I really want to purge. I have never done it. I tried it a few times but I am really scared to just....
I watched a few tutorials about self-induced vomiting too.
How do you all do it? Aren't you scared?
I know I sound like a coward, I am sorry
Maybe I could try drinking water with salt, is it a good idea? and does it work each time? I really don't want to end up with an upset stomach for the rest of the day with studies and tests going on.

★ clean the house, organize your room to make it neater
★ take a shower and do your skin care
★~brush your teeth (it literally helps so much)

Think about how you want to pass out and everybody worry, think about how you want to get dizzy every time you get up, think about how you wanna sit down and your stomach not have disgusting folds, think about how you want to wear revealing clothes without embarrassing yourself, think about all the people who would ask how you did it and compliment you, think about people asking if you’re okay, think about how you want to be able to sit down without your fat thighs taking up the whole chair, think about how you could be the skinniest of the friend group, think about being able to sit down without your fat thighs taking up the whole chair, think about how skinny you could get.
