Day 4
My biggest fear is this all not being worth it, or it not having any soothing affect anymore.
I constantly think about food, about how much I should eat to not faint and also not gain weight. I gives me a sense of control. I know exactly how to eat as little as possible.
But what if one day this feeling of control isn't enough??
Ps. Is it weird that I'm suddenly continuing this a solid 10 months later?🤡🤡
And excuse the over the top emo vibezz... but isn't that what tblr is for?

Here’s the thing, if something says 0 calories I’m doing no further investigation it’s 0.
Diet Coke says 0 so it’s zero end of story, I will let no one take this away from me.
If it’s 0 then three servings is still 0, I don’t care, I get to have this one thing.

I'm so in love with autumn 🍂🍁🧡
After spending the entire year munching on way too much food I finally get to cocoon myself up in thick layers of clothing, hiding away the ugly creature I've created. I get to cozy up in beautiful sweaters, hoodies, coats and boots and if I'm at home I can wear just oversized knitted sweaters and thick, woolen stockings to cover my thighs. I'll be all wrapped up in warmth, protected from the cold and refusing food. I'll slowly starve myself over the time, just sipping on tea and black coffee, thinking about spring. When I unfold my beautiful wings to show off their colors, what will they look like? I'm a good little cocoon, enjoying the view from my windowsill. I can almost taste what my ribs will feel like once I get to pull off all of these layers. And one day when I get up from my cozy place I'll drop the blankets from my shoulders, the layers of fabric around my now dainty little butterfly body. I'll be able to count my ribs without touching them. And my collarbones, oh, my sweet collarbones. They'll be sharp enough to cut glass but I'd much rather just have them hold sweet nectar for other butterflies to sip on. I'll unfold my wings for the first time, excited to see what pattern they have. Ready to show them off to everybody, taking their breaths away and seeing them trying to recognize the chubby caterpillar I once was.
I'll be a butterfly.

ও Water makes me just more hungry: so if feeling hungry drink some zero drinks, tea also work
ও Feeling tired? Drink Coffee or an energy drink it will help u
ও If ur bloodsugar is low or u feeling dizzie eat a traubenzucker(it's like dextro energy but with less calories) or drink really strong black or green tea
ও Chewing gum helps with hunger but chew it only for like 20min otherwise it will make u even more hungry
ও If u feeling like passing out eat some fruits for example grapes or half a banana
ও If u want ur meal to be an apple: don't eat green apples on an empty stomach. Because of the acid u will just feel more hungry
ও Be careful with bananas, don't eat to much of them!
ও I know moving can be very exhausting sometimes but try to do it as much as u can. One thing I like to do is to go on a treadmill and walk-run five minutes each. Plus point of a treadmill: u can distract urself with some Netflix for example so u will last longer
BUT!!! if u feeling really exhausted or like passing out don't force urself
ও Take vitamins! I usually take vitamin b and d pills in the morning . They help with weak nails and hair. But be carefull: Google which vitamins u can take together and how u take them. Iron for example should be taken 30min. before eating and Zink between meals.
ও find out what motivates u the most: it could be an ana buddy, an Anna groupchat, writing down ur goals, meanspo, thinspo etc.
