Is there a Monster in me or am I a Monster?

Lately I haven't been feeling okay. Been orking to forget stuff, it worked, until it hit me. There is work colleague who I'm kinda friends with if you can call that. We got much in common, laugh at memes, video games, etc.. He is 3 years younger than me and some days ago I was thinking about work and everything around it. He is a cool guy, but can get quite annoying and talkative. Loud voice and such...

That's where I realised, I was like that a few years ago, and I have just realized that now and sometimes I get back to being that annoying person, talking too much that no one is interested in. And not realising I am Going on their nerves. Normally I am chill, not showing emotions or talking at all, just the things I have to say at work. They asked if somethings wrong when I'm not talking, but it's just how I become over the years. I feel the hatred of myself when I get to be the old annoying brat, just thinking about it makes me angry. Beginning to realised that that won't change, unless I change it.

I don't want that.

I don't need that old behavior.

The more I hate myself, the less emotions I can show and the less I talk.

It’s been 3 years since one of my dogs past and almost a year since my Nan did.

This picture is the thing that reminds me of them both.

My Nan loved Lavander the look, the color, the aroma.
