucky with someone like you.

+ If you're a prankster, you two pretend to be one another and you'll both hide your hair in your hats so no matter the hair color :) It's especially hilarious if you guys don't have the same complexion. Everyone loves it.

+ Ah, and she especially likes any short hair. It contrasts with her longer hairstyle, and you'll brush one another if it suits you.

⟼ B A R B A R A

Shopping! Goes shopping with you and buys perfect pieces. And times, she'll go alone finding you gifts. She thinks it's cool picturing vintage, and it makes her happy making you smile.

If you're into it, she'd want fashion tips :) "Should I wear the jacket or the cardigan with my outfit?"

The blonde'll wear your clothes if it'd make you happy, for sure, but only if you said so. Otherwise she'd be encouraged when she sees you to be more bold, like Stan, but with her own closet.

Open to dressing up with you around the house, and a common occurrence is having fun, laughing and kissing in its midst.

+ She's a huge fan of the lipsticks, glosses, and balms. I am unsure if it's something people do, but she'll share with you if you'd like. Wears what you prefer and tells you her favorites of yours, willing to play the guess the gloss flavor if it's interesting to you, too.

Likely brags to everyone, haha.

"Have you met them? Yeah, they're the one with the cool fashion sense."

Currently saving money to buy you a nice clothing piece or accessory: something long-lasting and pairs well with a bunch of your outfits.

Sways between corny and smooth, absolutely nothing else.

Sometimes he'll go, "there's my aviator."

On others, "hello, adventurer. Anything exciting today?"

Once, he surprised you, wearing a matching outfit. And you guys went walking somewhere like downtown or a party -whichever suits your fancy- and were the talk of the small town for a while. It was a real hit with everyone.

+ Definitely a little thirst from the lip accessories. The blond loves stuff on your lips, especially his lips??? I think he's got the knowledge on putting it on you and is tempted to kiss you every time.

That's all I can think of for now. I may update this list later as I become comfortable with characters I didn't list or get involved in new fandoms (or add fandoms I forgot to list before).

If you want to request multiple characters, limit yourself to asking only up to 5. They don't all have to be from the same fandom, but I may split them into different posts. Ex: You request something for Garnet, Pearl and Amethyst from Steven Universe, but also for Gojo and Nanami from Jujutsu Kaisen. I would post the SU characters and the JJK characters separately. At least, that's how I think I'll do it. This may change later.

Also, I should clarify what exactly I'll write. By the way, I only do SFW prompts and topics. Here's what I do and don't do:

Will Do:

- Basic character headcanons

- S/o headcanons (ex. female! s/o, sick! s/o, tall! s/o, etc.).

- Ship headcanons (I reserve the right to refuse a ship I find uncomfortable or wrong like Italy x Romano or Piccolo x Gohan. Basically, don't ask for a ship where the characters are related or its an adult with a child [even if Gohan is older, there's still such an age gap])

- Platonic ship headcanons (This is different from ships which are romantic. For these, you can ask for headcanons about siblings, parents and children, friends, etc. Found family, like Yondu and Starlord or Silver and Jim Hawkins, count for this too [and I'll love you forever if you ask for that trope. I ADORE it])

- AU Headcanons (Basically, give me any series and AU you want [ex. Coffee Shop AU, Avatar AU, Good/Evil Swap, etc.] and I will try to figure out how the characters of said series would fit into the AU. This could be anything from The Owl House characters in a Harry Potter AU where I'd sort them into houses and figure out what their lives would be like at Hogwarts or My Hero Academia characters in a Circus AU where I figure out everyone's role in the big top)

Won't Do:

- Reader inserts. Maybe in the future, but not right now.

- Match ups, meaning you send info about yourself and I match you with who you should date. Also maybe in the future.

- Crossover stuff. No Scrooge x Gamora or something weird like that.

- Any super dark topics. I can handle violence, but don't go overboard. This includes yandere content. I don't like yanderes to begin with, but also its too popular; everyone has already written a million yandere headcanons.

Summary: Y/N and Steve have a baby together and become the family Steve always wanted his own to be.

It was never the plan to get pregnant at 19 but here you were. Standing outside of Steve Harrington’s house with a pregnancy test in your pocket. You had paced up to his doorstep and back to your car for the last five minutes. It was even more awkward considering that his neighbours were sitting out on the lawn, watching your little display of nerves. This was dumb, it was dumb! You should just leave, you’ll talk to him tomorrow. You spun on your heels, striding towards your car when you heard the front door creak open.

“Y/N? What are you doing?”

