I was wondering if the witch and the witchfinder are a canon couple in the nice and accurate prophecies? Or are they just a very popular fanon ship? Or is it like good omens, where people saw the romantic subtext in the book and where it was made explicitly canon in the show?

I just think all options would be really interesting, given that Crowley and Aziraphale are both middle-aged queer people and the book came out thirty years ago. So they either would have had some representation back then, or they recognised themselves in the story and even though it wasn't canon, maybe those ideas would later explicitly be confirmed by Agnes Nutter nonetheless? Since all these options have really interesting implications for the way they both interacted with the source material, I'm really curious what your thoughts on the matter are.

The Nice and Accurate Prophecy: Agnes Nutter's book series (turned play, turned film, turned tv series); the fandom in my fic Big Name Feelings

the idea of using Agnes Nutter's "Nice and Accurate" book for the in-fic fandom was taken from @tawnyontumblr's fic New Messages (i just thought that would be a fun fanon consistency to follow), but all the details about the story and characters are me.

N&A takes inspiration from Good Omens (as a story, and as a fandom) but isn't intended to be a direct copy of it. the original paperback series is a few books long, and each adaptation of the books are considered good, accurate, canonical content. the tv show (a HBO series) is the most recent, highest quality, and most popular. The Witcher style, high fantasy quality.

agnes is loudly supportive of the lgbt community just like neil/david/michael are. but i imagine that for the series to be so "marketable" over the last 30 years, there isn't an explicit queer relationship between the witch & finder. there are canon queer side characters but the witch & finder are a little more nuanced.

the witch and the witchfinder aid each other through time, working together to defeat the evils in the story (like Aziraphale and Crowley from GO). there's tension between them, but boundless love, and plenty of flirtation, despite the running "we shouldn't, we're meant to be enemies" theme. they would canonically get together at some point in the story, probably towards the end after they've spent some time dancing around each other.

the thing that makes this vague is: the witch reincarnates through the story, almost doctor who style. they're a trans icon, much like how the GO fandom looks at Crowley and all his gender ambiguity.

when they finally tryst with the witchfinder, they're female. it's by pure happenstance that they're female presenting at that stage of the story, but still widely critiqued over the years. the thing that canonises the mlm relationship is that the witch is said to carry their consciousness through each reincarnation— they're not a new person like The Doctor is when he regenerates.

the start of the book series spends more time on "Crowley and Aziraphale's favourite male reincarnation", while the movie and tv show only briefly montages through some of the witch's faces. the mlm side of the fandom most definitely lost their minds over the brief few minutes of screentime that they got of the male witch, and has absolutely gifsetted it to death.

i've done it like this because so much of (every) fandom has always been seeking out representation and filling gaps where the original content lacks. there's something to be said about the solidarity of queer fans creating more queer content for themselves. except, in the case of N&A, they're getting to work from a source material that is genuinely queer supportive, unlike fandoms like SPN and BBC Sherlock that are fighting against the tide of queerbaiting and buried gays.

it also gives aziraphale and crowley a chance to band together in the next chapter when they talk to a dickhead at the party:

i haven't exactly decided what happens with the witchfinder, like if the story takes place over hundreds of years and he keeps reincarnating as the same lookin dude (like how jack whitehall plays both Thou Shall Not Commit Adultery and Newton Pulsifer) or if it's set over one lifetime and the witch just gets killed and regenerates a lot. i do like the idea of there being some "through the ages" shenanigans, and a canonical "modern day" setting like GO has.

but i gotta be careful bc i genuinely can't stop thinking about this fake story that's barely mentioned in my fan fic or i'll end up writing the damn thing myself

If you ever met this man on middle school when he's being bullied. You're lucky. Y'know that Daniel has lots of trust issues and anxiety especially in this era. So you gotta be nice to him ;).

I don't know, but at first he just seemed to be REALLY hesitant at making friends at first and warming up because of his past trauma. But once you accepted each other's strengths and flaws he'll definitely become more open about what makes him happy and upset.

(Maybe it's just me that I love the friends to lovers trope more than enemies to lovers trope? HAHAHAHHA). But he's such a gentleman. He's often polite, respectful, yet have that fun and chaotic side of him that will make you MELT. If you like softie guys while still having that balance of masculinity you will like him a lot.

I think Daniel knows and loves to ride a bike. And if you don't know how to (like me), he'll happy to teach you out! Y'know those cheesy romantic scenes in love stories? That's what I am talking about he'll definitely push you to learn (but if you're uncomfortable he will stop of course) and once you mastered it he'll ask you out for a biking race at the sunset as long as it's safe and there's not many vehicles moving on the road.

