Peter had just relaxed into the sofa to flick on a reality show while he waited for you to return from a well-deserved night out with your friends when you called.

"Pete?" he heard your giggly and wavering voice on the other end.

"Hey darling," he chuckled. "Having fun?"

"Yeah," you mumbled quietly, Peter having to strain to hear you over the loud bass of the club you were in. "But do you think you can come and pick me up?" you ask.

Peter frowns.

"I thought you were going to Uber home?"

You shake your head, forgetting that he can't see you over the phone.

"I was going to, but I really miss you." you whine, thanking your friend with an enthusiastic eyebrow raise as she hands you another drink.

Peter blushes slightly.

"Sure thing, hun," he says, already standing up to hunt for his shoes and a jacket. "You just wait there, okay?"

Peter ducks out of the way of a drunk couple, pushing his way through the dancing crowd as he searches for you. This is definitely not his type of place, preferring a quiet night in with his girl by his side and a few friends around. You were more than happy to indulge Peter, but you had been working so hard lately and your friends insisted you needed a break to let loose.

He spots you leaning against a wall, eyes half shut as you sway to the beat with a glass in your hand.

"Hey darling," he says.

You glance at him, and he's a little confused as you glare at him, turning away a little.

"Where did your friends go?" he asks, placing a concerned hand lightly on your back.

"They're just in the bathroom," you say coldly. "They'll be right back."

When Peter nods and goes to take your drink from you, you stand up taller and look him up and down.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" you ask. "I have a boyfriend."

Peter's eyes crinkle as he begins to understand the situation.

"Oh yeah?" he asks. "Tell me about him."

"He's perfect." you say and Peter's heart soars. "Well, almost perfect." you correct yourself and his face falters a bit. "He's constantly forgetting things, or breaking things, or falling asleep literally anywhere. But I love that about him. I love him," you sigh dreamily, before frowning. "I miss him."

"How about I take you to him?" Peter suggests and you nod excitedly while allowing him to guide you to the door.

Feeling the fresh and cool night air hit your flushed skin you breathe deep, stopping to look at Peter.

"I swung here, but I don't know if you being drunk would be breaking drinking-and-swinging laws," he wonders. "There's not really anyone I can ask about that."

Your brow furrows at his words. Swinging? Drinking and swinging? Before realization crosses your features.

"Petey!" you cheer, wrapping your arms around his neck. He stumbles for a second before holding you upright and wrapping an arm around your waist. "Why didn't you tell me you were here?"

Peter rolls his eyes.

"I tried."

You look around, hanging onto Peter's shoulders as you swivel.

"Where's your car?" you ask.

Peter frowns, eyebrows lifting and mouth pouting slightly.

"I don't have a car, baby." he reminds you gently. "I'm walking you home."

"Oh," you say, before smiling brightly. "Lead the way!"

Peter holds you close, tucking one half of his jacket around your shoulders and pulling you into his side.

"This is gonna be a long walk," he mutters to himself.

i forget that people actually think that like. tom holland is the hottest man alive. and find men who don’t look like him genuinely ugly. like i come onto tumblr dot com and everyone wants to fuck that guy with the big nose that guy who’s “too fat” that guy who’s “too skinny” that guy with the eye bags or the moles or the uneven teeth or the whatever. i’m so used to seeing people online (Especially in fandom spaces) find men who don’t fit the eurocentric beauty standard Hot and dare i say even Hotter than people who fit said standard. maybe there’s something to be said about the amount of “outcasts” who find solace in online fandom the amount of queer people and other marginalized groups who are tired of tom holland Hot Guy copy pastes being the standard.

anyways. i recently showed a picture of ..oswald cobblepot from gotham😭 to a group of mostly cishet mostly white friends of mine. and they all acted like i’d just pulled out a picture of a smashed bug and said “yeah i’d hit”.. which shocked me a bit? like yes he’s not tom holland (no idea why he’s the Beauty Standard Hot Guy i’ve chosen just go w it ❤️) but i go onto my instagram story and say “smash or pass” with these pictures

and everyone “wants him” or whatever the kids r saying. like those awful eurocentric beauty standards are still very real and very awful and it’s kind of incredible how there r places on the internet where they are basically null and void. not just that, but also practically reversed. i’d bet money that if oswald cobblepot was played by a tom holland type guy there would be a Completely different group of people who “want him” .