You slowly turned around to face Steve, standing in the middle of his doorway, his brow furrowed in confusion. This would ruin him, his future, how could you do this to him? But when you stood there looking at him, you couldn’t help it. You broke down. Tears streamed down your face and your breathing came out in gasps. He was next to you in a second, his arms wrapped around you.

“Hey, hey, you’re okay! You’re okay, I got you,” he held you close to him, rocking you back and forth, “What’s wrong, baby?”

You looked up at him with tears streaming down your cheeks and taking in a deep shuddering breath.

“I’m late,” you whispered.

He froze, his eyes as wide as saucers, looking down at you.

“Are you sure?”

“I took like 6 tests. They were all positive. I’m so sorry, Steve,” you choked out, wrapping your own arms around your waist, “you don’t have to be a part of this. I can take care of it, it’s fine. I’m sorry.”

“Hey, hey stop that,” he brushed your hair away from your face, “I’m all in. Whatever you want to do, I will be there for you, baby.”

You grabbed his hand and cradled it to your face. The way that he was looking at you with more love than you ever expected him to look at you right now. Your eyes fluttered shut, trying to not break apart in this moment.

“I don’t want you to throw away your future for me, Steve. I’m not worth that.”

“Hey, I am not throwing away my future! You and this little alien growing inside you, that’s my future. You were always going to be part of future, baby, this is just not the expected way.”

You sat on the sidewalk together, him cradling you in his arms. His lips peppering your face with kisses. This was the start of your future.

After nine months of absolute hell, you stared down at the crib, at your tiny baby daughter. She was so tiny, her fingers didn’t even wrap around your one finger. Ever since you had brought her home from the hospital Steve had not left the nursery. At this very moment, he had scrunch his long legged body in the crib to sleep next to this tiny, beautiful baby you made together. The love that filled your heart overwhelmed you when you looked down at the two of them. You sank into the rocking chair, feeling your eyes slowly close. Just five minutes wouldn’t hurt, you deserved five minutes.

You jerked awake to realize that 3 hours had passed. You stood up and stretched your arms up over your head. That was the moment you realized Steve and the baby were gone. Panic bubbled up your throat, and you ran out of the nursery to check the rest of the house. Bedroom? Empty. Bathroom? Empty. You rushed over to the living room to see Steve bouncing gently on the balls of his feet. His hair was pointing every different direction, dark moons under his eyes and spit up on the shoulder of his shirt but he was still gorgeous to you. You could hear him singing softly under his breath and the song he sang broke you in two.

“I know, I know you belong to somebody new But tonight You belong to me”

You walked up behind him and wrapped your arms around his back. He looked over his shoulder at you, showing you the tears that shone in his eyes. The smile that was spread across his face made you lean into him, holding him even tighter.

“Keep singing,” you whispered, looking down at your daughter.

“Although.”

“Although,” you joined in, letting your voices harmonize.

“We’re apart You’re a part of my heart But tonight You belong to me

Wait down by the stream How sweet it will seem 

Once more just to dream in 

The moonlight.”

He turned around, letting your daughter rest in between the both of you, swaying back and forth. Then he looked up at you, letting his eyes rest on yours. You felt a tear slip down your face. When you had told him, you had never expected this much happiness to fill your life. He leaned down to you, resting his forehead against yours as he sang the rest of the song to you.

“My honey I know 

With the dawn 

That you will be gone 

But tonight 

You belong to me

But tonight 

You belong 

To me”

You cupped his face, laying a gentle kiss against his lips.

“You have a beautiful singing voice, baby,” you whispered, “I love that song.”

He let his head give a little nod, a single tear slip down in cheek. He still hadn’t stopped swaying back and forth, you didn’t think he could if he tried. He took one deep breath before he started to talk to you in that hushed whisper you both learned the hard way.

“Claudia would sing it to Dustin whenever they were cooking or cleaning together, sometimes she made me sing with them. It was a little awkward but whenever they sang it, I don’t know. It just felt like love. I want her to feel that. I want to be a good dad to her. I want her to know that I love her no matter how many times she messes up. I want to be a good dad,” he choked out, “do you think she knows that?”

You let out a tiny laugh, letting your thumb rub against his cheek. There he was, rocking his daughter back and forth at 4am, singing love songs to her, and all the while thinking he was a bad dad.

“I want you to look at your daughter, Steve, look at this sweet baby. You are worried about not being a good dad, well guess what, darling? Steven Joseph Harrington, I need you not to forget what I’m about to say. Because Barbara? She will grow up with you as a dad and she is so damn lucky for that.”

“You promise?”

