For anyone just starting out-
I can not explain how much I regret just jumping straight into not eating at all. Of course that didn't work for me, because I'd went from bingeing constantly to starving myself in such a short time span. You have to start slow.
I reccomend 1200 calories a day to start. That is a normal amount for anyone going on a calorie deficit to lose weight. You can still lose weight with this, with a moderate amount of exercise. Once you notice it's getting too difficult to lose with this method, that's when you increase exercise and decrease calorie intake. And overtime, you'll be able to effortlessly resist food and it will be AMAZING.
Trust me, start slow. It's better to have a few months of slow weight loss than to have yo-yo weight for years and never really meet your goals.
