Quck list of soft productivity tips
Hello girlies, welcome to another blog! On this one I will write down quickly all the productivity tips that have helped me to have an consistent lifestyle in a soft and more femenine focused way.
We are femenine beings, our energy levels aren't like the ones of men, so we have to stop managing our life like them (same energy everyday, be quick, focus on achieving, etc..) and do it in a way that let's us do our tasks based on our necesities and letting our energy be free!
My tips
Plan your day according to your energy levels
Prioritize the hardest tasks + Use the Eisenhower matrix
Make a to-do list, focused on 3 mainly tasks
Reward yourself
Positive and clean environment
Get rid of distractions
Take breaks
2 minute rule - It takes less than 2 minutes? Do it
5 minute rule - Apply a timer and do that task for 5 minutes
Apply deadlines for yourself
Create systems to keep track
Already working on something? Try to do something else (for future ease and saving time)
Extras
Switch mindset: Discipline < Devotion
Good mood changes everything. Things will be easier and faster and you'll be more focused.
Good health transforms you. Without it, there's nothing
Focus on the positive to attract good things
Focus on what causes and impact in your life
Let yourself prioritize time to have fun and rest
Take things easy and slowly
Live in the present moment
Let's be succesful by grace! See you in my next blog 𑄽𑄺ྀ

Hey i just wanna ask since your blog is really helpful, can you give me some advice on how to stop being lazy or how to be more productive? This have been a problem since i was little and im telling you i wanna make it stop
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
HOW TO EXIT YOUR LAZY GIRL ERA
LAZINESS IS NOT AN ACTION, BUT A MINDSET. If you are truly committed, disciplined and motivated, you will have no problems achieving your goals and being productive. So, no negative self-talk & a limiting mindset only holds you back.
EAT THE FROG OR CHICK
Eating the frog refers to doing the hardest task on your to-do list first to get in your productivity flow and conquer your to-do list easily.
Or, what I prefer, is eating the chick(s). Doing the small impact tasks first gives you enough confidence to do your harder tasks. Eat the one you prefer!
FIGURE OUT THE REAL ISSUE. Is this a task you hate? Then make it enjoyable for yourself. Afraid of failing? Expect yourself to fail. Is it overwhelming? Then only do a fraction of the task.  Find a solution. DON’T LIMIT YOURSELF TO TIME. Avoid timing yourself or giving yourself a time limit. Just do your tasks without worrying about time, even if you run out, you’ve still been productive.  SET YOUR ENVIRONMENT FOR SUCCESS. Lay out everything that you have to do, minimise common distractions and remove anything that makes you feel anything but productive. MAKE THE TRANSITION EASY, from non-productive to productive. Ensure that you have a customised ritual before being productive, have a particular time to start being productive and have a specific place where you are productive.  AVOID PERFECTION. It doesn’t matter if your tasks aren’t achieved at a high standard, but if you commit to just doing it, that consistency provides more growth and helps to do that same task again.  PLAN YOUR DAY, PROPERLY. Don’t be vague when planning. Outline what you need to do for each task, because when we know what we have to do, it seems more achievable and less out of reach.  BALANCE IS KEY. Taking breaks, eating healthy meals throughout and getting the blood flowing increases our productivity. Please, do not overexert yourself to be productive.

Hello! I made these this morning and thought I'd share. You can print these or use them as inspiration for your bullet journal-- whatever works for you. I made one daily cleaning checklist with suggestions and one without. Enjoy :0
I originally made these for myself (since it's easier to remember if I have something I have to physically "check" off) but realized it wouldn't hurt to share.

If you feel awful about yourself, because you haven’t been able to get much done, here are some tips:
~start by taking a somewhat aggressively deep breath. Get your lungs as full as you possibly can. Empty them. Realise that yes, you were not as productive as you hoped earlier, but you can be productive for the rest of the day.
~ make a list of all of the tasks you need to get down that will take less than five minutes- do them, and you can cross things off your to-do list while not having to sit still for long periods
~ pick one thing you need to do and break it down really small- then you can do one bit at a time and you’ve started which is half the battle
~have a fancy drink (sparkling water with a swirly stray, fruit juice in a wine glass, hot chocolate, tea, something that excites you)
~make sure to go to bed early/at a reasonable time. Don't punish yourself for mistakes you made earlier

