okay tumblr nation i’m going to do an experiment
for the past ten days (even more but i’ve been tracking consistently) my weight hasn’t moved at all even though i’m barely eating and it could be exactly because i’m not eating enough (it can happen, body tries to keep all the fat when you’re in a big deficit)
so i am going to eat a little more (like 750/800 kcals instead of the 500 max i’ve been eating recently) for the next week to see if i lose any weight

Im now 119 at 5’9 and i feel fantastic! I love how when i get skinny skinny, my hunger is generally much lower. Im only reaalllyy hungry if im drinking alcohol. Its like my body rewires itself to only be hungry when i will literally die if i dont put something in me. Love it! Just push through and youll be like me!
