The body is your first home.
It stores and holds information that one might have subconsciously ignored or forgotten about.
This session is all about holding space for your body to feel safe from your perspective.
Sit in a comfortable position and environment where you can't be distracted and speak to your body.
Speak out loud, without fear, without shame, without judgment, and allow the questions to make their way from your womb space to your tongue.
Ask your womb to reveal anything that needs to be revealed so that you can acknowledge, honor, forgive and move on because you are worthy of peace and freedom.
- SHAMELESS

My relationship with my womb is becoming more intentional. I realize that my womb is the source of my true power of intimacy and sensuality, as well as the direct connection to my divine femininity. Manifestation cannot occur until I embody what I desire from a place of love within my body. Attraction begins within me.
To curate a sense of connection within my womb is to nourish the frequency of who I show up as. Nothing matters more than the health of my true inner being.
I align with my ideal reality by becoming the Goddess of that reality.

DIVINE FEMININITY AND DIVINE MASCULINITY
Whenever I bring up divine femininity and divine masculinity, people tell me that they feel like it reinforces oppressive stereotypes constructed as gender. Hence why I will dedicate my first post to clarifying my understanding of divine energies and how, in my opinion, these won’t cease to exist in a society where misogyny is eradicated, because ‘gender’ and divine energies are not connected.
Gender is not innate. Gender is a social construct, putting everyone in repressive boxes and contributing to the subordination of women and girls. We still live in a society that continues to raise and socialise girls and boys in different ways. Through various studies on this phenomenon, we can conclude that these behavioral differences are taught. In reality, anything a man does is the most masculine thing he can do. Anything a woman does is the most feminine thing she can do.
Our patriarchial culture, which is also build on white supremacy, has depended on infantilizing and subjogating women by painting them as passive, submissive and weak. This has politically, culturally and spiritually cut women off from our power. Sadly, this has affected the way people view these divine energies as well. Divine femininity is not passive, submissive or weak. Divine masculinity is not controlling, dominating or intellectual. This false adaptation caused by sexism is the only thing that would make gender and divine energy connected, but it is incorrect.
Divine femininity and divine masculinity is present in everyone. It has nothing to do with your sex or if you’re gender-conforming or not. Earlier pagan philosophies promoted the idea of divine feminine and divine masculine because those philosophies believed in balance and saw man and woman together as a whole. Balancing these divine energies within your soul is reclaiming your power and embodying your womanhood. Strength, wisdom and power. Women have the power to create, and the power to kill. Women have the power to nurture, and the power to destroy. Divine femininity is advocating, shifting paradigms, demanding truth and fairness, setting fierce boundaries, exploring sacred feminine rage in a safe container, allowing yourself to be vulnerable, … Women are disconnected from their ferocity, their destructive power, the fearsome intelligence and will that we have. These traits aren’t just important for women to embody, but a woman who is only allowing herself to be nurturing, life-giving and passive is submissive to the patriarchy. This is why a wounded feminine is so unsafe. They took away our power by demonizing and suppressing it. Many ancient feminine archetypes embody this complex, tense, parodoxical duality, before patriarchial religions started to control. Divine masculinity is accountability, safety, being grounded, being protective, integrity, leadership. However, this leadership is guided by women’s boundaries. This leadership is heavily associated with domination and force as if they’re interlinked and woven from the same fabric. This is the same notion that drives a man, caused by sexist socialisation, to seek power above all else, to see vulnerablity as weakness and love as a pawn in this journey to power. This leadership should be a call of service— of service to their partner, community and the Earth. The desire to control, dominate, stay silent, … are signs of unhealed wounds and toxic indoctrination by society. What we see in men nowadays is a wounded manhood, not inevitable or connate evil. Divine masculinity is not only present in men. Divine femininity is not only present in women. However, ‘masculine’ and ‘feminine’ do not form a binary but a hierarchy which is why they cannot be defined without sounding sexist and discriminatory. Thus, I am fully aware of and understanding of this insight, but for me, in this context, the destinction between divine femininity and divine masculinity clarifies my points. For this reason, I will be avoiding these terms in my writing, unless I am talking about divine energies. Notwithstanding that I am a feminine/gender-conforming woman and I am not going to explain myself whenever I post something about my own expression of self.
You do not have to be a woman to find support in this blog. You do not have to be spiritual, religious or to agree with everything I say to find comfort within this blog, considering that the underlying message is always to reflect, to heal and to love.
This blog will do service as a reflection of my own journey towards embodied womanhood, however I want to support other women throughout their transformation from wounded woman to embodied woman as well. The goal is to move away from toxicity and welcome healthy relationships, happiness and healing in our lives. The goal is to heal our disconnected sexuality, which is caused by patriarchial conditioning and sexual trauma, to a gynocentric sexuality based on nourishment, safety and pleasure. The goal is to embrace solitude, celibacy and heal our sisterhood wounds. The goal is to strengthen our inner masculine, to allow our inner feminine to come alive. The goal is to create deep self-trust and to step back into our power as a woman.
xoxo