now Obviously there isn’t a Complete flip in these fandom spaces of the beauty standard, as things like whiteness and thinness and youngness are still often sought after Along with like. a hooked nose. and like. oswald cobblepot isn’t even That “conventionally unattractive” or whatever. i only use him as an example bc that “incident” is what got me thinking about this. and it Definitely should be mentioned that it seems this phenomenon Rarely occurs when it comes to female characters/women. idk i’m sure there’s a way more sophisticated and insightful way to talk about this but i’m just an internet rando not a scholar. let’s just hope that someday my irl tom holland appreciating friends and people online alike will all be able to agree that oswald cobblepot is hot. and that Anyone can look a little different a lot different whatever and be desired just the same (bam. ended on a magical puppies and rainbows perfect world life lesson as all good late night tumblr rants do)

What I Love About You: An Incomplete List of Things That I Love About Taylor Zakhar Perez

This is going to be a mix of prose and a list, so a mix of Henry and Alex (if you know, you know). This is also gonna be a forever incomplete list because the more I get to know Taylor, the more I fall in love with him and there's always something about him that surprises me every day.

These are also purely descriptive but somehow, the words, similes and metaphors that I use in this is perfectly apt for the way I feel. So take that however you wish.

With that said, here we go...on to the long list.... (Read at your own time, please.)

His beautiful brown eyes that's the color of chocolate that transforms into whiskey when struck by daylight.

His eyelashes that's as long as Bambi's and it frames his dark eyes like the petals of a flower.

His soft yet lethal smile that never fails to make my heart flutter.

His thick dark hair filled with lush curls and somehow always looks both tousled and coiffed to perfection.

His jawline that seems to be perfectly cut that it could slice an apple. (It's mesmerizing to look at, if I feel like being honest)

His physique that could battle Tom Holland and Chris Hemsworth (I swear, someone put him in a superhero movie and I will surely be watching it!)

His deep voice that is pure music to my ears. (One of the main reasons that I rewatch The Kissing Booth 2 is to hear him sing.)

The captivating way his fingers strum the strings of a guitar (I only saw him do this in TKB 2, but still).

His adventurous and nature-loving spirit (A day with him is probably deadly for an introvert like me because he adores adventurous stuff, but hey, I would honestly do it just to spend time with him).

His passion for fashion sustainability (I love that he talks about this on his social media accounts and informs his followers about the effects of synthesized fabrics to the planet).

His fashion sense and the way he can turn even the plainest piece of clothing into a masterpiece (Like that denim blue jacket in RWRB is still one of my most favorite Alex looks).

The way he walks as if the entire world is his fashion runway (Like I swear, Taylor has a way of walking that makes you think that a sidewalk is the fashion catwalk).

The way he slays various types of jewelry (I was never attracted to men wearing jewelry before but something about the way he combines like a necklace with a couple of bracelets and rings is slaying).

His love and care for his family (He is a family-oriented person and I love that so much).

The tight bond he keeps with his friends and co-stars (Like I love how he keeps in touch with Nicholas, Joey and Maisie even after their projects).

His dedication to character work and understanding his characters (He read the RWRB book 7-8 times to fully understand Alex Claremont-Diaz, like that is DEDICATION!!).

The mere fact that he is a bookworm (Taylor is probably one of those people who can read multiple books at once while still able to remember every storyline of each book, which leaves me awestruck because I cannot do that).

His sense of humor and wit that always makes me laugh (His replies to people on social media and sometimes, his captions are filled with puns, which is hilarious to me and I always enjoy reading them. Also when he uses that filter that makes his eyes pop out, hilarious!).

