Can u tell me what u meant by "healing isn't linear"? I'm sorry, I don't really understand so can u pls explain?

i meant that healing isn’t going to be a strait line. sometimes you may feel like you’re getting better only to feel like shit the next day. and that’s okay, and that doesn’t mean that it’s going to be like that forever. see, i like to see it as the life line (the graphic of a heartbeat):

see, sometimes it goes up and sometimes it goes down. and even though at times you may feel like you’re going to feel down forever, it always goes up. always. so, hang in there, i know it gets hard, but it won’t be like that forever.
