healthy habits i love :)

introduction:
hi loves! i wanted to share some healthy habits that i really enjoy for my body and my mind. these are things that make me feel better and work with my life :)
physical health:
staying active. i have practice for 2 hours on weekdays and like to do home workouts using small dumbells or just pilates on weekends.
stretching. stretching is so important to prevent injuries, improve mobility and balance.
eating 3 meals a day w/ fruits and vegtables.
taking vitamins. i have anemia so i've been taking iron tablets everyday w breakfast to help.
drinking enough water. i always track how much water i have- i usually drink a whole water bottle at school, 70ish% of one at practice, and more water at home.
having a skincare routine.
having a haircare routine & learning to style my hair.
at-home face massage. theyre just really relaxing
mentality/mental:
planning for the future. i like to think about what i'm doing after graduating high school (college) and how i'm going to get into my dream college. i make a plan to follow.
avoiding drama. honestly there's not much drama at my school to begin with, but either way i just avoid talking shit about people
reading! i read every night and when i finish my schoolwork and have nothing to do. it's relaxing
learning about current world events. i also like to stay up to date on what's going on in the world. it can be really sad but i think it’s important to be aware of what happens.
praying. i pray every night and i find it really peaceful and a way to be grateful by thanking God for all sorts of things in my life. sometimes i'll also just pray if i'm anxious, before a water polo game, or really whenever i feel like i should.
gratitude & reflection. i like to reflect on how i'm acting and also remind myself of everything to be grateful for. sometimes really small moments, like when i was getting my braces tightened i thought about how i'm lucky to even get to have dental work done.
journalling. i have a diary i write in every night which is just for fun, and then a spare binder w some lose paper where i vent when i'm feeling bad.
having hobbies. i like to keep myself busy so i have a lot of things i like to do at home like writing, reading, photography, sewing.
having a clean space. i keep my room clean (nothing on the floor, everything where it needs to be) and cleaning my backpack just so everything is easy to find and get.
beginning:
the key to growing is literally just doing small things everyday. overnight change is never attainable. if you want to add different habits/change something you need to make small, attainable, adjustments everyday.
do the best with what you have. this is the biggest point. there are certain things you might not be able to do because of your circumstances, so just do the best with what you have right now.
self respect. and of course, healthy self improvement is based in loving yourself and wanting to be better for the sake of improving your life. this is a whole journey within itself.

As the leader of the Phantom Thieves, Akira is busy preparing for heists and fighting Shadows. But not just for being a leader of a mysterious infamous group, he’s busy everywhere. Ranking up confidants, fusing Personas, stocking supplies, studying, Akira’s been dealt with a lot of responsibilities since he got to Tokyo.
Eating at Big Bang Burger all the time and doing those challenges isn’t healthy on a regular basis. He does eat out with the team and his confidants sometimes. And Sojiro does cook breakfast for him on occasion.
But he will have a tendency to overwork himself and forget his own needs. He’s also taking care of Morgana, another mouth to feed besides himself. During lunchtime, Akira would either share his meal or just give it to Morgana.
Though since Morgana is known to keep track of his bedtime, the cat will make reminders for him to eat. The talking feline does pride himself for being responsible.
But you making food for him will send his heart soaring. He’s a lanky male, not too thin, but not so muscular, so he could still go for some more meat in his bones. It’s not only a sweet gesture but also an efficient way to help feed your hardworking boyfriend. He may even blush a little from the adoring sentiment.
Making bentos for him? Touching. Making matching bentos for the two of you? Adorable. Especially if you’re putting great details in the lunches, like making cute faces in the shape of animals and such. Akira will tease that it looks far better to admire, but he’ll happily finish the bento until there’s nothing left. He’s never been a picky eater so he’s open to try anything you make.
Learning about your cooking skills definitely impresses him. Akira likes to improve his own culinary abilities. Working with Sojiro behind the counter helped him discover that passion. So being a phenomenal cook, he’d gladly ask for tips and advice once in a while.
Akira finds himself astounded that someone like him, someone carrying a false criminal record serving probation in an unfamiliar place alone, could have such a loving girlfriend caring for him. He always makes sure to not let you forget his own affections and how much everything you do means.