When he portrayed a douche in "1Up" but I couldn't fully hate that character because of him (Like, how could I possibly hate Taylor? I have no reason to. He could portray the vilest of villains and I would still love that character).

How he manages to stay optimistic and how he always protects his peace (Optimism is what we need in today's world, folks!)

His creativity (Like have you seen his tiktoks and videos on Instagram? They slay!!)

He's a big Potterhead (Taylor's read all the books multiple times, ate the candies and sweets featured in the series. He probably has a collection of Harry Potter items at his house).

The way he just does not have any bad angles in photos (He's photogenic from every angle, to be completely honest).

His kindness and openness to fans (his fan encounters are always such a gem to see and it honestly melts my heart).

The way he doesn't let haters and rumors bother him (This is one of the secrets to success in the industry, I guess!)

He's goal-oriented and knows what he wants (I have a feeling he's selective to what projects he pursues and products he advertises because he really knows what he wants to put out in the world).

He knows his values and what he stands for (He lost followers on IG because of posting about his supply chain trips but he didn't let that stop him from continuing to post about them).

His compassionate and loving heart (I won't say more).

His determination to use his platform for good things (He's that kind of influencer and I really love that).

His love for his characters, regardless of how similar or different they are to his own personality.

How fans have no bad things to say about him (Really, ask any TZP fan and they will say no bad things about him).

So...it's kind of ironic how I ended at 31, considering that is Taylor's age but hey, we're not gonna talk about how old he looks because to be honest, he always manages to look younger than he is (I honestly thought he was 27 to 28 in RWRB).

This is the incomplete list of things I love about Taylor Zakhar Perez. Other than what is stated here, I will continue to love him for plenty more reasons, some I cannot even put into words because sometimes, he just renders me speechless.

How do you feel about different animated Peters? Do you have a favorite out of them?

hooh man, i know i say that i've consumed every little bit of spider-man media ever but it's really not true actually, and i think the thought of trying to watch every single animated version of peter parker kind of makes my brain explode. there are so many. i didn't actually grow up on spider-man cartoons, i only really got into spider-man comics in my late teens so my point-of-reference for peter parker will kind of always be the 616 comics, first-and-foremost.

i did watch a bit of ultimate spider-man as it was airing and i probably am one of the very few people on the planet who's kind of oddly soft on it! i have complicated feelings about ultimate spider-man. i feel about it the same kind of way that i feel about way's deadpool run. that it's an entirely annoying depiction of the character that is full to the brim with irritating jokes that don't land and package up the character to be a nutszo joke-a-minute lols random haha type deal but - i see oddly sincere and sympathetic and self-aware moments in there that make me inexplicably fond of that particular portrayal.

i don't know - i actually really love it when peter's portrayed as an actual weirdo. not the uptight square-boy you usually see, or this quirky boy-scout who's just kind of bland and cute and nerdy - but a peter parker that is actually unapologetically annoying. like you can't stand to be with him. i kind of love to see it. i don't know, i want him to be annoying. i think he should be annoying. and i love that he's fucking insane. like, objectively. he's not a sane man. he's adhd incarnate. and he's stupid. he has heroic moments, yeah, but he's also stupid and a jerk. i don't know. i'm probably giving it way too much credit, but compared to what came after (disney xd's spider-man (2017), looking at you) it's fun and kind of a very weird departure to your usual spider-man fare. deadpool appears in this show for one singular episode also so naturally thta is enough to make my brain go brrr.

disney xd's spider-man (2017) sorry you are so ugly and so boring. she doesn't exist to me. i hate that stupid nerdy off-brand tom holland ass twink with the green eyes. hate her. she is so boring. and her voice is even worse than drake bell (how could that be possible)

60's spider-man fucks. binged it so hard during my college days because it put me into the flow-state while i was working on my animation projects. i love that square boy. i love how macho he sounds when he's in the suit. i love his stupid fucking spider with the six legs. i love that they didn't have the budget for the extra two legs. i love him. he got me through college. almost tempted to do a stream of 60s spider-man so you all can enjoy it with me. it's a treasure. and thank you, 60s spider-man, for all the reaction images.

