My biggest fear is this all not being worth it, or it not having any soothing affect anymore.
I constantly think about food, about how much I should eat to not faint and also not gain weight. I gives me a sense of control. I know exactly how to eat as little as possible.
But what if one day this feeling of control isn't enough??
Ps. Is it weird that I'm suddenly continuing this a solid 10 months later?🤡🤡

a picture of your thinspiration. what features do you like about this person?
jennie kim is my ultimate thinspo. not only is she someone i genuinely find gorgeous, but we have similar stats. she's only slightly taller than me, her weight is the same as my goal, her shoulders are a bit on the wider side, like mine, and the way her hips jut out from her waist similarly to mine. i think my figure would look similar to jennie's if I lost like 8kg and toned up.
jennie is also a fashion inspiration of mine, so hopefully when I reach my ugw, I can wear clothes similar to her and actually look good in them. especially that red tube dress, it's been living rent free in my head since 2018. there's a website called fashionchingu that apparently does good k-pop outfit dupes and they have jennie's red dress on it, which is something I aspire to wearing one day.
