Dick Grayson

• Dick probably hasn’t had a lot of experience with living with women after he was adopted by Bruce, and he certainly hasn’t held a lot of seriously long term partners despite his many relationships. He may not know how to handle your conflicting feelings at first, but he’s always willing to figure them out to keep peace and to help you feel better.

• He wouldn’t be a huge fan of the mood swings, but he’s still able to handle them pretty well. He’s good at calming people down when they’re feeling tense, and you can hardly stay angry at Dick for very long. Plus he’s more than willing to help you out when you’re craving intimacy from him.

• If you’re usually in the mood for intimacy with Dick in the days leading up to your period, he will be thrilled to help you out. He may not always have the time and he may be tired due to how much he has to do during the day and going on patrol at night, but he will always find a way to make more time for you.

• He would try his best to be sensitive towards you, and will always apologise if he accidently upset you or made you angry in any way. However, he may end up getting tired of having to be careful around you and watch what he may say or do at this time every month due to you potentially being overly sensitive.

• Going through this every month may be tiring for the both of you but Dick will be more than capable to handle and deal with it. He also loves you very much, so he isn't going to let your anger get in the way of anything in your relationship together and will make the most of you wanting to be intimate with him.

Jason Todd

• Jason is going to be very confused if you haven't opened up to him about what you're feeling or what the problem might be that you're facing. He'll try his best to understand, but until you open up to him about what you're actually going through he's going to be pretty clueless.

• He wouldn't be a big fan of the mood swings as he hates being snapped at, especially since he's allowed himself to be vulnerable in a relationship with you. You being mad at him is much different to the people he fights on the street or one of his family members being angry at him, so if you're not going to be direct and honest with him (and instead are just irritable and angry) then he isn't going to force himself to be around you.

• Jason would have no problems with you being in the mood for intimacy more often that you usually were, so you certainly won't have any complaints from him about this. He'll also feel a lot more comfortable initiating intimacy with you now that he knows that you're naturally more inclined to want the same thing as him.

• He always tries his best to be sensitive about the things he says or does around you because he naturally has a hard time doing so after all he's been through. He may mess up with this though as he's naturally very outspoken and rough, so if he does upset you he just wants you to know that he didn't do it on purpose.

• For Jason, this being an occurrence every month wouldn't bother him too much as long as the two of you aren't fighting because of it. He doesn't really care how much the two of you make back up and resolve arguments if there's just going to be another one around the corner - and he really doesn't have the patience to put up with it.

Damian Wayne

• Damian is usually very stoic while also being attentive. So when he first finds that you're having conflicting emotions around this time he wouldn't assume that is was because of the hormonal influence you may be under, and would immediately assume there was a problem that he needed to fix. He wouldn't catch on to what the problem actually is until you explain it to him, and even then he may act uninterested about it at first when he realises you're not facing any threats or trouble.

• Damian doesn't care if you're having mood swings, and he'll hold firmly the belief of treating someone how you always intend to treat them. The fact that you may be snapping at him without provocation or getting mad at him randomly shows that you're not in control of your emotions (or in his mind you're not trying to be). So no matter how much he loves you, mood swings are not something he'll simply put up with just for the sake of keeping you calm when he's not the one at fault for your behaviour.

• If you're in the mood then he will of course be more intimate with you, whenever the time is right. He isn't the type to be intimate with someone on a whim, so even if he is in a relationship with you, he'd prefer to wait until the two of you could have some proper alone time instead of just rushing around whenever one of you is in the mood.

• Damian has a hard time being sensitive towards anyone, but as you're someone he loves he will do his best to be a bit more gentle around you. He likes and needs someone strong willed, especially with the lifestyle he has (so despite being sensitive towards you, he does get tired of needing to very quickly).

• Having to deal with this every month would not be something he's willing to put up with, especially as your mood swings may cause some insecurities about the defence he's constantly trying to keep up for his own safety. He also isn't one to put up with arguments at all from someone he truly cares about, so if this does consistently happen every month and he suffers from it you can't expect him to put up with it for long.