spectacular spider-man is very beloved, and i NEAARLY watched it all the way through, but – i don't know, i kind of just... don't like that peter parker very much. i couldn't tell you why. he's just a little boring to me. maybe it's the same criticism people slam onto andrew garfield's spider-man, the "he's too cool" argument. he's just not cringefail enough. he's kind of a bit boring. and his stupid SHIRT TAG that is NEVER TUCKED IN makes me FROTH at the MOUTH. i didn't wind up finishing the series because the love-triangle stuff just got way too exhausting for me. usually i eat up the peter parker drama but this particular case it really is a "why on earth is everyone in love with him. he's so boring." kind of situation. sure, it's a universal constant, but in this series it really is true. i wouldn't waste my time with him. sorry. mid. 5/10 peter parker portrayal. but the art and animation and theme song fuck.

i don't think i've watched enough of the other series to talk about them - which i feel kind of embarrassed about. i wanted to watch the animated series (1994) but just - never got around to it. i just prefer the comic-book format over animation, funnily. the irony, of me being an animator by trade, but preferring the medium of comic books. but like - i don't know. i prefer books over movies too. i just like doing more brain-work. it's why i like to write and draw more than i like to watch things. i don't like passive consumption. i want to put my brain to work. so - soooo, when it comes to watching things, i'm kind of terrible at it.

i think i should do a massive research session where i watch every spider-man series (or at least as much of them as my brain is willing to) - so i can do a comprehensive ranking of all peter parkers. if i have the time for that sort of thing (i don't.)

one day, maybe, one day. it could make a very fun video essay. i'd love to make a video essay, one day.

*this is mostly about wesker but will I apologize? Nah. Imma do my own thing.

Always there to help crews moving their things, especially the heavy ones like camera.

Helps fellow actors with their script and scene.

But the most noteworthy trait of his is being a family man.

Okay biggest victims are Chris and Leon

Jill and Chris are people who entered the industry the same time as Albert and has worked on multiple projects with each other. Hence, their closeness.

Now back to the general cast

Chris and Claire are literally siblings in real life

This franchise is actually Ada's first acting role in the industry! Which immediately became a huge boom to her career, which she didn't expect.

She was actually originally working as a stunt woman, but one time a manager suggested her to do acting after seeing her try to double a character since the original actor was sick, and she couldn't be more thankful that she took the risk.

She's very skilled in martial arts!

She and Albert are some of the few casts that don't do double-stunts.

Leon is a child actor starting from the age of 7.

Came from a very wealthy (aristocratic) family

ABSOLUTELY IDOLIZES ALBERT

Y'know that one story of Tom Holland when he talked about RDJ and was absolutely stunned when he entered the set?

Yep. That's literally Leon on his first day on set.

Look. He's worked with a lot of big shot names. Cate Blanchett, Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman, Nicole Kidman, you name it!

But has he ever worked with this man with basically a face and body carved by the greek gods themselves, slicked back hair, and possibly the smoothest and healthiest skin ever, who's basically his entire fucking idol and goal to work with? NO!

So why, should he NOT FREEZE UP when he finally met him on set?

Albert saw a blonde, handsome boy sticking out like a sore thumb from the entrance of the set. He quickly realizes that this is the actor they cast for the protagonist. He walks up to them and smiled warmly.

"Hey! we got a new face around here. You must be Leon Kennedy right? Nice to meet you! I'm Albert Wesker"

He stretched out his hand to shake with him, but all Leon could think was

"oh my god... it's ALBERT FUCKING WESKER"

Poor blondie basically stopped working for a few seconds, before he realized how stupid he looked and was on his way to ruin his first impression.

He quickly snapped out of his shock and went to shake his hands and OH MY GOD THEY'RE SO SMOOTH AND WARM AND HIS SMILE--

Had to take a breather when he went to his tent after that encounter.

After that and throughout the shooting, they became closer and eventually became close friends

Which is how Albert met you but that's for another story.