“I will do even better than that, Harrington. I will pinky promise.”

“Oh wow, so it’s serious.”

“Very serious.”

You held out your pinky, letting him adjust Barbara so he could hold her up with one arm until he held his pinky out to yours. You wrapped your pinky around his and gave him the most serious face you could muster.

“I pinky promise that you are an amazing dad, Steve.”

He looked down at this beautiful baby that you made together, this miracle that bulldozed its’ way into his life. He was finally part of a family and he wasn’t going to fuck this one up.

“Close your eyes...you’re safe now.” (Jason Todd x Reader)

You smiled at your customer, and he smiled back. “How are you today, Mr Smith?” You asked. “I’m doing well, thank you Y/N.” The elderly man smiled, “Its such a beautiful day outside.” He glanced at the window, you smiled at him and said. “It is indeed.”.

Your manager opened the windows in the backroom and propped the door open with the wooden door stop to let the breeze come into the café.

“What time do you finish today?” Mr Smith asked, you smiled, “I finish at 2 o’clock.” You said. “Ah, you won’t miss out on the beautiful sunshine.” Mr Smith smiled.

“There you go, Mr Smith.” Your colleague said as he put a mug of coffee in front of the gentleman. “Thank you very much Steven, how’s that lad of yours?” Mr Smith asked.

Steven chuckled, “He’s doing great Mr Smith, thank you for asking.” He said kindly to elderly man. “Glad to hear. You’ll give my love to Jessica, won’t you?” He asked, Steven nodded, “Of course, I will.”

Mr Smith nodded and set off to find a table by the window in the sunlight. You did not know much about him, only that his wife died three years ago, and he is a war veteran. He started coming in regularly after his wife died and he talked about his time in the war, and he told you that he was writing a book about his experience.

“He’s the sweetest, isn’t he?” Steven commented, you nodded.

Someone approached the counter and you got ready to serve them, but as soon as your eyes met theirs, you knew who it was.

“Well, hello there, Miss Y/L/N. I would like a hot cocoa please. No cream, I’m slimming. HAHAHA!” The Joker laughed.

His maniacal laughter caught the attention of everyone in the café, one woman ran to the door, but the Joker’s henchman pushed her to the floor and pushed the door closed and guarded it.

“Thanks Marv.” The Joker said, he held up a gun and pulled the trigger, everyone screamed.

Your manager came out of the office upon hearing the commotion, “What’s going-oh no.” He gasped.

“Here’s how it’s going to work.” The Joker began, “Everyone who does not work here, over there.” He said, pointing to the wall. All the customers quickly scurried to where the Joker had ordered them to go. You kept your eye on Mr Smith, who was not quick at moving, but a younger lady helped him.

“And you, you, you and you.” He said, pointing his gun at you, your manager, and two colleagues, “Stay there until I figure out what to do with you.” He said, “Anyone who calls the police will be shot.” He said and laughed.

Your hands trembled violently, you hoped someone outside had heard the gun shot and called the police. You hoped that Batman would have knowledge of what is happening, and he was coming to the rescue.

You hoped that Jason would come and save you.

“What is it you want?” Your manager asked.

The Joker turned to where you were stood with your manager and colleagues. He slowly approached him with his famous, evil grin. The counter stopped the Joker from getting too close.

He held up his gun and pulled the trigger.

Emma, one of your colleagues, screamed when your manager collapsed to the floor. He was dead.

You looked up as the Joker slowly stepped towards you, then he laughed. “He’s not here yet.” He sniggered. You knew who he meant; Jason, the Red Hood, your boyfriend.

You had guessed that the Joker knew the Red Hood’s secret identity, given their history. But you thought the chances of the Joker knowing you were with Jason were slim. But you guessed wrong.

The Joker held his gun up to your face, but then he laughed and lowered it down to your abdomen and he pulled the trigger.

You sat up screaming.

Jason shot up with his gun in his hand and screamed, “Get the fuck out!” He pointed the gun around the room and realised nobody was there, but you. “What is it?” He asked, “Y/N?”

You ran your sweaty hand through your hair.

Jason put his gun on the bedside cabinet, “Baby, what’s the matter?” He asked, cradling your face in his hands. Your body shook and tears streamed down your face.

“Y/N!” Jason exclaimed, “What’s wrong?” He asked.

“It was a dream.” You panted, “I had a bad dream.”

Jason pulled you to his chest and wrapped his arms tightly around you. “It’s ok.” He whispered gently, but you shook your head. “I can’t stop thinking about it.” You exclaimed and began sobbing in his arms.