I believe I was 12 years of age when I began to menstruate. I started taking birth control pills at about 14 because it was such an unbearable experience. I had negative thoughts- wishing I could die for 10 days and come back to life when it was over.
I was at war with my body from the beginning.
The days were long, heavy, and painful. The birth control shortened the days from 10 to 7. The pains persisted but were manageable and the flow wasn’t as heavy.
Birth control helped me get through each month.
When I stopped taking birth control, my body did not menstruate for months. My immature mind thought, well that’s cool, now we don’t have to worry about getting pregnant. Eventually, I menstruated again, and it did not stop. I bled for an entire month- thinking my body would regulate itself. But I couldn’t wait any longer and decided to get back on birth control.
I understood this cycle: stop taking it means no menstruation for several months, then, menstruation for at least a month.
In 2016, I was severely depressed and living with an abusive partner. This was my 2nd or 3rd time trying to get off birth control. The menstruation occurred and lasted for a month; however, it was the heaviest flow I had ever experienced. I used the biggest feminine product I could find and yet, was going through 3-4 of those in one day. I feared I would die. I didn’t know then, but I know now that I was hemorrhaging.
I went to the doctor seeking a way to make this stop without getting back on birth control. I was given 7-10 pills to take daily until they ran out and then I’d be fine. This did not work so I got back on birth control but, felt the doctors had failed me.
In 2019, I was no longer in that abusive relationship and was in the process of finding who I really was- discovering the boundaries I needed to erect in order to properly care for me.

One day, I laid down on my bed and placed my hands over my ovaries. Then I talked to my femininity. I told her I was sorry for all that I allowed. I told her that we will sync up with Mother Moon to be guided and healed. I encouraged that we could do this because I am listening now. Without taking the birth control, I menstruated monthly consistently for seven days. My flow was average, not heavy. I found a mediation on the app, Insight Timer, to which I continued to talk to my body. In the mediation, I visualized pink or white light radiating from within me. At the end, I asked my feminity, “Is there anything you need from me?” Once, I heard the word avocado. I had never eaten an avocado before this day. I researched it wondering why it came up in my mediation.
Avocados help with managing the natural hormones in your body. They are beneficial for stabilizing the reproductive organs. They contain healthy fats and antioxidants- preventing cervical and breast cancers.
In 2022-23, I took my womb healing to the next level by reading a book called Sacred Woman. I learned that menstruation lasting 3 days is optimal. I set a goal for myself to get down to 5 days without any cramps and pains. I abstained from sexual relations for 2 months. I drink teas, meditate daily, take walks, and have released stored memories that have stifled my femininity. At the time of writing this, my menstruation lasts 5 days and I experience ZERO pain. When it is my time of the month, I limit my social interaction for two days- giving time to me and my body. I also raise my legs on pillows to help the blood flow. Lastly, I drink chamomile and lavender teas to relax my body as well as burdock root and dandelion for iron replacement.
All this is to say that the symptoms I was experiencing in my teen and young adult years were cries from my femininity and I covered those up with birth control pills. I wanted to share this story for the women who want to heal themselves or try something different. I use the calendar method when deciding when to be intimate, via the app, Stardust- best accuracy.
Here are some of my practices:
• Plant based diet (no soy or dairy- hormonal disruptors)
• Reading Sacred Woman by Queen Afua
• Yoga practice
• Breathing exercises (Alkaline & Breath of Fire)
• Walks in nature / Meditation- Visualization
• Teas for iron and relaxing the body
• Journaling feminine wounds / Calendar log
• #1 Talking to my body: Gratitude / Affirmations
• Propping my legs on pillows
• Periodically practicing abstinence
Good luck on your healing journey, may this assist who it may.
-// Blessings 🌺

womb
i wait for my womb
a wombless waiting
to be
wait for Mother Mary and Saint Monica
dreamed of a child in my arms
glistening from birth warm in my arms
dreamt of a brown haired boy
staring eyes to eyes eyes
loved him I love him
was born for the creation of him
wait for him
breathe for him I live
my purpose is destined from the time i heard Mother
I held a baby as a baby and desired a baby
i need to hold my womb to be wombed warmed

Childbirth Ed 101 tip:
When you're choosing your labor team, you have to think about who is going to BEST respect your choices. Think consistency:
Whose imposing on you?
Combative and arguementative?
Unable to understand/comprehend others thoughts and opinions?
Lastly, constantly refers to their own feelings while not acknowledging yours?
RETHINK HAVING PEOPLE LIKE THIS ON YOUR TEAM OR BY YOUR SIDE.