It becomes a routine for you two to meet up at lunchtime and eat together. Sitting side by side closely, across with legs touching. There’s no doubt that Akira will happily reciprocate in taking turns making meals for you both. A good way to practice his cooking skills despite his busy schedule. If you were to ever be unable to make it, Akira will feel your absence greatly.
Breakfast? Probably best to have something easier to eat as you walk to Shujin side by side on weekdays. It is true as they say that to a person’s heart in general is through the stomach. If you stopped by carrying food filled containers to eat at LeBlanc, Sojiro has no problem with it. He does agree that Akira should be mindful of eating. Depending on if said containers are washable, he’ll let you keep them at the café until you take them back.
Feeding each other is a thing in private. When no one is there, Akira will offer a piece of food to your lips, expression cheeky. It’s something you’d only do behind closed doors.
And in reverse, he’s happy to welcome a spoonful from you. Wiping a stain on his mouth gets him a bit bashful. A napkin? Cute. Your own tongue? Now his face got even redder.
But beware, the leader of the Phantom Thieves has tricks up his sleeve. He’ll reciprocate the action in a sneaky way to tease back.
Dates spent cooking and eating together is very domestic and wholesome. Trying new recipes, sharing some, it’s a lovely way to spend time with one another. Though you’d probably spend that in your home rather than his. Because as nice as the coffee and curry is at the café, you’d have more privacy and space to work on. Akira always has a look in his eyes when he gazes upon you, so much so it makes you bashful every time you see it.
Food turns into a new love language between you.
And once you become adults? Naturally, living together is expected after the deepening of your relationship growing from being high school sweethearts. Cooking together becomes a real staple in your household. Working different jobs may not always let you cook together, but having the thoughtfulness of making food for the other is still as meaningful.

Late December
Content: 1.6k words of part of a day with your six month old baby and husband Levi.
A/n: Here we go! Not quite holiday, not quite proof read hehe.
Your eyes flutter open as you smile after a nice, long sleep. It's early morning on another weekday later in the year, just after the holidays.
You turn to cuddle your husband but find his side of the bed empty. You frown, but not for long, already knowing where he is.
You get up and put on your robe and head to the nursery, pausing at the door and smiling.
Your husband Levi is sitting in the rocking chair, holding your six month old baby boy on his chest, reading him a story while he naps.
Levi stops mid sentence and smiles warmly when he notices you.
"Morning daddy." You smile back and step inside, coming over to stand by the rocker.
He sighs and rests his head on your side as you play with his hair and reach down to pet your babies cheek.
The little one blinks his eyes sleepily and gets excited when he sees you.
Levi chuckles and hands him over.
"Hi baby! Are you hungry?" You coo at him, kissing his face while he makes happy noises.
"Oh no, your not gonna try the solids again are you?" Levi asks nervously.
You laugh. "Levi, he has to start at some point." Six months is the recommended age to start but you can go later. The past week you've just done a couple spoonfuls a day and so far baby hasn't seemed to enjoy it and wants his bottle.
Both you and Levi thought you'd have a hard time with the process, but it's actually Levi who has instead.
"Yes but, how about next month?" He tries to talk you into waiting a bit longer.
Standing up he holds you close as your baby looks up at you both.
You smile and lean on Levis chest as your perfect little family stands in the nursery.
"I'll let you get away with it today, but tomorrow, we try again." You compromise with Levi about the solids.
He lets out a tiny sigh of relief and takes the baby back from you, holding him up.
"Hear that? We talked mommy into it!" He says with a large smile as baby seems to giggle with him.
You all go to the kitchen and Levi gets the bottle out of the fridge while you start a breakfast for you and him.
Levi sits in the chair and feeds his baby boy, who grabs onto the bottle while Levi holds it.
You've talked about not letting him comfort eat, but at this point it's Levi who needs the reassurance.
"Tea, sweetheart?" You ask as you start a pot and Levi nods.
"Yes please." He says while not looking away from the baby in his arms.
You smile and make some steel oats as well and add fresh fruit. A simple and healthy meal.
Levi finishes feeding and burps the baby and puts him in the high chair, grabbing a couple suction toys to stick on to keep him entertained.
He cleans off and puts the rest of the bottle back in the fridge and helps you finish breakfast, getting plates and tea cups.
Levi kisses your cheek and gently grabs onto your side, making you giggle.