Jamming in his apartment while his mom is out, listening to your favorite music while dancing around like idiots, eating at your favorite food places while comically arguing who's going to pay the bill, doing other silly things, and opening up to him are the most fun activities to do with him in my opinion. You know this guy is very empathetic and a very good listener since he's been through tough challenges in his life. Being friends with him is not just about spending your time and creating fun memories. It's about opening up to him as he does to you since you trust each other. I think that's one out of the many factors you're going down bad for him man. If you tell a sad story in your life, he'll cry. If you tell about an embarrassing and cringy memory on your school, he'll laugh his ass out yet with a gentle giggle. Same goes to his second body. The taller male is so similar to him that you almost feel like he's Little Daniel. They're both so humble yet so fun to hang out with. I don't know I'm word spilling rn but I just love him so much.

He may not realize it but he also dresses well in any fashion like KL:HDLK:HLAHSLA:. He might ask for help for fashion advices!

This man used to have those issues about opening up so be prepared when he's gatekeeping so if you are helping him out whole-heartedly in his issues he'll definitely fall in love with you.

He's really surprised and GETS REALLY NERVOUS when you suddenly jump on his back for a piggy-back or when you hug him from behind. And he would hide his face with his hand while he's blushing (especially when you compliment him not only about his looks but when he does a great job at something). He really also likes your company so once his feelings developed more into something deeper, he'll be more awkward around you (in a good way he's so anxious that he'll mess up lol).

He may be the type to ask your friends that knows that you're crushing on both Daniels. He may have that 0_0 face all the time because of how thick and weird the atmosphere is while your friends have that ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) face because they can see how nervous you are around him. It may take a while for the both of you to confess but you'll be both blushing once you both found out that you're crushing on each other the whole time. Once he's courting you he'll give you your favorite flowers and chocolates before going out on a movie or cafe date or just plain cuddling at your or his place. Or if that sounds too cliché for you, he'll luckily listen and accept your date ideas as long as both of you are safe, it's affordable, and both of you will have fun. And the rest is history.

I was wondering if you'd mind doing some headcanons/drabbles for Natasha Romanoff, Wanda Maximoff, Peter Parker, Loki, Thor, and Bucky Barnes with a reader who's really big into body modification? (Piercings, tattoos, etc.) Even if they don't have that many themself, they're really knowledgeable about stuff like that and find it really fascinating

I'm combining these requests because they are fairly similar, and I'm trying to get rid of some of my Wade requests that have accumulated. Im also making this as gender neutral as possible since no piercings that require heavily specific body places were requested. I'd like to make mention that I'm a tattoo artist and piercer myself, so I'm very glad I got these requests.

Natasha Romanoff

She doesn't have that much of an opinion whether her partner has body modifications or not.

That being said, she'll ask questions on if your tattoos have meaning or not, and she'll raise an eyebrow if they don't.

When it comes to piercings, she likes to play with them when she zones out. You two will just be casually laying down, and you'll randomly feel light tugs at your facial or chest piercings if you aren't wearing a shirt.

When it comes to your tattoos, she'll trace the shapes and designs during meetings. Or whenever she doesn't have anything to do when she's bored and wants to touch you.

Admires the fact that you put yourself through pain just to gain artwork on your body.

Wanda Maximoff

She, on the other hand, was confused about why you would willingly put yourself through that.

She's not particularly a fan, but she wouldn't mind too much if you had body mods.

"Are they safe?" She'll ask anytime you wish to get a new one.

After a while, they'll grow on her, and she'll really like them. Mainly because it's a you thing, and she adores you.

Anytime one gets infected, she'll help you out with it. She'll give you a look that says, "Are you so certain these are safe now?"

Doesn't like the smell. I know you know what I'm talking about

Peter Parker

Loves them

Will ask if you want to get a matching piercing on the ears (face ones would interfere with a mask like his)

Whenever he sees jewlery that really reminds him of you, he'll get them if he can.

He'll also play with them if he's zoned out and just whenever he's in private with you.

If you get spider tattoos, if you're in the know about him?

He's kneeling, on the spot.

Asks so SO many questions.

"Did you get the tattoos for meaning or because they are pretty?" "Did you get that pierced for fun or for pleasure?"

If it's for fun, he may not toy with them much in fear of hurting you. If it's for the other one on the hand? He may try to use those to his personal gain.

Loki

He loves the ones on the pleasure spots.

He'll be all over them the second he knows about them/they are healed.

Admires the fact that you put yourself through pain just to adorn yourself.