Carlos has a HUGE and I mean, simp level of huge, crush on Jill.

This man really was the real smooth operator cause when he heard that Jill, together with a male character, will be the MC for the third franchise? Oh this man was on a MISSION.

Immediately auditioned and prepared for the role like his life was on the line (on his defense, it was)

The first to hear about this was Chris.

Which he then gossiped to Albert.

To which they both supported Carlos by giving him tips about what Jill likes, hates, her fave foods, her favorite movies, all of that and etc.

CHRIS AND ALBERT #1 VALEVEIRA SHIPPER 💯

Literally had them plotting the most insane shits for a date

Thankfully, their shenanigans bear fruit after a year when Jill finally accepted him as her boyfriend.

Man was so over the moon, he deadass called the other two in the middle of the night to talk about what happened.

Albert was NOT happy being interrupted in his sleep, but decided to let it slide hearing the joy in the younger man's voice.

After all, he wasn't so different when the same thing happened to him with you.

Oh also, did I ever mention that Albert ADORES children?

Which is why he found Sherry so cute! Even though she plots pranks with Leon and Claire occasionally.

Throughout the years, they have become absolutely close friends that they consider each other as family (I'm starting to hear Dom Toretto)

Leon and Ada also eventually became a couple after years of painful pining (the rest of the cast and crew had to suffer witnessing their years of pining for each other)

They often do a late night chats with each other, sometimes they do IG live together when everyone's free.

The fans ABSOLUTELY eats them up because it's their source of meme and crack content from the cast.

The Behind The Scenes were filmed by almost all of them, or whoever wants to.

Tons of them are Chris tripping over almost everything.

Claire trying her stunts and being extremely proud when she successfully does one without her double.

Carlos just playfully punching and having beef with the camera.

It also includes Albert teaching Ada some stunts on how to do them better and more safely, and vice-versa.

And then you got Luis, Ashley, and Leon straight up doing a mukbang ASMR for one of their BTS (they failed horribly cause they, especially Luis, can't stop laughing)

Luis tries teaching Ashley spanish but eventually gave up. But after a few months, Ashley came up to him and said in almost perfect spanish "soy un raton rubio"

Loverboy felt like a proud parent he started singing out of nowhere.

Sumary: You've always been the other woman. Your whole damn life. Always the second choice, and when you finally had hope, it broke into a million pieces.

Pairing: Peter Parker/Spiderman x fem! reader

Warnings: heartbreak, being the second choice (kind of), sad, implied depressions, implied bullying, self-hatred (you are a wonderful person, don't let someone say otherwise 🫶)

Okay, Tom Holland is definitely NOT my type (my type just happens to be the old grumpy black pirate 🫠😂), but he was the only character that came into my mind to this scenario (cause I think in Star Wars this scenario would be either too cliché or unrealistic). And I'm somehow in a phase where I write about characters I'm not into, idk why.

Here you were again. After you've sworn yourself, not to be here again!

By now, you were used to being the second choice of someone. It has been like that since you can remember.

In kindergarten, your best friend preferred to play with another kid and ignored you every day it was there.

In primary school, you didn't fit in any clique. And the kids who did like you had happened to belong to that clique with a mean girl who just couldn't stand you. Those kids seemed to prefer belonging into a group and ignored you as well.

In high school, you hoped things would get better, but no. Instead, you got bullied.

Constantly, people around you gave you the feeling of being unwanted and unnecessary, so you tried your best not to annoy them and just stay quiet. The problem was that your simple presence annoyed them.

So, you did what they wanted. You stayed away from them. Being all alone was so typical by now. Still, you found yourself crying to sleep every night 'cause it hurt so bad.

Changing other people was impossible, but no matter how many times you tried to change yourself, they still found something to despise you more. So, staying in the shadows became easier and less painful. But, hello cliché, then you changed schools and met Peter and Ned, both nerds and idiots to be honest, but they were nice and funny, and your idiots.

