Weigh In
12-22-2019
Today is the first day in a week that I have been able to get out of bed and oh boy it feels truly amazing. I still feel “Bleh” in a sense but its better than thinking I am truly gonna die..like I was thinking the past couple days. I swear I though God was just gonna take me right then and there. 
Today is the first day back to the gym if I end up making it there which I should. I haven't finished my Christmas shopping yet. So I have to get that done also BUT side not my car doesn't work. 2017 Elantra and my battery cant withstand the -30 C weather Canada gets.... So I am waiting on getting that fixed. OH and I need to go grocery shopping. :/
I weighed myself this morning and I am 212lbs yaaasss, so much closer to my goal of being 210 lbs before the year ends! Fingers crossed everything goes as planned today,

Yesterday
I did a quick upper body workout at home from fitness blender. And now I’m lying in bed and I can barely raise my arms.
Today I get to do some Christmas baking with my grandma and I’m so excited !!!

Today I’m just doing cardio and core again. My next day off is Christmas Day so I’ve gotta be strict about going to the gym and eating right!!

Finally made it to the gym... it's been a week and havent worked out.
It's crazy how not staying active can really mess with your mood. I found myself being more aggravated and agitated. But I'm back !!
It felt like a month not gonna lie but it was only a week that's the crazy part. I'm still meal prepping and eating mostly healthy.
So happy to be back cant wait to get back into the groove !!!

Today was cardio and core so my carbs were decreased today. It was my day off today so I ended up making a wig (^that's my natural hair ) and had to go get a police record check for my second job.
Its 940 pm and I'm already excited for my breakfast man !
Man it's been hard in the evening to just notice when I'm thirsty rather than hungry.

Started my home fitness journey today and my legs are killing me. I'm excited I wont always be doing the videos and will be expanding my gym once a month.

Tomorrow is HITT and core 💃🏽 and I'm excited to push myself. I have so much to do tomorrow and I need to make a list before I go to bed.
Gonna make my tea and head upstairs to my comfy bed and my new bed sheets and do some things. My hair came in today so I'm gonna make my wig tomorrow. Whoop whoop!!

Let's talk about WINTER. Man ever since it started getting pitch dark at 4pm it's been messing with my schedule. So I'm trying this new thing with my workout schedule.
I will be working out from home 5/7 days a week and going to the gym on Sundays for an hour of cardio. I'm going to try this for 2 weeks. I'm giving my boyfriend my gym pass to use for the winter if this plans out.
I stopped working out in the mornings and started working out after work because I didnt want to have to wake up extra early just to drive to the gym. Now I am switching it up and waking up around 0500 to do my workout and shower because once I get home I'm not gonna want to workout.
I'll bee giving myself 2 weeks to see how this goes then decide whether or not I need to go back to the gym or not.

I FINALLY bought 10lbs weights for my home!! I am so happy! This will help me out a lot especially for the snow storms in Ottawa we have already gotten and -28 C in November.
I did a core workout with these bad boys today and it felt great I'm excited for what else I can train with them. Whoop whoop. Tomorrow is back and arms. Which I'll train after my job interview 🤞🏽.

Can you tell I need to incorporate different core exercises into my workouts haha. But it was great.
I got to spend time with the fam today. The parents and the Gparents! I love my family and now that the holidays are coming up I'm gonna get even more mushy about how grateful I am to have every single one of them in my life!!!

I had this photo ready to make a post last night but I was so tired and just wanted to pass out..so I did.
Yesterday I went to sushi with the boo so I trained legs. I usually do that Mon and Fri but i really wanted sushi so i switched it up.
10 min incline brisk walk
Adductor 4x12

Leg extension 4x12
Leg curl 4x12
Leg press 4x12
Yesterday was actually a good workout and I feel it today for sure. Friday is usually my heavy day and I'm excited for that.
Today is core and cardio and my trainer has me doing carb cycling so today is a low carb day. Easy peasy I hope. Although carbs are what I crave the most aha so we will see!!!

Today I did back and cardio. It was supposed to be a rest day but I skipped the gym Friday and Saturday. This weekend my diet was TRASH. I finally got those pillsbury cookies though. I usually would eat the whole package in one sitting but your girl still has some cookies left in the kitchen.

So today I just trained core at home and it was a pretty good.
Crunches 3x15
Russian twists 3x15 (this is what I used the boot for)
Knee hugs 3x15
Heel touches 3x15
Flutter kicks 3x15
I think next time I'll bump up the reps to 20. The boot was useful Nd I got a good burn out of it. Now I'm just snacking on some grapes and strawberries. I weighed myself today and I'm down another 2lbs. So happy.

Today was super quick I did 25 min of cardio 15 stair master and 10 incline treadmill speed walking.
I'm gonna try and add 15 min after every workout when I'm not rushing. Tomorrow is Monday and I tend to skip mondays so we will see how it goes.

Didn't end up training arms today. My day was a bit rough. Alarm didn't go off, didn't finish work on time. No caffeine all day. Didn't have my lunch meal prep ready due to lack of groceries so I ate out. But I headed to the gym anyway and trained legs which was nice and quick.

I finished quick, increased my weight in each exercise which makes me happy !!! I've been thinking about adding more cardio into my workouts when I have the time. So let's see how that goes. 🤞🏽

I decided to take a rest day today but I'm still keeping up with my meal plan. I work evenings today so my supper is already packed and this was my lunch.
Tomorrow I'm training arms and shoulders oh how I hate arms.
This is my basic meal avec chick peas, frozen veggies, whole grain rice and 3 oz chicken.

I went grocery shopping and then did some meal prep. Honestly I've been craving so many things lately to the point where I'm like why did I ever decide to lose weight 😂😂 FOR MY HEALTH. But for real I'd love to eat a whole batch of pillsbury chocolate chip cookies right about now.