If he knows the hole won't close up after you take one out. He will magically remove the balls on the end to mess with you.

Ends up having to get you new ones

If you ask nicely enough, he'll consider getting matching ones.

They find out a little late that he doesn't like people with sharp objects near his face.

Needs "restorative cuddles" to fix his pains.

Thor

He's the one to ask, "But what would happen if a magnetized object comes near them?"

He's trying, poor, uneducated soul.

He doesn't mind if his partner has them or not.

He likes poking at your body.

howdy! while going out of my mind with excitement about TGOA coming soon, I made this! I have spent somewhere around 42ish hours on this art over the last couple weeks, and now that I am done I am very pleased to finally be tossing them out into the universe. in a loving way, of course. ❤

DANG THIS EPISODE IS 10 MINUTES LONG.. But anyway I love this episode! But for me though it's kinda..not that bad I guess because this episode has so much potential but it looks like it doesn't have good life to it for me.

BUT STILL I love this one! Still worth it for that 2 weeks wait.

I like how Titan finally accept that Earth changed and now protected him as he finally understand. This is kinda shocking if you ask as me.

BLUD what are these 2 going on😭 these 2 finally be fighting meanwhile with Ganymede being stupid asf.

But to be honest am more concerned and disappointed that my expectations aren't here. Like the gas giants still went missing and we haven't seen the others for a long time. Though am expecting the sun too😞.

This episode had a big drama here yet a bit of life it's so easy of how it ended so probably why I don't like the episode that much but yeah it's still good.

But am going to say my words for the other pictures of my opinion.

One. The episode of the moon revolution is done so easily. I was expecting it to be done in another way.

Two. I was expecting the drama to end but no there's more drama going on. There's a sequel and Ganymede is still planning to do something MORE STUPIDLY EVIL like what beef Ganymede and Europa had? WHAT??

Three. Even if the gas giants or the others aren't here at least Ceres came back! WOOO HE'S BACK more screen time for Ceres I guess.

Am excited to other new episodes for Solarballs now since the moon revolution ended. I guess they will go back to the education thing or other stuff. But am more excited for new future episodes too! Even the other celestial objects episode like outside of the solar system! THAT is the one am excited about after seeing the SB communication post on YouTube.

So this was a fun ep I love it.

Lighter and Princess ep 36 - the finale!

What Gao Jianhong explains is honestly what I had assumed: Li Xun's sister's death and the ramifications ruined 2 lives, not 1. Geo Jianhong obviously never expected her to die at that hotel. (It was an accident, not even Fang's fault either as much as a POS he is.) But just like LX wasn't thinking clearly, neither was GJH- he was panicked and also consumed with guilt. Objectively, it was an unconnected accident. But she wouldn't have been at that location if not for Gao. So he just triples down on being the villian. Ok, I'm a monster. So be it. I'll play that role to the limit. Maybe this is how I finally win. After all these years, I think he's still been feeling guilt over Sister Li Lan's death. He can't stop being the villain because he doesn't believe in his own redemption. And this gets all mixed up with the resentment and hate that persists because of his inferiority complex.

This doesn't absolve him of anything, btw. He's a bastard who has stolen from & stepped on more amateur game designers; caused Li Xun mental anguish, betrayed his trust in a disgusting manner; abused his wife, blackmailed Zhu Yin with 'social death'... He tried to send Li Xun back to prision. Objectively a trash person.

But it's consistent, layered characterization. It's an explanation. I was glad to see the subtext I'd interpreted become explicit text.

gawwwwdd but I'M EVIL in that it's so satisfying for Gao Jianhong to hear that Li Xun has the inner strength & capacity to forgive him and let go. ("Impossible! It's me. It's me who wanted to step on him. It's me who stopped from from standing up.") BWAHAHAHAHA you fell short yet again, you pathetic man child. He bests u in everything. ❤ And now you're living for him, at his command.

The biggest surprise in this drama is how I ended up loving class president Fang Shu Miao. Just a minor character but it's fun that she grew up into an awesome lady and good friend.

The Flying team scenes in the finale really were too perfect and made me so emotional. Mr Dong is still the boss! They're all shareholders! Eating ice pops again, the sacred tradition 😂😭

Mr Dong: "Your daughter is my boss now. She works for herself."

99% of the time I dislike the "this company is my found family" storyline tbh. I've seen a lot of toxic situations in rl, especially young lgbt who were rejected by their families and had nowhere else to go, only to be taken advantge of. But this drama has been a big exception to that. A group of odd balls who aren't loyal friends at the start (originally out for themselves) but go thru adventures together. My favorite flavor. And now Mr Dong is defending Li Xun as an elder, when he has no one else to bring to the table. This drama earned it! (And it helps that the protagonists are clearly the leaders of this gang now, no power imbalance.)

