Not all opinions are equal. It is good to not be easily convinced and having doubts or reservations without sufficient evidence. But when presented with evidence, we should at least be open to change our minds. Don't hold on to any belief just for the sake of it. No matter how deep our emotional bond, no matter how much time you spent believing in said personal Truth. Giving it up after what we have invested in it may seem futile. It would be easy to engage in the sunk cost fallacy, though. The cost has already been incurred and cannot be recovered. You aren't getting them because you keep repelling them!

The moment you are hijacked by something that your senses do not feel welcomed for, we say you are in a problem!

It's not the problem that is new, it's you who are a newcomer to it that makes the problem look like something foreign placed in your territory.

And you shrivel up.

You are so terrified by this new thing, that the very first signal your mind is run by, is to run away.

You find yourself caged into something that you know not, to break free from.

And you start running like a bat out of hell, ignorant that the problem might chase you until you are tired enough to stop running away from it.

And when that running away appears futile, you still not embrace this ball of fierceness but find ways to get away with it.

The more you tend to get rid of your problems, they magnify and make everything so ambiguous that finding a way out, looks like even a bigger problem.

The problem is not a problem, but you repelling it to not understand, makes it a bigger one.

Most of your problems are not because they knocked on your door, but because you don't open it, don't allow them in, don't sit with them, don't understand them and that is what keeps them knocking forever.

The point of worry was never a problem coming your way but your being aloof from it keeps you aloof from the solution, is.

Get comfortable with foreign things, that are new, that look objectionable, that hinder you on any grounds. The moment you tap into this vibrant energy to be comfortable with problems, you show up.

The mind gets a boost to make an attempt to understand them.

And once you are willing to embrace and understand your problems, you no longer remain amateur.

I decided to check out a few metaphysical and occult shops while traveling. I stopped into Alchemy & Ashes yesterday and was greeted by their friendly staff. They allowed me to peruse their wares undisturbed but were available if I had any questions. The store is broken up into little rooms, each showcasing a different artisan's work, as well as their own branded items. I wanted to buy everything in sight but restrained myself selecting some Angelica root to replenish my supply and some incense. Their prices are quite reasonable and they also offer other services by appointment. It is definitely worth the drive if you live in the greater Tampa/St. Petersburg area to check them out. A bonus is that I can shop their online when I'm not in the local area.
