THURSDAY 12TH AUGUST, 2021 || 12AM
After almost 8 months of absence I have returned, only hopefully my account won't be terminated. Nor will I forget my password ahah. I'm glad to inform that I haven't gain a massive amount of weight, it seems to fluctuate depending on my mental state. Before I was 47kg, and with the force of parentals I am now at 53kg which isn't too bad. I think I could get to my goal weight 1 soon enough to make it to my goal weight 2.
My weight check in will be every Thursday & Sunday.
I will calorie count, and make a list of my meals. And perhaps provide tips?
Anyway I'd live to get back into the community I hope to hear from you all!