Tim Drake

• Tim is always going to try and find the root of the problem, so when he finally realises what may be causing your temper or sudden bursts of wanting intimacy he's relieved to know that it's just something simple and not a problem in your relationship together going on.

• He doesn't like dealing with you mood swings, because this guy feels bad whenever you do already, so for this to happen pretty often he's going to be going through an emotional rollercoaster with you. He'll try to keep the peace between you and calm you down whenever he can, but he does hate the arguments no matter how much you blame mood swings (especially as it's not fair for him to have to deal with).

• Tim will always be excited when you're in the mood, so you don't have to worry about him turning you down too often; although, he does sometimes get too caught up in his work meaning he doesn't always have enough time to do whatever you want when you want. As long as there are boundaries about you not trying to distract or impose anything while he's doing something important then he'll have no problems with it.

• He always does his best to be as gentle and kind as he can be towards you, so you'll never have to worry about him being mean or having to be more sensitive around you. He's quick to notice slight changes in your behaviour so he's also pretty good to notice when he should or shouldn't say certain things to you.

• Tim is pretty good at dealing with this kind of situation, so he doesn't mind putting up with it every month. He will be tired sometimes, so it wouldn't really bother him unless it results in a serious argument or something bad happening because of either a mood swing or getting in the way of his work to get his attention.

There is a certain running gag in the Batfam fandom and I've wanted to talk about it.

It's about how Tim Drake is the one whose the most likely to go evil and become a murderer.

I don't think that's the case.

And to support their argument, people give the example of him blowing up league bases and how his future self became a gun wielding Batman who murdered his entire rogues gallery.

Now before starting; there are 2 types of people. One, who only says this as a joke (Which I sometimes also do). Two, who vehemently support this idea and see it as canon. This post is for the second type.

Now, let's start with his future Batman self. I don't actually understand why people even give this example because this literally happened:

Tim wasn't bluffing in this. If it wasn't for Prometheus, he'd blow his head up. And for what? Yes, because he doesn't want to become a psychotic murderer in the future.

Now for my second point, which is a lot more complicated. Him blowing up League of Assassins bases.

This argument is the one that's most likely to be refuted because what happened isn't very clear.

So, we all know what happened. Tim blew up the League bases:

It's clear that there are people who are caught in the explosion. But the problem is that this isn't mentioned again. We don't even know if someone actually died.

(And if it was clearly said or mentioned that he killed someone, please show me the panel because I couldn't find it.)

But solely looking at this panel, it wouldn't be wrong to say that someone died. What really made me suspicious is the next panel:

Tim and Tam get out of the explosion and we see him talk to Ra's. We see Tim say:

"I'm coming for you next, you murderer."

Before Tim activated the explosion he clearly warned Dusan to get out. And the assassins who were after him survived the explosion.

Tim calling Ra's a murderer really makes me believe that he didn't kill anyone purposely. So even if some died he wouldn't have done it knowingly. Because that would mean that he's a hypocrate.

Another example I'd like to give is this:

Tim is clear in his mind and tone that he doesn't want Pru to kill the assassin. But what's more important is the last quote:

"That man's death is on me, just like my dad's."

Do you honestly think that a man who thinks like this will purposely kill someone or go evil?

My last point is this:

He's indirectly calling Bruce the only man he serves.

Can someone who follows Bruce this pationately break his most important code? I don't think so.

So these were my arguments as to why canon Tim Drake will not likely turn evil and murder people.

part two of my headcannons for the batfam

bruce likes golf

like really really likes golf

when he was younger he really wanted to be a detective, he guess he kinda is one if you thought about it in a roundabout way

dick is a health nut

like multiple protein shakes a day, avoids junk food for the most part, he really likes rice cakes, etc etc

but he always has junk food for when his brothers are over at his apartment

jason gets addicted to things really easily so he tries to stay away from things like drugs, alcohol, and excessive amount of caffeine and sugar

instead of one giant streak of white, i think jason would have something more along the lines of pre-mature graying