"Mom, this is our home. You have no right to interfere. You have no right to make the decisions." 👏👏👏 i love herrrrrrrrrr

After Zhu Yun's mother makes an absolutely disgusting declaration (to an orphan whose parents & sister are dead) that she must marry her daughter to someone "with a happy family" of an equal social status, and invites him to bring his parents to meet them... It's now Li Xun's turn to be an absolute badass and instead of centering his own pain and insult, simply points out that he knows Zhu Yun has the ability to change the world, but her parents just want ZY to obey them. It's her parents that are wronging HER most of all and he sees that. Maturity!

I love how they roll. She suggests they have a baby because 30 is the right age, but then they'd need to get married. He's like ok, let's have a baby. And then a couple days later buys them a house. She's basically quasi proposed to him and then they just decide to get it done. Very them.

The marriage certificate guys' FACE. "You have many family members." !!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭

The marriage was absolutely perfect. Loved the final group picture and that their friends gathered to support them in lieu of blood family.

I normally don't get attached or care too much for supporting characters. But Lighter & Princess and A Journey to Love broke that mold for me. Sorry Ren Di, though you are smoking hot I never could care about your angst. But the friend group really endeared themselves to me.

What a truly fantastic story from beginning to end. Never falters. I feel like modern cdramas have a bad rep compared to kdramas but there are some real gems. note to self: make a modern cdrama rec post this year

If someone (me) wanted to get into the super mario games. Which one would be a good one to start with? Or which one is most fun :)

Hey there! First of all, thank you so much for asking, and sorry for keeping you waiting for so many days! 😅

It kinda depends on your taste or what you're looking for! For instance, if you're into 2D/platform games, you should definitely try Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World! I'd say they're the best classical 2D Mario games, with lots of different levels, secrets, power-ups and of course, lots and lots of fun! ✨

In case you'd rather play a 3D/exploration game, I'd go with Super Mario Odyssey indeed! It's such an AMAZING game! 🤩 The kingdoms are very varied, wide and beautiful, there are lots of minigames during the adventure, and there are also maaaaaany easter eggs from other Mario games, which could make you want to try some of them as well 🤭 I also love the way Mario Odyssey, despite being a 3D game, includes some 2D parts as well. It's so perfect! 👏✨

Also: yes, Mario can change his outfit. And yes, he can dress as a bride. Best outfit in the game indeed! 👏

And last but not least, if you're into RPG games, you have a bunch of games to choose from! The original one was Super Mario RPG, which recently got its own remake for Nintendo Switch, and there's also the Paper Mario series, from which I absolutely LOVE the first three games, being my personal favorite Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Which is getting a remake this year, btw! Can't wait to replay it! 🤩✨

Continuing with the RPGs, I cannot leave without mentioning my very first and favorite Mario RPG game ever: Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. This game was released 20 years ago for GBA and got a remake in 2017 (I believe) for 3DS, and it's now available to play through Nintendo Switch Online, and I'm giving it my millionth replay because I LOVE it! It's full of humor, originality, a very interesting story full of plot twists, amazing and charismatic characters (Prince Peasley my beloved!), and best of all: sweet and cute moments between the most adorable brothers EVER! 🥹❤💚 It's absolute PERFECTION, so if you're into RPG games, I highly recommend you give it a try! 🤩✨

Of course, out of the main 2D/3D Mario games and the RPGs, you also have some spin offs like Mario Kart, Mario Party, Mario Tennis... I'd personally go with Mario Kart 8 for Switch and Mario Kart for GBA, and Mario Tennis for Game Boy and GBA, since they're so much fun! I'm not much into Mario Party games, but I've enjoyed the ones I've played, so I'd recommend you check them out and see for yourself which one catches your attention! 🥰

And of course, there's the Luigi's Mansion series! It's about catching ghosts in haunted mansions, and there are three of them. The first one holds a very special place in my heart, and the second one is getting a remake this summer, but I'd say the third one is my favorite, and the most complete out of the three! It's also a 3D/exploration game, and it has lots of puzzles to solve and 15 different floors to explore, so check it out as well if you haven't yet! 🥰

And Luigi is such a cutie OMG 😭💚✨

So yeah! I know this is kind of a wide answer with lots of options, but I guess I'd recommend you a game for each category, as it all depends on what you're more interested in 🥰