He smiles as you pour the tea and he puts the oatmeal and fruit into the bowls and you sit down together.
You kiss your babies cheek and flick the animal toys.
"Owl." You say as you touch it. "Rabbit." You say as he touches a different one.
He pushes and pulls them and babbles happily.
"It's a nice day for a walk later." Levi says as he eats, and you nod.
"Yes, let's go around the neighborhood." Get some fresh air.
You finish eating and clean together, taking turns getting dressed and change the babies diaper before bundling him up in the blue crocheted onesie and quilted blanket his grandmas made him.
Levi gets his stroller and you put him in and start walking.
People still have their holiday decorations out, and the moving reindeer catches the babies eye the most.
You wave to neighbors and stop to chat with some as kids play on lawns riding bikes and playing tag.
"Oh he's getting so big!" Another husband and wife smile and wave at him as you stop in front of their house.
"He sure is a cutie!" The wife gushes, respecting the distance and not touching him.
"Thank you!" You smile.
You talk a few more minutes while their young children play around and wave to you and Levi.
"How olds the baby now?" The little girl asks, coming up, but not to close.
"Six months now." You tell them.
"Mr Ackerman, come throw the ball with me!" The boy calls to Levi, making all the adults chuckle.
"Okay, but just a couple times!" Levi smiles and runs over out of harms way with the young boy.
"And to think, last year he was afraid of Levi." The wife says, laughing.
It's true, for some reason, some of the neighborhood kids found Levi scary.
But somehow, once finding out he was going to be a dad, whether that made him open up to the idea more of other kids, or they figured if he was going to have a baby he wasn't all bad, he'd become one of the favorite adults on the block.
The husband joins in as the males play and you talk with the wife and daughter a few more minutes.
You hear your baby squeal happily and look to realize snowflakes are landing all around him.
"Oh!" You laugh, as none of you but him had noticed it was beginning to flurry lightly.
"Levi, we should be going!" You call to him, sorry to cut his time short.
"Coming!" He says, handing back the ball before walking up to you.
You say your goodbyes and walk back a little faster, before the weather changes anymore.
The babies hands flail as the flurries melt away before he can do anything, making you and Levi smile.
Once back inside Levi puts the stroller away then helps you get him back into his tiny pajamas and hang his onesie and blanket up to dry from the damp snow.
Baby goes into his crib to take a mid morning nap, the first of a couple. You try to keep him on some sort of schedule most of the time.
You both also change back into something warm, not planning on going anywhere else today.
You're tempted to go back into the nursery to check on the baby but Levi holds your hand and shakes his head.
"He's fine, come on." Baby likes his sleep and will be out a couple of hours.
You let him lead you to the couch where you snuggle against him and watch as the snow comes down a little harder than before.
Levi plays with your hair gently as you both relax.
"Mom wants to drive down to see us soon. She's got presents, she says." He tells you.
"Mine too. Let's have them over next weekend." You know they're presents for the baby, as if he needs anymore. But you love that they both spoil him, and you.
Levi kisses your temple and sighs happily. "I'd like that."
Your moms get along great, sometimes you find they hang out together. Levis mom teaches yours to crochet, while yours teaches his how to quilt. Now they always have something for you. Not to mention all the toys.
But with a growing baby you need updated clothes and toys all the time, so don't mind at all.
They already sent some things, including an automatic swing they swear was free shipping and on sale. You took pictures and made a three way call to thank them. They were already talking about an activity center now that he sits up on his own.
Levi hugs you tight, interrupting your thoughts.
"Thank you love. For being my wife, and making me a father. I love you." He swears he'll never be able to repay you.
You nuzzle his neck, hugging back. "Even when I try to give him solids?" You joke about the babies diet and Levi chuckles, holding you closer.
"I love you too sweetheart. You're everything to me, to us. You have our hearts" You feel his arms tighten around you. You both know he'll never let go.
You both fall asleep for a while in each others arms, waking with the babies schedule, heading back to the nursery to find your little one just getting up as well.
You pick him up and hold him upright in your arms.
"Hello my nugget. You hungry?" He starts in with the happy noises that you take as a yes.
"But no solids." Levi whispers as he walks behind you to the kitchen.
You laugh and turn to him as you get to the kitchen and pull out the bottle.