(i think that can happen when you're under excessive amount of stress for long time, don't quote me on that)

he has scars from trying to give himself piercings as a teen

he also has like three tiny stick and poke tattoos (also from when he was a teen)

all his electronics are from way back when. like he has a box tv, a landline, and even an iphone 4(no one really knows how it still works)

the only games tim has on his photo are games like sudoku, crosswords, and puzzles

he also only watches hours long youtube videos, things like 'i spent 1000 days in hardcore minecraft' or any video essay as long as it something he's interested in

tim also likes to read fanfics

mostly ship fics of red robin and superboy because he thinks it's funny to send them to kon

he always wears socks, even to bed

when he was ten or so he had a youtube gaming channel but the audio and quality are so bad you can't really tell it's him(they're bad because he literally just looked up 'headphones with mic' and 'web cam for youtube' and chose the first options

damian is a sticky ipad kid

like he watches channels specifically made for kids

not like cocomelon but like the really weird ones that made videos about spiderman and elsa having kids

he won't admit it but he loves kids movies

like inside out and toy story 3 make him cry every time he watches them

and finally the main 5 that i talk about(bruce, dick, jason, tim, and damian) plus alfred all have matching family bracelets

it started out as just the batbros having them but they eventually convinced bruce and alfred to wear them too

the colors are: blue for dick, dark red for jay, bright red for tim, and green for damian

Bruce and Him would sit every morning together and drink a cup (usually way more then a cup) together silently just enjoying the others Prescence 　

Both of them would also enjoy watching Gotham news and commenting on it back and forth 　

They are HUGE suckers for the Macy day thanksgiving parade, one year Bruce even took him to see the parade in person all the way in NYC 　

He cooked Bruce a huge meal for his first fathers day with Bruce (with Alfred's help) and it made Bruce so happy he ended up crying 　

Bruce definitely sends him those cute little cat gifs with like "I'm proud of you!!" over it to Tim all the time (It's his way of showing love) 　

They love going out to new places to eat and testing out new foods all the time, especially after picking Tim up from school they get some food/drinks out 　

Him and Bruce love building and painting those little toy car kits, they also really enjoy those massive Lego kits ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎

Tim tells Bruce about literally everything that happens at his school no matter how little happens

Bruce loves that Tim is so into photography and takes him out to see beautiful landscapes to take photos of whenever he thinks Tim is feeling down

He loves skating and is signed up to plenty of skating competitions and Bruce makes sure to show up to all of them

They both like to go on walks together to clear their minds, whether it be just through the garden or down the road it is very therapeutic

Bruce loves showing Tim old movies he watched as a little boy and he absolutely adores the movies

Tim often tries to get Bruce into video games (the only games Bruce plays are those match 3 phone games)

Gift Giving

(A/N): I've had zero time to write between 15 hours a week of rehearsal, 20 hours of honors seminar work, other class, and my job so I apologize for once again being MIA.

Today is my birthday, though, so I found this reasonably relevant headcanon set (because I did not have time to write something like I wanted to) and I'm posting it as my gift to you. Enjoy <3

Dick Grayson:

He’s the easiest out of his brothers to shop for, mostly because he’s happy with anything as long as the person made an effort

He’s given quite a few gag gifts in his day, so if he gets any, he’ll take them good naturedly and laugh

If you make him something, he’ll absolutely adore it

And he sounds a little bit like a parent when he says that he adores everything you give him because it came from you, and you put in the effort to find something specifically for him, and that means more than anything

Literally, he’d be happy with a new pair of pj pants

But if you want to make him really happy, get him things that will improve his quality of life

Like buy him body wash you think he’ll love the smell of, something a little more pricey that he’d never buy for himself but would really want to

Jason Todd:

There are a few avenues you can go down when buying Jason gifts

The first is the literature route

You can either buy him a new book, a fancy copy of one he loves, or get something just a little decorative like a signed copy or a special dust jacket

The other thing guaranteed to be a hit is comfort items

He loves items that make him feel safe, so a weighted blanket or a fluffy blanket, or a new type of tea to try will make him so happy

Even better if you do something like a tasting box for the two of you to do together

You can do gag gifts with him, but you have to be careful a) not to go too far and b) because he can and will give as good as he gets and he is devious

