so i gained a little bit of weight while visiting family in another province, but im deciding not to obsess over it rn. instead im just gonna keep eating in a deficit and exercise a lot, as well as drink a lot more water. fasting for days at a time isnt helping me very much so im just going to keep tracking and adjust things accordingly <3

dude i wanna kms i ate so fucking much. when im with my dad i feel like i always overeat, i had a muffin and a reeses cup; and then a protein bar which was gonna be my last thing for the day, but then he convinced me to get wendy’s, so now my net cals are around 1700 ☹️ we’re in a hotel so im considering going to the gym and hitting the treadmill but nshzajndsnqkenxhak im so fasting as long as i can, ill just tell my dad i dont feel well or smth
