Gender dysphoria may also cause significant distress that affects how you function in any social situation, at work or school, and in other areas of life. You might also experience gender dysphoria around the time of puberty or much later in life. There are Complications attached ! Gender dysphoria can affect many aspects of life, including daily activities. People experiencing gender dysphoria might face difficulty in school due to pressure to dress in a way that's associated with their sex assigned at birth or out of fear of being harassed or teased. Relationship difficulties are common. Anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, substance misuse and other problems can occur. Any Treatment? to everyone reading this,
I hope you are doing well and I'm here for you.
Student life is never easy, and many of us struggled a great deal with mental health in the past year. COVID-19 forced us all to go through a major change, be it in terms of lifestyle or mindset.
After going through a series of severe anxiety attacks, getting stuck in a rut and a whole lot of overthinking, I had an epiphany, the age old of saying "things aren't the way they are but rather how we see them" might not be just a theory, and much more easier to implement. But looking at the brighter side is not always the solution, sometimes all we need is a listening ear, someone who understands and cares, someone to just be there for you through thick and thin. And I'm here for you all.
I launched Dreams and Fables with a motive to destigmatize seeking help with mental health problems and awareness, with study motivation and resources coming out regularly.
We're currently working on bringing 24/7 peer support for everyone around the globe and a lot of study resources to be released. Coming Soon!!
If you are struggling, hustling, grinding or just focusing on living a enriching life, make sure to follow and share among your student community, to give out the support we all need in these times of distress.

I am afraid of change. Change is complicated, and I am not good at complicated. Unfortunately complicated is the only thing I do.Β 
Change. Change for better. Or in my case the last couple of weeks: for worse. I am falling back into old habbits. Not eating. Not eating on purpose. I wish for once I would change for the better things in life.
Change is scary.
