Hi bestieees
This account is dedicated to my ED related thoughts and shit! I don't post any sort of meanspo, sweatspo, thinspo, etc. However I am here to talk, msg, and relive some of my childhood pain LOL.
I had an ana for about five years, and was in recovery starting freshman year. Since then I've gone back to it a couple times, and wanted to start a fresh blog for it! My old blog was @lrg-iced-cbrew, but it was connected to other blogs of mine.
Just to let you know I am currently 16, for those who don't want to follow minors!! Idm adults following tho
I am NOT looking for a coach, but am chill w being in gc's :-)

I've been in multiple ana group chats in the past, and they never stayed active and its really hard to find active groups so I'm making one!
RULES

Must be active (don't join if you're not dedicated and prepared to be active, you'll be removed if your inactive without reason)
No bullying whatsoever, unless it is asked for (meanspo)
The group is going to be located on snapchat, so PRIVATE message me your username to be added, as well as your age and pronouns.

My biggest fear is this all not being worth it, or it not having any soothing affect anymore.
I constantly think about food, about how much I should eat to not faint and also not gain weight. I gives me a sense of control. I know exactly how to eat as little as possible.
But what if one day this feeling of control isn't enough??
Ps. Is it weird that I'm suddenly continuing this a solid 10 months later?🤡🤡

I BEG yall to stop weighing urselvs everyday, no you didn't gain from ur binge last night, no you didn't go up a pound out of nowhere, it's impossible.
On average for starving urself u only loose up to like 2 pounds a week. Weighing urself weekly will harm you less mentally, please stop weighing urself and hating urself over an ounce that you probably didn't gain.