"I already promised." You remind him, making him settle down.
"Jeez, I can't even imagine what you'll be like when he starts walking." You say playfully. Truthfully, you'll probably be a nevous wreck then too.
"First he has to crawl." Levi won't let you get too far ahead of yourself.
"Yes love." You say, sitting down to feed the baby and continue your afternoon routine.
As Levi hovers close by, and your little boy looks up at you both, you know that many milestones, including crawling, are just around the corner.

I wanted to know what you rat daily. I mean, you've gained so much weight in a short amount of time, there must be a secret for turning into a fatty exjock so quickly😏🤭
Haha I gained 25kg since November 2022 actually. It wasn't quickly but I think it was a good pace. I just loved eating more and more in each meal (like lunch, dinner, etc). I am not a person of snacks, I prefer to eat a ton of food at times. So I guess my advice is for u to start eating more until you reach your full capacity (get bloated more and more in each meal). And you need to do less physical exercises too. You need to store calories! I just go to gym on weekdays to stay healthy while getting fat, but I obviously don't waste more calories than I eat daily. Don't worry about drinking heavy cream and all the unhealthy foods, just eat what you want more and more each time! I love to eat rice, beans, pasta, these type of food. Carbs are a MUST for gains. If you want to get muscles, proteins are very nice too. 😉
Ps.: This things are what I did and what worked out for me! You need to see what works on your body. Don't worry, it takes time to start gaining, then it gets easier.

2023 in review: operation get good at cooking!!!!
wowow i got pretty good at cooking in 2023!!! i did a lot of journaling at the beginning of the year about my cooking goals, which were (in abbreviated form):
get MUCH more comfortable with basic cooking and food prep methods. i did not attempt to master any fancy techniques lol but i wanted to be able to look at your average recipe and feel totally confident in my ability to execute it well. and i did that! i am not a fancy chef but i feel very confident in my basic kitchen skills.
consistently produce good food (and be able to adjust along the way if something wasn't tasting right). before this year i'd often make the same dish multiple times and have it turn out differently each time (often worse the second and third times lol). i learned how to do this and along the way i also ended up getting pretty good at making adjustments to recipes when i think something will make them tastier or when something in the recipe seems a bit off.
have about 20-25 fairly easy (and healthy) weeknight recipes in my repertoire that could be made in 45 min or less and didn't require a ton of prep work or fancy ingredients. i have definitely done this although i do still rely pretty heavily on 5-6 easy fallback recipes if i am feeling lazy or uninspired. i could probably figure out ways to get more varied stuff in the rotation, although i think my strategy of always making at least 1 new recipe per week is a pretty good way to ensure that i try new things.
i also set a mid-year goal to get better at fun little garnishes that made the finished dish pop a little more. i have sort of half-achieved this but i definitely rely heavily on very basic final flourishes (scallions, toasted nuts, citrus zest, etc) and could probably be a bit more creative here if i wanted to.
i also wanted to eat mostly healthy, plant-based vegan meals and to make substitutions where possible to make things healthier. i did ok at this! generally the stuff i cooked was quite healthy but i did add eggs and dairy back in for protein + because i read that full-fat dairy may boost fertility. this year i am going to try cooking more with meat although i still feel iffy about that (i don't like handling meat and i often can't think of how to work it into an existing recipe). but yeah! on the whole i think i did well here.
i met these goals mostly by practicing like crazy!!!! this year i made 104 unique recipes in 2023 (plus lots of duplicates when i liked something well enough to make it multiple times). the places i went to most for recipes were: feasting at home and NYT recipes, although i also very much liked the weekday vegetarians, love and lemons, cookie & kate, nora cooks, and the foodie takes flight.

Kanade has spend a lot of her time trying to save others, but this goal of hers has left her not only lonely, but also pretty unhealthy and devoid of affection. It's sad, but it's exactly this that makes her value her close ones so much...
She probably comes to know you through her housekeeper, as you come one day as a replacement because she couldn't come! She had already gotten pretty attached to her, so for you? It doesn't start strong, but it's a head start for her obsession to start...
She doesn't start getting close though, and her obsession takes a long while to truly start. Since she hasn't learned much about her feelings yet, the biggest thing in her mind is simply composing and working. It's you who has to make the first step, and that's when her thoughts about you start to shift.