Tim Drake:

Tim loves technology, so it’s smart to base gifts for him around that

Get him a new tool or a new device, or just something you found that you thought was awesome that he can tinker with

Anything weird and different he would find intriguing, and his face will light up when he thinks of things to do with new parts he’s never had before

He, like Jason, also loves comfort items

Get him fuzzy things like jackets or blankets

And consider something that heats up; he has poor circulation and gets cold easily, especially when spending all night in the batcave

(You could also indulge his coffee habit with more coffee, but honestly the best way to watch his caffeine intake is to drink coffee with him, so consider trying new types of coffee with him so he has to slow down and taste it)

Damian Wayne:

Damian likes utilitarian gifts, things he can use

It’s hard to shop for him sometimes because of this

What do you get for the person whose hobbies are weaponry and art??

Much of the equipment and art supplies he uses is too expensive for you to afford

You can get him gifts for his pets, though you have to be careful because he is particular

If there’s some new exhibit going on that you know he’ll like, get tickets (but be careful that he hasn’t bought them first)

Overall, the best idea is to pay attention

If he needs something, like a new glass to clean his brushes in, or mentioned a type of tea he was wanting to try, get it for him

Or if you notice something he needs and you can buy it, do so

Not only will it be something he would appreciate, it would let him know that you’re paying attention to him and what he likes, and every time he uses it, he’ll think of you

Flinching at the BatBoys

I got my first tattoo! I also cleaned tf out of my room so now I have a very clean desk for writing.

Dick Grayson

Dick was excitedly telling a story, the climax of it built with his voice

The loudness of his tone put you on edge especially as his hands started to enunciate his storytelling

One fast paced swipe and you flinched back from him

Dick's hands immediately froze in the air as his eyes watched your body slowly relax

He'd pause and slowly drop his hands to his sides, his brain trying to come up with something to say

"You know I'd never hurt you . . . right?"

He'd speak the words slowly, a softer tone drastically different than the one he was using before

Dick relies on physical touch a lot but he'd hesitate in this moment

It's up to you if the conversation ends there with a soft "yes" or if you want to explain

Either way, Dick will listen and the second you're ready, he'll open his arms for you to fall into

He'd put his hand on top of your head and softly kiss your forehead, he'd talk into your hair until your body relax completely into him

"You'll always be safe with me, you know that right?"

You'd nod into his chest and pretend to not feel Dick let out a sigh of relief

Dick is very patient and forgiving of any time you flinch, he knows its habitual but he'll always be there to smooth out any anxiety

Jason Tod

You two were having a heated argument

Jason tries to be as patient and as understanding as possible, but his rage instincts slip out of the cracks before he can reel them back in

So when he raises his voice at you it reminded you too much of your past and it terrified you

With a flinch, your hands itch to cover your ears with your gaze down, waiting for more yelling

Nothing but silence, so you looked up and saw Jason's reaction

Jason would be incredibly still, jaw slammed shut and arms pinned to his sides

"Why did you flinch?"

He say it with such a quiet voice, it'd be low and the edge of it would make you just a little nervous

He's pissed at the insinuation of you past, he'd be even more pissed at himself

Jason wants nothing more than to hug you and prove to you that he'd never hurt you, yet, he scared you

He'd be extremely conscious of his voice level anytime he's around you, especially during fights or when he and his siblings get rowdy

Once you two cool off for a bit and resolve the argument, he'd want to reassure you as much as he can with soft words

As much as he hates to admit it, he'd need some reassurance as well

He's terrified of hurting the people he loves in any way, he'll crave cuddles but won't admit it

You'll probably get to spend the night cuddled up and feeling completely safe with Jason

Tim Drake

Tim can be quite affectionate, he doesn't think twice about offering you physical affection very often

You both adore hugs so when he sneaks up from behind you and wraps his arms around your waist, he was expecting a soft morning gesture

Instead, your full body flinch immediately made him slowly let go, but when your terrified eyes met his, he completely backed off

You could see the confused nervousness in his eyes and you tried your best to soothe it but you couldn't quite shake the terror your body was feeling

Tim would apologize in an instant, he didn't realize how that could scare you so he silently plans to not do it again unless he makes it obvious he's coming near you

He loves communication with all his heart, so he'll continuously ask you every time he notices your small anxious flinches

"Did I do something that made you anxious?"