A Mini Guide For : How To level Up Your Confidence
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
1. Reframe Your Fails into Fuel - Instead of letting setbacks crush you view them as training moments. Everyone messes up but confident people use those experiences to learn and improve. Next time you face a challenge tell yourself "This is an opportunity to grow" and watch your confidence soar.
Celebrate Your Strengths - Don't wait for someone else to pat you on the back. Recognize and appreciate your own talents and accomplishments. Make a list of things you're good at big or small and revisit it whenever self doubt creeps in. Remind yourself - I am awesome at speaking and doing conversations and that's something to be proud of!
Fake It Til You Make It "in the Right Way" - This one gets a bad rap but here's the key don't pretend to be someone you're not. Instead act confident even if you don't feel it completely. Stand tall, make eye contact, and speak clearly. This outward projection can trick your brain into feeling more confident and over time it can become genuine
Compete Against Yourself, Not Others - Ditch the comparisons! Social media and societal pressures can make us feel like we're constantly falling short. But true confidence comes from focusing on your own journey, not someone else's highlight reel.Track your progress and celebrate how far you've come and set goals that challenge you to be a better version of yourself.
Focus on "what you can control," not the rest: Can't control others' opinions? Let it go. Focus on your strengths and actions and how you want to show up in the world Be your own boss.
Be patient with yourself and know your self more so that you can know in what areas you need to develop more , Message me if you guys want that sheet to know about yourself more 🥰

It girl Manifesting/Scripting List ✨🤍✨
I am ready to commit to the It Girl lifestyle. I’m determined to become the woman I want to be and learn to embrace and celebrate my accomplishments. I’ve tried in the past, but it never quite took off the ground. This time, I'm going in with a plan! Below are some overarching ways I want to bring more abundance into my life.
Consistently practicing gratitude, I have been immensely blessed for everything I accomplished and the support system I have gained over the years. Very grateful for every opportunity as it's what made me the woman I am today. The first step to abundance is gratitude.
Financial Stability: I want to have the confidence that I can handle unexpected expenses while also giving myself a better quality of life. Release my scarcity mindset. Save up to 6 months of expenses. Complete the 52-week saving challenge.
Confidence in my work, remember that I am new, take everything as a learning lesson, and follow the rules.
Positive self image, believe that I am enough. See my inner/outer beauty. Put more effort into my appearance.
Building healthy routines, hair appointments, eyebrow appointments. Have a planning routine and new hygiene routines.
Taking care of my health, return to the dentist. It is very overwhelming, and I need so much done.
Moving out of the state, options are Houston and NYC. I want to go to NYC and move in with my dad's side of the family. I’ve wanted to do this for a long time, and I need a time-out. I also enjoy a better quality of life. NYC has amazing food and architecture, and I will never be bored. The job market is pretty competitive, so I'm working on my resume and have confidence that I am a valuable candidate.
Consistent blogging/content, start an IG documenting my It girl/wellness/career journey. It gives me a way to romanticize my life. It would also provide me with practice in creating a posting schedule and organizing my ideas.
Letting love back into my life, after my break up I shut my heart down and kept the world at arm's length. Now, I want to return to the dating world, and I like to transition smoothly.
Accepting a job in NYC, it's also vital for it to be very similar to my role now. I want to stay in the GRC space.
This is not everything I want to do, but this is an excellent place to start. I'm so ready for this glow-up. My mind is there; all I have to do is plan and execute.
Cheers to new beginnings. May my blessings and yours overflow! 🥂✨🤍

How are we defining productivity? - Working with your brain #001
note: the first of my own series - 'working with your brain'!
after a long hiatus and almost reaching the end of my own academic journey, i'm back with reflections that are close to my (adhd) heart :')
i once held toxic mindsets that are valued by society & defined traditional forms of success. but after many years of struggle, i've decided that they don't serve me well. it's extremely difficult to unlearn bad habits - i'm sure many of us can relate to the bottomless academic rat race that we keep running in.
as much as i've done well in a system that didn't nurture, i'm taking the chance to help others succeed healthily <3
please let me know if this helps, there will be more to come!