The more you talk to her the more she starts to realize how strange this is. When she finishes a piece and should be thinking about her next one, she's thinking about if you'd like it. Same when in the process of composing something new and thinking about how much you'd like it.
And eventually, she'll stop herself from overworking another night and ask herself: What's happening? Why is she thinking about you so much? She needs to save someone, that's why she's composing. So why does your image flood her mind every single moment that passes? That's when she realizes that her feelings for you may be something more important than she thought...
It's not soon before Kanade makes the sudden request for you to visit more often! She misses your face, and wants to see you?? Well, no matter! If she's happy then you're willing to visit even on weekdays and check up on her! It's ironic, how your visits that were meant to keep her healthy are now making her act the opposite way.
"Ah... Yeah, t-thanks for coming again. I know I just saw you yesterday, but having someone like you by my side helps me a lot, you know? Every time you visit, she wants to stop composing and come talk to you, have you make small talk with her, make her meals, everything. But she's just so awkward... How does she get you to talk? How can she ask you to cook without looking disrespectful? That's why she turns to composing once again.
One day, as she composes something new, you catch her writing the lyrics... She doesn't have enough time to hide them, and soon the jig is up... You think. In fact, although that part of the lyrics reveals that she holds romantic feelings for you, it doesn't show how deep they go...
So, having the wrong image in your head, you accept her as a couple! And that day, she doesn't even need to compose something to not be able to fall asleep. As you promise her to come over to live with her, she has a million thoughts running through her head. That's when, whether she realizes or not, that her obsession truly starts to manifest.
Her obsession is quiet, but lurking, never fading. She watches you inside her home, always too afraid to make a move. Sometimes you catch her, but she looks so inoffensive that you just tease her and drop the subject. Sometimes you don't, and she can spend hours simply stalking you...
However, she starts getting a little upset whenever you go outside. She can't follow you then after all... So she starts trying to convince you to stay more indoors. This works for now, as you still have the wrong impression of her love!
"Thank you for listening to me... I know that you really like to be outside, but now that we're together, I don't think it's a good idea... We can do everything together inside my... No, our home. Besides, not much of it has been out to use since my... My... A-anyways, want to order something?"
She continues to compose more and more, but this time she doesn't want anyone to see it. She uses songs as an outlet to let out her desires to spend an eternity with you by her side, with no care for the world outside of your home together...
The only reason now that she has to take care of herself is your concerns, as you watch the bags under her eyes grow. You feed her, and make sure she gets enough sleep! Thankfully she always listens to you, however if you ever forget to take care of her, her state will worsen fast...
She doesn't care much about her own state, it's hard for her to do that anymore. The only thing on her mind is you, what you say, what you do... And with thoughts of you filling her mind, how could she bother to do anything else than compose for you and observe you silently?
If she doesn't, you may be taken away, just like her family was... The thought of that consumes her with fear. She can't afford that to happen, so she continues to watch over you, making sure that you're happy, healthy, and safe together with her... If only she had more courage to speak what she truly thinks... Guess she'll just have to keep hiding it forever...

monday - friday : I usually do OMAD ( like very little dinner ) but sometimes I have some extra snacks like: an apple, a pear, almonds, dried fruit or something healthy.
during the weekdays i burn 200 cals a day and in the weekends i don't really burn anything unless i go out with my friends 🌙
sometimes i eat junk on friday night since it's become some sort of tradition i do w my mom but only chips or other stuff. I'm always stressed out about pooping, like I'm so scared, what if i don't poop for a couple of days and everything i ate then actually gets transformed into fat ? what do i do then ? Like one time I ate a whole pizza on friday night and i wasn't able to poop for 3 whole days, istg i was so panicked about it. anyways i'll try to stop eating crack on friday night so i don't have to restrict as much as i do now
so I always make sure to drink my cup of coffee before eating anything. it's incredibly helpful like i always drink coffee and in about 30/45 mins i poop and i'm like really relieved. i know it sounds disgusting but like it stresses me out loads.
on saturday - sunday I'm going to have:
breakfast: oats
lunch: 2 boiled eggs and veggies
dinner: little of what my family makes
Ill try to follow this diet and after i reach my gw/ugw i'll change up some meals 💛