He asks so he can know what your triggers are so he can avoid them, he doesn't need the story behind it unless you want to tell him, he is a detective so he'll probably find out sooner or later anyway

Tim will panic internally that he did something wrong but he'll always do his best to make sure he helps in anyway you'd like him to

Whether you just need words of safety or his soft touch, or even a moment to yourself, he'll understand and be there every step of the way.

Damian Wayne

Damian has a incredible habit of sneaking up on you

He doesn't even try to, he just always walks silently and you never notice when he's in the room with you or not

So when you turn around and flinch hard, he doesn't think much of it at first

Damian just caught you with your guard down and he knows he can be scary sometimes, so he shrugs it off

Slowly it becomes a reoccurring thing, he notices every single time you flinch at him and mentally notes it down

He doesn't want to scare you too much, but you don't just flinch with him, so he's growing anxiety quickly disappears

But one bad mental health day and your flinch seems to look less like you being startled and more like you're a second away from curling in the corner and protecting yourself from him

Eventually he just corners you and demands answers

"You think I'd hurt you . . . or someone already did."

Damian has a way of accidentally interrogating you, he forgets that topics can be hypersensitive and people need time before they admit past traumas

But he makes up for it by being one of the best listeners

He'll sit patiently as you speak, giving you plenty of time to get your entire story out, as much as you want to say

While he wants to know the truth, he won't push you too hard, the second you say no, he'll pull back

He wants to know so he can protect you from any person or situation that ever triggers you

Damian can seem cold but deep down he really does care and wants to make sure you always feel safe with him

Headcanons for ostomate superhero? Like who do you think might have an ostomy bag?

You have no idea how excited this made me, I read it on the bus on the way home from work and could not wait to answer

I don't really have one where I logically thought it through and was like this character should have one because it makes sense or anything like that, I have characters who get ostomy headcanons because I like them and can do what I want XD And I've got one big main one that I have been working on and adding onto forever

Tim Drake!

I do not have a reason for this at all other than I like him and relate to him and figure he's already missing a spleen why not hollow him out a little more? (/joke)

So I have two versions of this au and one is where he loses his colon instead of his spleen during the whole council of spiders / league of assassins thing

The other version is that it is a separate event, but I usually change up that event to fit whatever I am doing with that specific one shot or headcanon set or whatever

Basic idea is he gets injured during a fight and needs an ileostomy bag

And yeah thats pretty much it tbh not much changes from there

After his recovery he got back to crime fighting with a couple accessibility things like getting an ostomy belt and protector that keep it close to his body and protected from anything he'd get hit with in a fight, and adds some supplies to his utility belt in case he needs to do a quick fix

But yeah, it doesnt change much, he's just as capable, he just had to make a couple adjusments and stuff

I probably have more specific stuff anyone wants, I'm just bad at remembering it all at once like this XD

Headcanon where after so many arguments between the batkids and Bruce over his paranoia and complete disregard for his kids privacy, the entire family had compromised with (in the healthiest way possible) downloading life360 on their phones and that's how they all keep track of each other.

Now Bruce knew that this is mostly for his benefit and is supposed to be a healthy alternative for his unhealthy paranoia and helicopter parenting, but what he wasn't expecting was for his kids to start keeping track of him.

He's putting gas in his car and Dick calls him because apparently Dick has been watching him drive around on the app? And Bruce is currently at a gas station thats right around the corner from a Taco Bell and now Dick wants him to get food for everyone since he's already there.

He's driving home from a meeting and Steph calls him because her and Duke were shopping in the area and wants to know if he can pick them up, when he asks how she knew he was on the same street, he gets a "Oh I just like to stalk everyone on the app for funsies." as an answer.

