I was doing so good today then I went out for food where I ate sushi and some beef with noodles and veggies 😕
I split them both w another person and saved half of my portion for later but I ended up eating it a few minutes ago and even ate an ice cream thing.. I did workout today and did some walking so hopefully it won’t set me back too far

i have made up my mind.
i’m going to increase my calorie intake to 1,300 to reduce binges and i’m going to start focusing more on strength training to gain weight in muscle mass and lose weight in fat. this way i can lose weight in a better and more effective way, as muscle also speeds up the metabolism and protein spends more calories in the digestion process. i’d love to join a gym and i’m actually considering it, but i’m embarrassed to go with the body i have now, so i’m going to try to get a bit fitter.
my goal body is @/awaytohealthy on instagram, i talked to her a few months ago, she recovered from her ed and she eats 3,000 calories and still has that body... i would love to look like her.
i know every body is different, but it doesn’t hurt to try...