At first, you planned not to speak to anyone. In order not to annoy them. But then the first lesson ended, and Peter and Ned introduced themselves to you, offered you to show the school, and even asked if you wanted to have lunch with them. You were shocked. No one has ever been that kind to you, nor has offered you to spend time together.

The few friends you had in the past used you and threw you away once they didn't need you anymore. And of course you thought that it was all your fault.

So it was all new to you. Friends, hanging out, being nice to each other. All of that always seemed to be something for the others and not you. For a long time, you thought your life purpose was to do everything people wanted. Even if you didn't like it.

Your classmates wanted you to stay away, so you did it. Someone wanted help with something, so you helped them. If one wanted to punch something out of anger, you would have been their punching bag. Just so you did something good, something that lowered your sin of being born. If there was a heaven, you believed it wasn't made for you. Hell, you even thought that serial killers were good persons compared to you.

You couldn't remember when you started to despise yourself, but you soon realized that it lowered the pain in you when someone picked on you again. Sounds weird, but that's how it felt. Knowing that there was at least something that you and the others had in common made you happy. You weren't completely opposites cause you, and they hated the same. Yourself. That soul that lived in your body. Everything that had to do with you. Except your family. Poor family, got punished with a daughter like you..., they did not deserve that.

In your head, there were two parts. One was you, and the other one was that girl back in primary school. She constantly told your mind what you did wrong, that you were ungrateful, selfish, not worth to even live, a problem that couldn't be repaired.

But back to Ned and Peter.

You three soon became a trio. Students liked to call you the Golden Trio of Harry Potter. But since Peter preferred Star Wars, he referred you as Anakin, Ahsoka, and Obi Wan. To be honest, you thought the 'Golden Trio' fit more.

You were an introvert who loved books, and you were that type of student who got stressed at 16 points out of 17. Clearly, you were Hermione.

Ned was a bit clumsy but always a faithful friend that you could tell everything. He always asked if he could copy your homework, and he was always hungry like Ron.

So Peter would be Harry. He lost his parents like the boy who lived did. He was clever and knew what he wanted and how to achieve it. And he had a big heart.

At this time, the part of your head that was ruled by the mean girl of primary school was almost completely quiet.

But as always, life had other plans for you.

You didn't want to, but you started to fall for Peter. His sweet and kind nature made your heart melt every single time. The sometimes clumsy and shy behavior did the same to you. It wasn't because he was good-looking. You loved the person inside him. His character and his actions proved that he was a good guy and that he cared for people.

But, of course, he started to talk non-stop about MJ at the same time. The beautiful, cool MJ. You couldn't blame him, though. She was perfect. Her flawless skin, her beautiful curly hair, and her dark eyes.

When you were with Peter and Ned, Peter told you two about how he planned to confess to MJ. Luckily, you were a great actress and smiled even though you wanted to cry.

And then there was that voice again...

Her. It was her voice again...

After school ended, you couldn't just hang out with your friends like normal. You felt pity for them. Someone like you being their friend? Those two were just too polite to tell you that they couldn't stand your guts. So you said that you had an appointment and went for a walk.

How selfish of you. Ruining their lifes so you didn't have to feel so alone! Before you could stop it, you felt tears running down your cheeks.

But suddenly, there was a loud groan, and a huge stone creature was breaking houses in the streets. You just stared at it, around you all citizens screamed and ran away, but you didn't move an inch.

If he would crash you, everything would be over...

All the pain would just fade away!

But before the monster could hurt you, you were pulled off the ground by a man in a red spider suit. It was Spiderman, you knew him from the news.

"I'm taking you home," you heard him say.

"Don't you have to fight against that monster?"

"No, the Avengers will be here any second. They got everything under control,"

Since you forgot to close your window this morning (you live in a high building), the superhero just flew through it and put you down.

"May I ask why you didn't move when the monster was near you. You know you could've gotten seriously injured, maybe even worse,"

You looked onto the floor. After all, he was still a complete stranger, even though he just saved your life.