Jason calls him and he can barely get out a hello before Jason cuts him off, "Bruce why the fuck is your phone battery on 5%, charge your damn phone" which completely stuns him because why does he know that. He clears his throat before answering. "Jason, what?"

"Everyone can see each others phone batteries on '360, now charge your phone." Is all he gets before Jason hangs up on him.

Bruce Wayne

• Bruce isn't going to handle his first experience of genuine affection from you very well. He's going to be a bit distant at first until he's comfortable around your affection and he's sure that you're not trying to manipulate him in any way or get something from him (even if he knows that this isn't the case, he still has a hard time with getting close to people and receiving affection).

• Due to the loss of his parents he does hate to genuinely get close to a person in an emotional way, especially if they're a normal person. Until he is finally close to you, and even during your relationship together, he'll be more paranoid and worried about someone finding out his identity and using you as a way to hurt him in any way.

• If you try to get him to open up he will be quite hostile and he genuinely doesn't mean to be. He's becomes very defensive due to the walls he's built up for so long and he isn't quite sure how to allow them to come down and let you in at first without feeling incredibly vulnerable.

• It may be easier for him to get to know you if you're also a hero or vigilante and he gets to know you while keeping his identity a secret. He doesn't have to worry about disappointing you with his true self, and he'll be reassured that you're able to look after yourself if you're ever confronted by anyone intending to cause you harm.

• Opening up to you would be a gradual process, but if you take some time it will be possible to have him be vulnerable and honest with you eventually. You may even help him work through the many emotional problems he has which could lead to him settling down and living a peaceful life without his Batman persona one day in the future.

Dick Grayson

• Dick's loss of his parents cause him to behave almost the opposite of Bruce, and he has become almost addicted to physical touch and emotional comfort. He starts to crave you as soon as you've shown him some affection and he will absolutely become addicted to you being around him.

• He allows himself to open up to you almost immediately if he thinks that you truly care about him and he trust's you. He has a lot of pent up feelings and thoughts that he hasn't able to get out, so you being there for him definitely takes a huge burden off of his shoulders.

• Dick starts to indulge in many of the things he didn't get in the past due to having so many unstable relationships, so this does lead him to rely on you emotionally quite a bit. He always seems to be funny and outgoing on the outside, so once you see this side of him it may come as quite a surprise.

• In public, Dick loves it when you give him affection, but of course he isn't going to go over the top with it. When you give him small touches and affection when outside or around others it gives him comfort and makes him feel much more secure in the situation he's confronted with, even if it's only a social gathering.

• Genuinely opening up to you would be a slow process, and you may need to seek advice from his family at first to try and find a way to make him feel safer while telling you things he doesn't like to talk about. But this will come naturally to him after a while, he just needs to get to a stage where he feels like he's ready to actually say certain things out loud.

Jason Todd

• Jason would probably be quite hesitant to receiving affection, especially if this is shortly after he 're-joined' the family, or hasn't been able to work out the trauma he's been through yet. He get's paranoid about what could possibly happen if you get too close to him, so it's not that he doesn't want your affection - he's just simply scared of the consequences.

• Despite craving someone to be close to, he doesn't have a lot of experience with actual relationships so he may be a bit awkward about how close your relationship is getting. He tries his best as much as he can, but he simply can't figure everything out by himself and he may also seem a bit clueless at times when you first approach him.

• When others aren't around Jason will become very cuddly and attention seeking towards you due to finally getting used to your new found attention for him. He didn't realise how much he was really missing out on, and now when the two of you are alone he can't get enough of it.

• In public, Jason isn't much of a big fan of affection being shown towards him. He's used to keeping up his serious image depending on who is around and he isn't the type of person to want many others seeing him in a vulnerable state no matter how small your affectionate display is.

• When Jason finally opens up to you about being emotionally and physically starved of affection and touch, he will get quite emotional. He's been keeping so many emotions and thoughts buried deep inside himself for so long that when he finally lets it all out it's like huge floodgates have been opened. You can try your best to settle him down, but this is just something he really needs to get out more than anything else.

