Wednesday weigh in: week 1
131.8 lbs
I need to keep losing but I am on track which is good. In the middle of the week I ate over two days in a row so I gained. But I’m down more than I thought.
Next week will be better

I never thought it’d come to this, but I’ve started competing with my girlfriend. We shared our apple watch activity and I can see how many calories they burn. It eats me up inside seeing them burn more calories. And if they didn’t have time to eat lunch but I did, I feel so disgusting with myself.

I usually just mix it all together and leave it in the freezer. SUPER low calorie and curbs my sweet tooth