"I know you don't know me, but as someone whose identity is a secret, I wouldn't even be able to tell anyone. Please, I just want to understand," he said in a soft, comforting voice.

You sighed and sank onto your bed.

"I hate myself. That would be the short awnser. But the long one is worse,"

"I got enough time. Like said, the Avengers got everything under control. They don't need me. But why do you hate yourself? You seem like a nice and beautiful girl,"

"I wish I felt that way. But since primary school, I was bullied by my classmates. In high school, it got so worse that I had to change my school. There, I hoped I could just live an invisible life, but instead, two guys became my friends. Peter and Ned are the best things that have happened to me. But since Peter constantly talks about a girl, my self-hatred returned. I tried everything to erase it again, but it just won't go away. I feel like they just became my friends because they felt pity for me, and now they are too polite to tell me they can't stand me," you didn't even notice that you started to cry again.

"I don't know these guys, but I think they are your friends because they like you. You know, just because your friend is in love at the moment doesn't mean he wants to get rid of you. Why don't you talk to them?"

"To be honest, I'm in love. I fell in love with the first guy who was nice to me. All the girls in my class are only caring for looks, but I didn't fall for him because of his look. He is generous, nice, sweet, and a little bit clumsy sometimes. He makes me laugh and cares about others. I don't even consider him liking me. I just want his best, but all the friends I had before were better off without me. They literally told me that. So I better back off of him. I don't want his life to be bad because of me,"

What you didn't know was that under that mask was the boy you loved and that he had tears in his eyes, but he didn't even know why. Was it because you were in love with Ned? He should be happy for his friend, shouldn't he. You were an amazing girl. Ned and you would be a cute couple, but why didn't he like the thought of it. Was this the feeling you had when he talked about MJ? Was this jealousy?

"Please tell your friends about how you feel about yourself. If they don't care, they don't deserve you. And also tell them about your fear of them not liking you. I'm sure they will tell you how they feel. Good luck, beautiful lady,"

With those words, he was out of your window.

As Peter swang back home, his thoughts were only about you. How bad did your old classmates treat you that you think so less of you? At that moment, he promised you that he wouldn't let you down. Never!

and i wanted to ask you if you could write mattheo or theodore as dads headconans. And its just all fluffy and cute , that would be great. Have a good one!

So, to answer the question, I mainly do harry potter characters but I can do people like Five Hargreeves, Peter Parker (tom holland), and people that I mainly know. If you would like me to write something and don't know if I know them, just ask. If not I might decline your request or ask you to request a different person. Now, onto the good stuff.

A/N: I kind of feel like Theodore and Mattheo would have the same parenting tactics, sorry if this is not what you wanted. Also thank you for requesting!

Mattheo Riddle or Theodore Nott as a dad

- I feel like they would always be by your child's side and helping out with whatever they needed

- They would obviously help with the child so that you could get some rest

- They would be nice to the child, but whenever they got in trouble, they would have a long and stern talk about why not to do that

- They would be taking care of the child so much that sometimes you would find them asleep some where random (playroom, kitchen table, ect.)

- Whenever your child got out of school, they would immediately take them to the park, get ice cream, ect.

- They would nonstop check on the child, "are they okay?" " are they hungry?" "Are they sleepy?"

- They would often, after the child went to sleep, give you a massage or slow dance in the living room with you

- I feel like they would be the type of dads for when you are making macaroni at Three in the morning, they help and eat it with you so that you can go to bed

- Non-stop physical touch to the child

6. Favorite movie adaptation

There's fewer of these, so it's easier to pick :D definitely Wives and Daughters (1999). Best screenplay Andy wrote (that I have seen), pretty much Davies-ism free? Ending and a couple other bits aside, it's faithful? And I really like the cast, for the most part?. Some of it I'd even call inspired. Justine Wadell gives Molly that balance between her tendency to cry and her father's temperament and wit. One feels like Michael Gambon was born to play Squire Hamley's type. Bill Paterson is not as handsome as the character is supposed to be, but he does nail the rest. I do like Francesca Annis, though ever since I knew the 1983 radio drama had cast Angela Pleasance, she cannot be perfect XD It's a pity that Anthony Howell is so handsome, because he did well as Roger, and while I'm usually not impressed by Keeley Hawes, I think she did Cynthia well too. But I'm obsessed with Tom Hollander as Osborne. He sells it. He plays this extremely dramatic and romantic fated young man so so well. He honestly deserves more praise than he gets.