He ran his hands through your hair and kissed the top of your head, “It’s ok, Y/N.” He whispered; you shook your head again.

“If you hadn’t turned up-”

“Sshh, you’re ok.” He said gently, “He’s back in Arkham and his goons are in prison.” He said, slowly rocking you. “I’ve got you.”

You wrapped your arms around his waist and held him tightly.

“I’ll get you some water.” He said, you reluctantly let him go so he could get you some water. He was gone for less than a minute, but it felt like forever.

You sat on the bed, shaking and trembling. Thinking about what had happened at the coffee shop just two days ago.

The Joker had just killed your manager. He stepped closer to you; he held his gun to your head. You could not stop thinking about the look on his face when he lowered it down to your abdomen. He had done it before, you remembered Barbara telling you what he did to her, and it is all you thought about.

You watched his finger on the trigger, but the Red Hood had crashed through the window. He grabbed the Joker and kicked the gun out of his hand before he began repeatedly punching him.

The goons surrounded him but then several police cars skidded to a stop outside the coffee shop and the police officers burst into the coffee shop.

Jason came back into the bedroom with a glass of water. He put it in your shaking hands and climbed into bed next to you.

“Thanks.” You mumbled as he wrapped his arms around you and pressed his lips to your temple.

“You’re sweaty.” He commented and climbed out of bed and went over to the dresser. He pulled out one of his t-shirts from a draw.

He came and sat on your side of the bed and set his hand on your leg, giving it a gently squeeze and he gave you a warm smile.

You finished the water and Jason took the glass from you and put it on the bedside cabinet. He pulled your sweaty pyjama top off you and replaced it with his red t-shirt and then climbed back into bed with you.

You curled up against him, laying your head on his chest and he kissed your forehead.

“Thanks Jason.” You said tiredly, looking up at him. “I’m always here for you, my love.” He smiled down at you.

“I mean, thank you for saving me at the coffee shop.” You said as you wiped your eyes. “You know I will always come for you.” He said, brushing your hair out of your face. You nodded.

“He’s locked away now, Y/N.” He reassured you, “Close your eyes…you’re safe now.”

You closed your eyes, you listened to Jason’s voice as he soothed you until you felt yourself drifting to sleep.

You Wear Their...

South Park preference. Stan, Kyle, Craig, Clyde, Wendy, and Bebe (feat. gender-neutral reader).

[ Does it happen to be easy telling my favorite based on the way they’re written? I hope not ^^ ]

When you wear Stan's hat, he's flying. A pretty simple guy: adores his girl, adores his hat, and seeing said girl wear said hat is everything he needs. One of those willing to place it upon your head himself at some time, but overall kind of shy on the whole thing. When he does, it's accompanied with a bashful and brief glance away before looking at you directly, a genuine smile spread across the face. "Hey- don't worry your cute, little head. I've got you."

Kyle's happy, too. I picture you wearing green somewhere in the outfit to match the hat- he notices immediately and appreciates the detail. It’s the notion of being in a place where you’re fine wearing his hat about, and he’s internally squealing, really. It’s one where he’s likely aware he’s looking too much into it, doesn’t want to stop himself, and isn’t necessarily wrong in a sense either.

Craig is one of those likely to place it on your head himself for whatever reason (a little like Stan). He doesn’t think too much on it, but I’m sure that works for both of you. It makes him smile, and you ever make him smile (or soo happy), anyway. Add wearing his hat to the ever-growing record on the little things you do. I picture you wearing a little blue, and he, too, notes and appreciates the detail.

It’s Clyde’s letterman. He’s likely to be a little cheeky, trying to be a smooth gentleman and everything, but you (and others) can easily tell he’s looking out for you incredibly often. Best believe the brunet gives you the jacket much. The first is jokingly enough around others, slightly smug because he cannot resist showing you off. The second is when you’re least expecting it, and it never fails to make you both happy.

Wendy is so overwhelmed. She’d squeal, “You’re so cute!” She wants to lend you her hat much more often afterwards, and you laugh, agreeing on the condition she wears yours so her head doesn’t get too cold either- easiest deal ever. It isn’t a rare occurrence to catch the raven mischievously swapping the hats on your heads from time to time. As she enjoys wearing yours, too, it’s a win-win, really.

Bebe lends you her coat. It’s likely accompanied with a well-intentioned scold, not passive-aggressive or annoyed, really. It’s please do it because you’re ever on my mind and therefore I want you to be warm and happy all the times. And somehow, the message never fails shining through her smile to you as she places the coat over your shoulders and cuddles close, wrapping your arms around one another whilst sharing.
