idk i'm tired of this, winter break has finally started and my omad days r over 😪 Gonna start eating oats for breakfast eggs for lunch and whatever for dinner. I weighed 48,8 kg this morning and 49,3 with pajamas on so I just found out my pjs weigh 500g like what the heck how is that possible? Tbh I just wanna maintain cuz I don't really want to lose any more weight but I haven't maintained in so long and idk how to do it