And there's of course the fabulous hair and lovely costumes too (blu ray release when BBC)

8. Least favorite couple

This is where I'd put a joke one like Lady Glenmire and the butcher from Cranford, but while I haven't finished Mary Barton, I do get the feeling I wouldn't feel deeply about that one in the end (considering Gaskell herself thought John Barton was the main tragic hero of her story, that kind of checks out).

24. Favorite supporting character

I think lord Cumnor from Wives and Daughters is underrated. He's a riot every single time he shows up, 10/10 would love to spend time with that man. There's side characters like Lady Harriet or Nicholas Higgins that have such depth and such flavor that it feels unfair not to pick them first, but... the heart wants what the heart wants I suppose XD

28. Favorite character backstory or secret

Mr Gibson's mysterious past is a sort of small running joke through Wives and Daughters, but "poor Jeanie" is such a master stroke? Mr Gibson is funny, and he loves Molly, and he grows to love Cynthia, which isn't an easy person to love. He's a good doctor too. But all the while there's a certain uncomfortable something running at the back of his personality. His jealousy of Molly is driven by the ghost of "poor Jeanie", who clearly was a victim of his passions to some degree or other (and the fact that it is never made clear what such degree is is a truly fascinating choice), and of whom we get the uncomfortable sensation that full reparations were not made to. His choice of wife in Mrs Kirkpatrick has an undercurrent of the same brand of moral failure, even if, of course, tempered by time, age, and circumstance. It's such a small thing in the scheme of the story, but it creates a distance between the reader and the character that resembles in a way the distance between him and Molly, as much as they love and understand each other.

Anon I feel you I bitch about this every day lmao the exclude mcu button on ao3 is my best friend! Like listen mcu fans can do whatever they want but like fandom etiquette dictates that if I don’t like I shouldn’t read so it’s common courtesy for them to say exactly what the fic is so I can know that I’m the type of fan who doesn’t like it so I won’t read it. Like I’ve been 5k words into pretty alright Spider-Man fic and then I’m hit with the “mr.stark” and I’m like god where’s my Spider-Man that doesn’t respect billionaires it’s crushing every time. And like hey mcu fans, y’all are the majority here if people want Tom Holland Spider-Man they’re searching that fandom tag so use it so more of your intended audience can read your fic!

I’ll be honest with you anon the reason I’m so into spidey torch is because 1 it’s a semi popular ship and 2 spidey torch fans tend to be obsessed with the comics sometimes for both the boys but they’re a super fan of at least one. The fantastic four have had nothing but shitty adaptations so their comic fandom is bigger than their movie fandoms it’s wonderful. I don’t really ship Johnny with Peter beyond like oh they probably were a friends with benefits situation or a Johnny is way more hopelessly in love situation. Nah the real goat of Johnny Storm ships is Johnny and Wyatt Wingfoot that is a power couple that can stand the test of time. But unfortunately it’s a very small tag and there’s quite a few writers who don’t know how to be normal about Native Americans. But my diehard spidey ship is parksborn and that tag is such a mixed bag! Sometimes it’s like the perfect replication of the comic dynamic, sometimes it’s the Raimi movies (functionally two different characters but also fun), something to do with the cartoons (not my thing because they’re kids doing high school drama), whatever the fuck Andrew Garfield had going with that dying Victorian orphan, or Harry is the evil ex but like evil the same way Norman was like fuck off!

Anyway spidey torch is the only spidey dude slash ship that has like consistently good fics but all the other ships you’ve gotta sift through a lot of bull shit but it’d be so much easier to find what I want if people would just tag their shit correctly!
