evite fumar, pois o cigarro pode causar tosse crônica e danificar os tecidos da bexiga;
tratar infecções urinárias, que podem irritar a bexiga e causar urgência urinária; faça testes de triagem para procurar problemas que possam causar incontinência, como tumores, cálculos ou próstata aumentada.