Tim Drake

• Tim would be more inclined to return your affection even if he has been touch starved for a while since he knows how to express himself in this way a bit better than the rest of the family. He's always much calmer when opening up to you and gets to the point quickly so you wouldn't have to spend time guessing whether he's comfortable or not with your affection towards him.

• He would be quite bashful about your new found affection at first, even though he’s more than willing to accept it. He comes over this very easily though, as soon as he sees how much affection you have for him he loves it instantly.

• Tim will crave your company after you first start showing him some love and affection, especially if he notices that you’re doing it because you want to and not because you think you have time while being with him. He’s constantly keeping himself close to you in the hopes of you giving him attention without him needing to ask directly at first and will keep giving you hints depending on how long it takes for you to catch on.

• If you show Tim affection in public, or while other people are around, he may get flustered and blush a lot at first. After a while he’ll become used to a bit PDA and will be quite comfortable with it as long as it isn’t too much.

• Tim wants to be honest with you, so he’s probably going to be the most truthful about things compared to the other people in his family. However, he still has a habit of leaving out key information from the things he tells you unless you trick him into a very comfortable situation where he can’t help himself but to open up to you.

Damian Wayne

• Damian isn’t going to react well to affection the first time you try to give him some, even if the two of you are deemed to be close. He simply isn’t used to it, so even if he wants it his body may naturally put its guard up due to it being a new concept he’s experiencing.

• It will be awkward for a while as he tries to move past this, but all he really needs it to get used to it and experience it more often. Once you show affection towards him on a regular occurrence then he will be more than happy to receive it in private. He still won’t be into PDA no matter how used to it he is.

•When the two of you are alone then he will absolutely want affection from you, especially after he’s had a difficult day. He’ll be blunt to you about it and may feel more inclined to show affection towards you rather than for you to behave that way towards him once he’s able to express himself well.

• He’ll be strongly against it in public. Not only does he see it as a weakness but he would also prefer it to be a highly private thing for him. If you ever reached out to hold his hand then he may hold it back after a while of consideration, but under no normal circumstances would he initiate it himself.

•After Damian is used to giving and receiving affection from you physically, it will be much easier for him to express his emotions. It may still be quite hard for him, but after he starts to open up he realises how much better he feels to do so.

I think DC should allow characters to have visible facial scars.

Going with the example of Tim Drake, I think he should've kept the scratches on his face and his half burned scalp:

It would be more interesting to see them struggle through daily life, trying to hide their obvious scars.

for the most part, tim's music taste is a mix of jason's and dick with a touch of emo/pop punk and midwest emo. like you can't tell me he didn't pick up bands like ghost and highly suspect from jason and britney spears, lana del rey, and any musical ever from dick, and he definitely listens to the front bottoms and old school twenty one pilots.

A really random Batfamily HC I like to think about is Dick winning the Olympics a few years ago, never telling anyone, and all hell breaking loose when they find out.

Jason: You did not win gold in the Olympics.... Say sike, right now.

Dick: I'm not saying sike. I did win.

Tim: How? You're too famous, you'd be recognized!

Bruce: And more importantly, what about your secret identity?!

Dick: I wore a prosthetic nose, and entered under a fake name.

Stephanie: Do you have proof of that? And maybe a picture of that nose by any chance?

Dick: It was broadcast on television in over two hundred countries, I'm sure you could find it pretty easy.

Bruce: Back to the fake name-

Dick: It wasn't hard to make an alias, I just did what we do for undercover jobs.

Tim: You used my program without telling me!

Dick: I asked! You said I could.

Tim: I did? Ohhh...yeah, now that you mention it I think I vaguely remember you saying something about going to England and needing a new ID a few years ago.

Jason: You did all of that, just to...perform? Just...just because you wanted to?

Dick: ...Yeah, pretty much. I still have the medal sitting on a shelf in my apartment and a picture of me with some other competitors hanging on the wall.

Alfred: I for one, appreciated finally getting to see the Olympics from the front row. And in my own country, no less.

Bruce: What- what does that mean? Tell me you did not go with him to the Olympics...

Alfred: I was his accompaniment for the event. It was quite a good time.

Bruce: Dick...

Dick: What? He said he always wanted to go!
