MadFit upper body & lower body workouts + lower abs and wasit workouts + pilates = super fast results!
i've been doing them for 3weeks and ive lost 2inches on my waist and about 4kg :3

Honestly, i just had the funniest thought and i wonder if there might be some wisdom in it -
Do any of you think that if you arrange your food artfully and use pretty plates and silverware and you create something that is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye, this might prevent or at least, restrict a binge?