Note
hey can u give tips on improving ur attention span?
Tumblr media
INCREASING YOUR ATTENTION SPAN
DAILY MEDITATION. Meditation is known for increasing focus and concentration. Try to increase the minutes you meditate each day, limiting the number of times your mind wanders/
DRINK BLACK TEA. Black tea contains L-theanine which affects the part of your mind which helps with focusing.
LIMIT DISTRACTIONS, especially those around you. Phones, TV, background noise, or bustling scenery are not the best features for a productive session. A calm, quiet, minimalist area is ideal.
TAKING SHORT BREAKS BETWEEN. Your brain needs time to recharge and refocus on the task at hand. Some ideas are taking a short walk, meditating, reading.
START DOCUMENTING THE TIMES WHEN YOUR MIND WANDERS. This helps you to be more aware of anything that may need to change. E.g my mind wanders more in the afternoon than at night, so I’ll do most of my work in the afternoon.
REGULAR EXERCISE. When there’s more blood in the brain, our concentration increases, so be sure to find ways to get your body moving and blood pumping.
CREATE A MINIMALIST WORKSPACE. Remove distracting decor, add reminders of anything productive and make it comfortable enough that you focus for long periods.

Finish what you started and transform your productivity
Recently i picked up a book i hadn't read in a long time for the past week i hadn't been able to work properly my tasks were going unfinished so i opened my cupboard and saw that book right in front of me. Then i read the whole book in just a one night and it sparked inspiration in me ..So i thought why not share everything i learned with all of you?
So I'm giving you guys a structured summary of Finish The Art of Following Through - Taking Action, Executing & Self Discipline by Peter Hollins -
1. The Importance of Execution
The ability to follow through allows you to create the life you desire rather than settling for the one you currently have. The process consists of focus, self-discipline, action, and persistence
2. Barriers to Follow Through
- Inhibiting Tactics: These include setting bad goals, procrastination, succumbing to distractions, and poor time management.
- Psychological Roadblocks: These encompass laziness, fear of judgment or failure, perfectionism driven by insecurity, and lack of self-awareness.
3. Staying Motivated
To remain motivated holds both external and internal motivators -
- External Motivators: These involve utilizing other people or resources to encourage action, such as accountability partners upfront investments and self bribery
- Internal Motivators: These focus on understanding personal benefits and improvements. Ask yourself questions such as How will this benefit me? and How will my life improve?
4. Developing a Manifesto
A manifesto is a set of daily rules that guide your actions so her are the some key rules -
- Rule 1: Identify if you’re acting out of laziness and avoid it.
- Rule 2: Limit yourself to three major tasks per day.
- Rule 3: Establish daily limitations and requirements
- Rule 4: Reaffirm your intentions through statements like I want I , will and I won't
- Rule 5: Reflect on the future consequences of not following through
- Rule 6: Utilize the concept of "just 10 minutes" to push through discomfort.
5. Follow Through Mindsets
- Mindset 1: Recognize the worthiness of your efforts.
⭐ Mindset 2: Become comfortable with discomfort.
- Mindset 3: Understand that learning comes from completing tasks.
- Mindset 4: Manage stress and anxiety effectively
6. Overcoming Procrastination
Procrastination can be managed through strategies such as:
- Temptation Bundling: Combine unpleasant tasks with enjoyable activities.
- Creating Momentum: Make starting tasks as easy as possible to gain momentum.
- Leveraging Fear: Use productive paranoia to spur action but cautiously
7. Minimizing Distractions
Create a work environment free from distractions and focus on
⭐ Single Tasking: Avoid multitasking to eliminate attention residue ( I will also create a separate blog on this topic i used to face this problem earlier and i have used many methods to reduce my habit of multitasking so i will write a blog about it. Don't worry )
- Batching Tasks: Group similar tasks to improve efficiency.
- Creating a Don't-Do List : Identify tasks to ignore and avoid ( This method is literally too much helpful )
8. The 40–70 Rule
This rule suggests acting when you have 70% of the necessary information as waiting for 100% is unrealistic
9. The Importance of Rest
Recognize the value of rest and relaxation as essential for mental recovery
10. Common Pitfalls
- False Hope Syndrome: Avoid unrealistic expectations and set achievable goals.
- Overthinking: Avoid excessive rumination and focus on taking action.
- Worrying: Concentrate on the present and control what you can.
11. Developing Daily Systems
Establish daily behaviors that promote consistency and long term success
⭐ Keep a Scoreboard: Track progress for motivation ( Ive been using this method for the past four days it literally shows me where I am making mistakes and what I need to do to complete my unfinished tasks )
By following these structured advice you can improve your ability to finish what you start and achieve your goals
If you have any questions or tips to share feel free to drop them in the comments in here to chat , Stay connected for more tips and insights thanks :)
